This companies are run by gangsters. They are supported by
organisations like WWF. WWF is buying rainforrest by money
they have got from naive westerners who were told they should buy
the rainforrest for preservation. We have been utterly fooled.
We dont have to own a chainsaw and travel to Indonesia to help
those gangsters destroy wots left of the rainforrest and their inhabitants.
We can just buy products made from the palmoil, like stearine candles,
cosmetics or oil to make french fries and so on................
This is free trade at its best, making a lot of money and killing off
the nature at the same time. Is it obvious enough?
When the capture illegal hunters in Africa shooting elephants and
rhinocerus, they are shot on the spot. I think thats a very good custom.
There are two things Oden cant forgive, unawareness and infedility.
Wot explanations are we gonna give our grandchildren to how we
could let those gangsters kill our precious nature?

Many are still unknowing about where the products are comming from and are not informed on their own contribution to the mass destruction on this planet.
If you go to the Finish page of Neste they talk about the renewable oil and the consumers have no idea of how this oil have come to them and think they are eviroment friendly by using biofule.

Yea they play and prey on good people that care but in the end is doing the wrong thing.
Just like the WWF but they do the same thing osing the people for their own purpose.
This just brakes my heart.
And at some lokations they put in GMO palm trees that is killing everything.. the animals, the insects and the micro organisms in the soil and then it go in to the ground water.
These palm trees are starting to make oil nuts only in 3 years
I was looking for that film but It seem to be remowed... im not supriced.

Speaking of synchronisity this came in my mail today !
The Sumatran orangutan is one of the most endangered animals in the world, with only about 6,000 individuals left. Recent forest fires mean there are now even fewer, but fires are not the major threat to this species.
Palm oil companies are destroying the apes' habitat, essentially guaranteeing the species' extinction. »
The Sumatran orangutan's forest habitat has been systematically cleared in the last ten years.
Next week, the Governor of Aceh decides whether to give PT Kallista Alam, a large palm oil company, permission to clear over 1,500 hectares of the orangutan's habitat.
The money being made from the destruction won't be going to the people of Sumatra either--most will end up in the pockets of PT Kallista Alam.
Deforestation has got to stop now, or there won't be any orangutans left.
Ask the President of Indonesia to ensure the permit is denied. »

I have become so utterly discouraged with even trying anymore to try to turn the tide or even a small stream.
Even on this forum, where one would think a large percentage of people would be actively living a different lifestyle or at least preparing to be a living example is almost nonexistent.
Sure there are those that say, I signed a petition, recycle, say they are “awake”, joined an activist group, become vegetarian, ride a bike to work or save their farts to burn for fuel but what difference does any of this make?
“They” keep us busy, herding us from one feel good ploy to the next. We are like bulls drawn to a red cape . . . being lured in for the eventual “kill shot”
What difference does it make to present this material over and over to help people become aware of immense damage this is making . . .we wring our hands and say “how terrible, how awful” and then go right on using the same fuels or products or eat the food . . . .even the raw vegetables that are shipped from other countries and then across your country using thousands of gallons of fuel . . . . but good lord almighty!! you are vegetarian or vegan, so your making a huge difference . . . . right??
We beat our chests and roar “I am awake!! I am conscious!! I am pious and righteous”!! And then go right on doing the same thing everyone else is.
And the REALLY sad part is when everything comes crashing down and we are left in a pile of stinking rubble we will start the whole thing all over again.
Where are the threads on this forum that are full of people sharing and debating and bouncing solids ideas around and putting them into place and working the bugs out?? I have seen a few started over the years and they disappear into the barrage of other meaningless threads and the “crickets” begin their chorus . . . . .WHY? Because they require you to actually change your way of life? Because it would require you to be responsible for your part of the insanity? Because you aren’t willing to give up what you think are luxuries or instant gratification?
Why?
What is truly going to make each of us get out from in front the damn computer or off your couch and DO SOMETHING EFFECTIVE??
What? What would it take?

