Much like the NDAA, which was released on New Years Eve, on Friday, the eve of St Patrick's Day, March 16th, 2012, President Obama signed onto law - "The National Defense Resources Preparedness", better known as "The Act". Not even called an EO.

I advise reading EO 12919, and the revised rendition President Obama just signed.

Below is a link which explains it in most dire straights. I don't know if we should panic here but it does seem like a constant drip. Personally, I do not like the "non-emergency" clause. But I'd really like to hear an open and honest discussion of the non EO, EO and why it was slipped to the public sector.

What do you think about the above and below?

The US citizens rights to live freely are being taken from them not when they are asleep but during waking hours. Why do the people there not stop this going on?

....there are so many things in this Order that are unconstitutional....from re-instating the draft without limits to confiscating private property without warrants...without alternative media I wouldn't have known about this or this NDAA.

IMO the only reason they do this stuff is to get people upset and fearful so the archons can feed. Take a deep breath......

Hmmm, don't forget ignorance.
Same here in Oz, most people haven't got a friggin clue what's going on around them.
They're blisfully unaware, and the sad thing is, most of them seem to be very happy in that state of mind.
As far as most are concerned, so long as they get their daily dose of celebrity gossip, reality tv and American sit-coms... they're living the dream.
One day they'll wake up and tealize they've actually been living a nightmare though. lol
Poor buggers.

There is another posting on this same item posted a few days ago. This law has been in effect for quite a few years, just updated to include homeland security dept. Most folks in manufacturing administration have been well versed in it. Most suppliers are aware of it's history also. It's been around a long time. Nothing new here. IMO

There are several trains of thought on this... the first is absolute disbelief concerning such an Executive Order but now, here's the rub... because this is worded to take effect during an emergency, and now non-emergency, people think back to Katrina and, of course, 9-11-01, and thank our government for finally coming up with something our nation can follow without going through the disaster the aftermath of Katrina was.

Honestly? The whole OE reminds me of what the UK did during WWII. It looks more socialist than anything. It also looks as if we are planning for a large event. Hopefully, preparing for the posibilities is all we are doing. I don't think the public will be sitting down, should our military get involved with Iran. I have a very bad feeling about what could happen, should the US get involved any more than they are now. I can't ignore that one.

@ljwheat

Yes, an increditable ramping up, that is exactly what we are seeing.

Ya know, I tend to agree with you here on that except for that pesky "non-emergency" clause. That wasn't there; the wording is absolutely different. And why twick it now? What was wrong with it to begin with? I also noticed there was no mention of FEMA in this one. So, it's all quite militaristic.

I'd really like a lawyer to explain this one in lay terms.

There are things just as evil (though arguably of lesser magnitude (itself only a matter of time)) happening in the UK and we do not rise up as we might like.

The original does state FEMA responsibilities as I read it. Militaristic and socialist are both synonymous. All military organizations worldwide are socialist societies.

StanOdd you should ask this, living in one of the most repressed and surveilled countries in the world. Why 'elf and safety' may fine you for even asking the unsafe question. However, I do agree with you and ask myself the same question over and over.

Yes, marshall law "affects ya" if they go so far, but the actual incentive for usurpation, is to acquire something actually useful to the taker.... Which more likely narrows this potential down to higher valued acquisitions of any kind.... A natural breakdown-threashold exists at some point-- If peaceful this will process through legal proceedings. Or, otherwise through uncontrolable societal breakdown-- Which is much worse for them, really. If resultant unproductively breaks their supply lines. As everything desirable increasingly disappears in the cracks. Their owning the galaxy does not seem likely to me.

For the most part, the fear projection is intended to daze and glaze the masses. It does seem they plan to pillage fear-clouds or lowdown-emotions, if nothing else. (I got more than half way through vid, but it begins to sound repetitive-- Ya, so they want everything valuable, over and over, ok, got it).

Euro people are cemented into Codex Alimentarius, just as we all are pushed there... At least us yanks have held that at bay through multiple fights, vaccines too. Don't give up on self esteem, "the silent majority"... It is back in action...
