this appears to be nothing more than one of those "baloons" you get at Walmart, etc. that is metallic in content and filled with helium.

Cool! When the camera zooms in, that is no helium filled baloon :)

The way the lights are positioned on the object, they make it seem like it is rolling. Seen an object quite similar, with a friend as we were driving - much lower down - over Sydney airport one night, about 20 years ago. We used to drive this route a lot, which is quite close to the terminal and air hangers, so we knew we were not looking at a normal domestic flight.

Love the tibetan chant soundtrack, a nice change.
