What would you expect from a STATE that has seen four (4) of its last seven (7) Governors be convicted of various corruption charges and spend time in prison, or are currently serving time in prison, i.e., Former Governor Otto Kerner 1961 - '68 went to prison in 1973, Dan Walker 1973 - '77 went to prison 1987, George Ryan 1999 - 2003 currently serving 6 1/2 year term in prison, and Rod Blagojevich began serving a (14) year sentence this March 15th, 2012. So, not a good track record for Illinois Governors. It does make one wonder, doesn't it?
