We have been told the Project Stargate and other Remote Viewing projects have been abdandoned by the US military.

Nothing could be more wrong. In this detailed account of how Remote Viewing, nanoteck injections, and multiple Alien types are involved with the US Military.

Alara (Not her real name) describes how the US has fully militarized Remote Viewing, and how Alien Implant technology, is injected into their own troops, so RVrs can track and advise them in the modern theatre of war.

Alara is a natural RVr, who volunteered for the US Military in 2000, and was used up and exhausted in a short time, before crashing out of the program.

The viewer must understand that such tactics are very likely to be in use by the British Military, as refered to by John Urwin,(Bases 13) who referred to his special officer as nonhuman in the late 1950s!. Described in similar detail to some of Alaras "ETs"

Jacko, I love you MAN, I could just kiss you for posting this interview. Wow, wow, wow....this is so fascinating to see a hybrid in flesh and blood on a screen. I always wondered what they are like, if they are just like humans, if they act like us, talk like us, but then they would have to be just like us so they would blend in and become part of this human community. She is truly amazing, I have to give her credit for that. I wonder what would happen to her if she wanted to reveal more info about the ET's that she is communicating with, the ones that her DNA is part of theirs.

I am not on drugs, I have read a lot over the years about the ET's and military being active more than the ET's in real abductions, the brainwashing and microchipping of the vicitms, the military using ET crafts to make it look like ET's are doing their own investigating of the human race and planet Earth etc. I am not saying that ET's are not involved in abductions or that they are not flying in and out of our solar system etc. what I am trying to say is that humans are more likely to be flying these saucers in the sky than ET's, and they are more likely to be doing the physical painful examinations on humans or raping them while doing the examinations than ET's, and they are more likely to be blowing up buildings like the WTC towers than ET's, thanks, of course, to ET technology.

I have no doubts that the technology that the military has in use today is from the ET's. But I do doubt that the ET's, the ones Alara described, are here to help us. First of all, the tall guys she described are the ones we should be aware of. The Greys and the Reptilians are actually not that dangerous, just a little curious, but the tall ones are actually the ones who would like to take control of our planet. I don't think that is a good idea, but that is their purpose of them being here, and that is why they created these hybrids so that no matter how hard it gets for them to get their way they will always be coverd and will always have access to this planet.

She said that the ET's are here to nurture us to grow, BUT, the big BUT again, they feel that we need a conflict in order to grow. I hope that is a joke, I hope that was not meant to be a serious statement. She also said that she is communicating with the galactic federation, well well well, I get a feeling that these tall looking ET's are actually running this federation of ET psychos whose real mission is to disinform most, not all, psychics with well meaning messages that they are here to help humanity, when in fact they are not here to help us at all, but to destroy us by taking control of human bodies through microchipping. I think if they really wanted to help us they would have never introduced humans to weapons of mass destruction, like the weapons that were used, the direct free energy weapons in space, to bring down WTC buildings. And they never would have needed to microchip any human, when messages can be transmitted telepathically only if the soul is willing to accept the message.

I thought the end of the interview was particularly interesting. The part that begins, "Tell us more about the ETs..." at about 48:30 minutes in. So I transcribed about seven minutes or so there, until the cut between that and the end.

At this point, Miles asks her who the ETs are that she works with, and she says, oh, the Ashtar Command, the Galactic Federation... And he tries to pin her down on the name, says that those names are kind of "naff, from the fifties."

So, here it is:



Miles: Tell us more about the ETs. Any characters? Any – what’s it like to be with them? You know, do you sit down with them, metaphorically, or...?

Alara: They’re funny, at least the guys I work with.

Miles: They have a sense of humor?

Alara: They take on my sense of humor, because everything that I experience here I can relay back to them, since we’re telepathic. So they make a lot of pop cultural references, just because I think it’s pretty hysterical. Like – and it relates to me better, like –because they want to try to relate to my experience down here. But I’ve even had they’re like, “Hey, how are you doing down there?” Like, “Are you doing okay?” Like, “How are you holding up?” And...

Miles: And what – what ... Are you talking to Grays or Reps...

Alara: All of ‘em. Grays, there’s some Reptilians, I see ones that look like hybrids, some that look like humans, some that have cat faces, some that...the ones that I like working with are like super tall, like 8 feet tall, have really pale skin, bigger eyes, and they’re usually different colors. They’re not black. Everyone thinks that everyone has black eyes. They don’t. They have like blue eyes and green eyes and stuff like that.

