Unregistered members are able to access the chat...i was not aware you wanted only registered members int he chat. Rich is out on an errand at the moment..as soon as he is back i will get him to communicate with you on this subject Bill.

The chat is actualy a channel on a irc server. There are many networks which are formed from many irc servers linked together, on every irc server there are many many channels with distinct names in which there are people chatting. Everybody can connect from any part of the world to these irc servers unless filters are applied. The "Avalon Chat Room" is such a channel on a irc server configured by Richard. Anybody is free to connect to the server and join the Avalon channel using any IRC Client available and choosing any nickname they wish.

/edit: not all IRC Servers are linked with other servers to form a irc network, the avalon IRC server as far as i know is not linked so to join the avalon channel you have to connect to the avalon irc server that's the only way... unlike with the networks where you connect to any irc server from that network and you can join the same channel because it's accessible to all the network.

Bills question was answered quite accurately by Kra.
The servers reside on a private network with members connecting to one of 2 client servers and the PA chatroom is basically the sole active channel.
As for the possibility of making the chat members only, its very easy to do. However the original concept was to give a way for the many "readers" a chance to talk to the membership without going through the process of registering. Some people dont want to sign up as they feel they wont post or add to the forums content but still want to talk to others who are also awakening.
It also alllows those who are having problems registering to come and talk to someone in realtime for assistance.

It's possible that something highly anomalous occurred. But I'd need quite a lot of convincing that it was not a video artifact - especially if Kerry didn't notice anything with her naked eye when a few feet away from whatever was causing the effect.

Changing the topic slightly, one of my greatest regrets was that I arrived back to where we were staying ten minutes too late to be there when Kerry saw the UFO (very probably one of ours) flying low and silently over Aigle, near Montreux in Southern Switzerland, at about 1.30 am on 5 July 2008.

I grabbed a camera and interviewed her about it for a few minutes. She was beside herself with excitement, and was almost shaking. I'm convinced she saw exactly what she described: a large, very advanced stealth aircraft, flying low and silently across Europe. As I recall, the same craft was sighted in France several hours later the same night. It was definitely a real sighting... and I only just missed it.

i posted this after what you said bill about the alternative media needing to be more discerning and think before they hammer information out. I was just posting for entertainment purposes as the comments underneath made me laugh(not the nasty ones), just the 70 or so "what" and "where is it ect. really people have to be more careful than ever at this juncture as the general populace wakes up to whats happening.

I have noticed bill an extreme amount of disinfo coming out sicve about mid 2009, i cant help but think as the PTB(yes they still are) click their final economic pieces into place, its quite noticeable to the general population what is occuring here.The psy ops are now in full swing as what we have been researching and talking about is now happening in real time.This is an attempt to overpower and bombard the people just coming around to whats going on. too much information is the same as too little in its effects to try to render people helpless.