The problem with taking action is that you can be hoodwinked into supporting one of their more devious schemes like Agenda 21. So I wouldn't be riding a bike to work unless you check out the implications of giving power to their little 'shock force' of biker advocacy groups.
Better to stay the course with a reasonable and responsible independent lifestyle (with well considered arrangements for when the economy does tank). That more than anything imo will resist their plans for control.

Next month we will have a event with a free shop - take what you need and people will maybe for the first time in their life plant a seed that will give them food (squasch) in the summer. We also have a got some land to play on and there we will investigate agrichar/terra preta. and how to grow biodynamic.
When I have time over and the energy, I sit on forums and sign petitions and mingle with like minded.
Petitions may not change all but they do help some and sometimes they just send the message that .. WE SEE YOU and WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
But you are wrong there are many changing and the first step is to look at how one can change the own life.
Nothing will change if people dont know...
What it will take is that the information is spread and that people stop buying (suporting) things that is not good for the future and life on this planet.
Demand to get information about food .. what is it and where dose it come from.
If simple information cant be given ... dont buy it, if they dont know if it is geneticmoidified... dont buy it
If no one or just to few is buying they CANT KEEP ON doing bizz nizz.
There are many different types of biofule and all are not palmoil so it is just a matter of self education.

The truth is that all diesel engines was from the beginning created to run on fat or vegi oil.
To day the maybe easyest way to make oil is algeas. They also give biomass to the soil so it is all good.
But for those not so in to the history of diesel this is a good film.

I dont know how it is in other contrys but here they have put different classifications on different fuels and some are "envirement friendly"
It is based on how much they pollut the sorrundings.
So GREEN in general means GOOD for the nature, part of the programming.
They often use BUZZ words like green, enviroment, renewable energy, future and so on.
But yes it is propobly better to breath the pollutions from biodiesel than ordinary diesel but IT is not friendly in any way if they have to kill half the planet.
Yea off course they also mention how good it also is for the wallets of their investors.
In the film you can see how they care for the enviroment and even the green label on the pumps (classification)

I see you are dismayed with what you have found. So am I. This is absolutely the WRONG way to go but no one seems to want to stop it. I listened to Russell Means (Lakota tribe) in a video yesterday informing us that our government (the US) is selling the air above the Indian Reservation as RECs with regard to carbon foot printing. What crap!! What utter bull hockey!.
This must be changed. This absolutely MUST BE CHANGED NOW! We must get active and call for an abrupt hault to bio-fuels. If people want to make some for themselves, that's one thing but not this!
Keep going, Maria!!

Here are my results...
Your profile is: Dismissive
The Dismissive are sure that global warming is not happening. You say the issue is not at all important to you personally and are not worried about it at all. You, however, say that you have thought about global warming and believe you are well-informed about the causes, consequences, and potential solutions – i.e., that there are none, because it doesn’t exist.
You are very certain about your views, and are very unlikely to change your mind about the issue. Many of the Dismissive flatly reject the proposition that global warming is happening, while a majority believe that if global warming is happening, natural changes in the environment are the primary cause. Likewise, a majority believe there is a lot of disagreement among scientists over whether global warming is occurring, while over a fifth of the Dismissive believe there is a scientific consensus that global warming is not happening. You say that global warming will not harm you personally or future generations at all. Finally, you believe global warming will never harm people.
Read about other types: Alarmed, Concerned, Cautious, Disengaged, Doubtful, Dismissive.
You fall in the 68% of Australians, who've taken this 'climate challenge' who are Dismissive of global warming.

