Is this a giant UFO over Benelux area?

Morning Avalonians,

I just checked in on some dutch website to read the msm news and while scrolling down the sites I noticed the integrated weather maps.

http://www.weeronline.nl and http://www.buienradar.nl both use real time 5 mins interval cloud radar imaging to predict and show the current weather and rain probability.

It shows no clouds whatsoever altough i see nothing BUT clouds over Rotterdam.

And a strange phenomenon appeared. At 11:35 a gigantic cloud cirkel appears as the maps receive the updated data.

I have no clue whether this is a normal software glitch or anything but as it's perfectly round shaped I started to think this might be radar reflection from a giant UFO mothership of some sort that should be filtered out of the data stream.

These circular patterns are quite common. The following video shows several different types of weather radar anomolies - some are similar to the one in your post. Many people believe they are caused by HAARP and may be weather modification.

Either HAARP "heating" the atmosphere in the area -- which will create turbulence and severe weather (basic technology - microwaves heat the atmosphere - air rises creating a massive low) -- as this appears to have been the case with the Australian floods and the thunderstorms last year.

Another theory I heard is that the sun causes that, - supposedly someone who works with radar, but the explanation was presented such that is seemed about as plausible as the HAARP theory. The 13:35 time on the one Panther presented rather blows that theory away as the person who explained that theory said it was caused in morning or evening.

Dutchsinse had some rather convincing evidence that turbulent weather often happens where these are seen. (YouTube)

Farmers in the East Anglia region of England (the bit covered by the ring) are desperately short of water.
Worst drought for 35 years, and a hosepipe ban introduced only yesterday.

Any kind of weather modification (in the centre of this ring) could possibly produce substantial rainfall across the North Sea in East Anglia.

Remembering the deluge not too long ago in the Melbourne area, after these rings were created in Australia.

We shall see !

If this is the HAARP effect it will be a bit of time before an effect is noticed. With the rains in Aus, it was about 2 weeks if I recall between the images and the start of the intense weather.

It's a satellite image of ground based radar; the interference is often referred to as "ground clutter". These heavy ground clutter reading could well be an indication of HAARP or other type activity.