Miles: And what kind of eye structure?

Alara: Anywhere from ours, where we have the irises, to ... it almost looks like the irises, but like they bleed out, like they’re just all color, all the way through. And, yeah, they just – they’re really super, super tall, and they’re really scholarly, I guess, and scientific. I’ve seen ones that are doctors, like medical doctors, physically, and I’ve seen psychic doctors, and I –

Alara: No, they have these scanners. It’s very like Star Trekky, actually, they just like scan people with these like things, and can go, oh, it’s a readout, okay. Like, “You have this wrong with you.” And the psychic doctors just come in, they generally have big giant crystals in their head or something, and they just use their hands, and they’re like, “Hey!”

Because I’ve astral projected to ships, they’re like, “Who are you?” And I’m like, “Whoa! Hey, what’s up?” They’re like, “What are you doing here? Go back to your body. Go.” I’m like, “Okay. Sorry.”

Miles: So what about the everyday life of being an ET? What do they do?

Alara: They don’t...

Alara: There’s not really like a time thing. They’re kind of outside of...like, they don’t have days and stuff. But they could be doing anything. They could be researching, they could be typing up like, just typing stuff, whatever...

Alara: No, it’s all telepathic. A lot of their ships are all telepathically driven and used. Oh, they hang out. They have gardens and stuff on their ships, and...

Miles: What do they use for entertainment? Do they listen to music, or do they have a religious, philosophical life?

Alara: I don’t, I don’t know! Honestly, like, I don’t – like I said, it’s kind of brief – all these brief flashes. Like they eat, they have cafeterias and stuff, and they all sit together. And I have talked to other people who are from here, like, we’ve all like sat in a giant cafeteria, do a lot of training simulations, kind of like the Holodeck thing, where they’ll pick me up and they’ll put me in a scenario, like a story, drop me in, and see how I react, just to see...what my choices are. Miles: This is the – this is the ETs?

Alara: Yeah, the ETs.

Alara: Yeah, it’s on one of the craft, because I’ve walked out of one of those. I was like...I told this guy to move out of the way in my dream, and I pushed the wall open and walked out into the hallway, and it was like a metal hallway on a craft. And they’re just like, “Well, that’s never happened before.” And I’m like, “Well, who are you dealing with?” I was like, “Come on, guys, like, I read sci-fi for a living. Like, I know how to – I know how this works.”

And so my job now I think is just to try to constantly surprise them about my agility. Like, it’s like mental agility, how–

Miles: You’re talking about the ETs?

Alara: Yeah. The ETs, like –

Miles: And which ETs are you talking about? Just a group?

Alara: Just a group. I usually work with Ashtar Command and like the whole Galactic Federation thing, because it’s a whole bunch of different ETs that all work together, like, trying to help out.

Miles: And is it called that? What’s it actually called? Because these are sort of terms which I would say are a bit naff from the 1950s.

Alara: They are. And that’s – and it’s really – I don’t know what they call themselves. They’re kind of like, “That’s the title you want to give us? Okay.” Like, “Cool. We don’t mind.” Like, “Call us whatever you want.” Like, “It doesn’t matter. We’re still a united force of,” like, “a federation or a united force of beings that are working for a common goal.”


Miles: Have you ever heard of a race or a type of being called a Valon?


Alara: I’m horrible with names, anyway. More visual. Like if you describe what they look like, then maybe I can say, yeah, I’ve seen those guys.

Miles: Now, you said there was, just briefly, good and bad. What, what’s involved there? We’ve got about 10 minutes.

Alara: What’s involved with the good or bad...

Miles: I mean, if there is a good and bad. You said that there was the war, whatever.

Alara: See, and I can’t – yeah, and I can’t even –

Miles: Is there anything, is there anything we should be worried about or know about?

Alara: No! It’s all story. It’s like that’s one version of it, but we’re not really involved with the good or bad. I mean, besides the whole like...you know, keeping people in the dark thing here? That’s really what it is. It’s not about, like, atrocities, it’s about ignorance, and ignoring things, and being asleep and just being a zombie kind of thing, and being a robot. Or taking control of your life and actually living here and doing what you need to do.

So, you don’t need to go save anybody, we don’t need to go do anything like that. At least for my ... my job is to be here and to interact with people to be happy, like...be happy, people, that’s it. Like, that’s really the whole point.

Miles: That seems pretty cool.

Alara: Because it’s a consciousness thing. It’s – this war is consciousness. It’s not a galactic war, it’s not spaceships firing things at each other, it’s a war of consciousness. You’re either going to be trapped and imprisoned and asleep, and that energy then like kind of I guess fuelling like something, or you can just wake up and, you know, get with the picture and like join and expand and do what you need to do.

Miles: What’s the best way to get people to wake up?

Alara: Ignite the curiosity. Ignite curiosity. It’s when you start questioning things. When you start looking for yourself, that’s when you start...people start to wake up. It’s...you have to ignite that curiosity in someone. And it could just be a passing comment. Because I know people that are like, “Oh, UFOs! That’s a bunch of crap! You people are crazy!” And I’m just like, “Oh, yeah, I’ve met them.” And they’re like, “Wait, what? Can that happen?” And all of a sudden it’s that little spark of like, “Well, maybe...” And then it goes, “Well, maybe I’ll look into it more,” “Well, maybe I’ll accept it,” “Well, maybe then I’ll actually see something, because I’m more willing to see it.”

But most people are like, “No! It’s weird, I forget, I’m not looking at it. I don’t want to. I’m not...Nope, didn’t happen.” Like people have had strange things happen to them, and they immediately are like, “No, nothing happened.” So it’s turning that away, like stop being afraid of things, stop forgetting things on purpose, and just accept it. And be like, “Okay, cool.” Like, “It’s true.” That’s why when people are like, “Well, is this true, or is it...?” I’m like, “It’s all true.” Why not? Why not have it all true? Why does someone have to be right and someone have to be wrong? All of it’s true. Yes. Just say yes to stuff.

Totally agree. This young woman carries herself with gravitas, there is a lovely honesty about her. Reminds me of the same integrity I hear in Miranda Kelley.

I was also interested to learn more about the types of new soldiers they are raising. The implants and the chemicals however are a big worry. Adding to the fact that these people are effectively turned into robots really, saddens me. Although, if you embrace that as souls we plan our life experience, then this is meant to be. For what greater reason and purpose, is open for conjecture.

Her ease about being in the company of ETs also I found comforting. For all the drugs and ugly memories that she carries from her experience, she seems pretty well adjusted. Interesting to note that she would like to branch out into corporate security. Maybe she can put up her hand to work for Ron Paul :)

After we shot the main HDV Alara interview on Militarized Remote Viewing, As we got some refreshemnets on a very hot day, Alara describes strange crab - spider type constructs called Scuttlers.,First encountered in the Energy 106 FM Pirate station on the Irish Border (SeeBases 4 part 2).

In a very rare opportunity, Alara describes what these devices are, and why they are used on Data Network systems, or any systems that contain Information.

These are hyperspatial, or "Astral" constructs using alein technology, but made by Humans. They infest power stations, transmitters and computer systems and networks.

I was personally attacked by a very large version, of these. About 12ft wide at SKY News , on the BSKYB site in Osterley.

Black Energy Life Forms Scuttlers BASES 4 Part 2


The Radio NOVA 88FM transmnitter broadcast originally in Dublin witha "white light energy". However after it was then sold and used at the BBC's Sheriff's mountain site for Q102, Derry, something happend. Black "Shadow" energy was put into it.

We have discovered that Shadow life forms, or Scuttlers, infest the "licensed" broadcast system, as mentioned in Bases 4, when the Energy 106 transmitters would shut down when attacked by these creatures.

Belfast Radio Energy 106 Abductions


The Energy Tower Featured was destroyed by a viscious vandal in Oct 2010. We believe under instruction from certain agencies. They will know what the I.T.S can do.

So, what recipes for flushing them out, and cleansing systems are being suggested? Really like to know. We have plenty of info out there on how to cleanse our homes and working spaces with sound and smoke etc., but as far as I know, nothing about ghosts in our computers and other devices.

Pentagon plans for telepathic troops who can read each others' minds... and they could be in the field within five years

The U.S. Army is dedicating millions of research dollars into discovering building helmets to allow soldiers to telepathically communicate with one another on the battlefield.

The technology, which seems like something out of a science fiction novel, would use electrodes to pick up code words that soldiers were thinking.

Those codewords would then be transmitted back to a computer where the soldier's position and message- telling, for instance, that it is safe to progress towards a target- which would be transmitted to their peers in the field.