I agree, we are out there .. and growing. Being a model for change is a fine way to inspire and raise awareness.
Is change happening fast enough? Well, that is sometimes a heart break ...
But I would not assume that people - who sit on forums - are just hitting the keyboards. Some of us are ´doing´ out there - for change, for the truth, for the benefit of the future - beyond firing missives from our computer. I speak for myself here, Bluefire but for the moment I prefer not to advertise activities that I am involved in currently, and especially actions that have led me to a lot of woe as well.
Standing up and pushing the envelope and pushing it - about a topic that has been close to my heart for almost 30 years now - almost ruined me personally and professionally. And that was only a decade ago. I made a very public stand and boy did I pay for it. I got spooked and to this day, I prefer not to share what happened and what I became involved in - even on this forum - because I still feel that I must protect my family as well as myself.
I am sorry that I cannot go into more detail, but what I am pitching here is relevant to breaking an insidious power that, among a plethora of oppressions and manipulations, also still manages to turn the colour green into a dirty business.
I can understand your frustration, bluefire, with the word mill on forums, which I agree, sometimes feels like everyone is drowning in a game of endless talk and no solutions.
But I think we need to consider the mix of people on here, and why they are here. I would not take for granted that I know anyone here. And I am sure there are others on here, who like me, have been burned and are finding some salvation, and gathering knowledge and energies for a better strategy forward - to help bring about the real changes we all want to see.
From my experience in the thick of action to bring about sustainable change, I would strongly suggest that communication is vital right now. And if anything, I think that it is a big positive that people on this forum are being constantly reminded of that. If we are going to help in these times, we must have very effective ways of empowering people with information and that rests in how we deliver it.
I love your movable home Maria. And the idea of a free shop - that is going to be interesting. Keep us posted.

Who said bio fuels where green energy?
...or is it because bio fuels are made from green plants?
Its because biofuels are sustainable (they are made from green plants). However, that doesn't mean they are any good as a fuel source for vehicles, nor does it mean biofuels sustain people. It is an extremely poor choice and should be halted.

A deep bow of Gratitude to Maria and Jorr for bringing these issues to our attention -- you guys are an inspiration!
In a related area (our taking responsibility for our environment), I received a newsletter today from one of my favorite nde reporters, Nanci Danison, which I'll share here:
The number one question I get from my readers is why God allows evil acts to go on in the world. In the next few months' newsletters I will give you what I remember learning in the afterlife about evil on earth.
Part 1 - Who Is Responsible for Evil?
Our religions reflect the belief that God controls every action taken on earth when they talk about God "allowing" bad things to happen to good people for various reasons. Alternatively, religions ascribe horrible events to Satan or other demons. Both beliefs have the common core of deflecting blame away from the humans whose actions caused the harm. Why? While I was in the afterlife, I learned that human animals (like other animals) have the built-in character trait of refusing to take responsibility for the consequences of their own actions. So that character trait is reflected in human-created belief systems. God/Source or the Devil is blamed for what humans do as though humans were puppets on strings.
The truth is: HUMANS are responsible for the evil acts in the world. Not God or Source. Not Satan or demons. Humans are violent animals. They use violence to protect themselves from real and imagined potential threats to their ability to get what they want, to amass wealth in its many forms, and to exercise dominance over others. Aside from natural disasters, humans are responsible for the horror we see in daily life. Humans wage war, engage in gang violence, rob homes and businesses, sell and use mind-altering drugs, abuse children, rape, and murder. And humans alone are responsible for these actions.
Source "allows" humans to act this way only in the sense that it created human nature. But Source did not leave us without a means to stop evil. All of the evil acts in the world would stop today if we would collectively use the one tool that is available to each and every one of us--our spiritual ability to control our own human host's actions. We see this power in action every time someone exercises "self control."
Each of us can choose moment-to-moment whether to allow our host body to act out in typical selfish human fashion, or, to do what is best for all of us collectively. Each of us can decide whether to act out human knee-jerk reactions to people and events, or, to train our bodies to withhold reaction until we have time to think through a better course of action. Each of us can allow human emotions and instincts to run our life or strive to live a more spiritual way. As Light Beings inhabiting humans as their souls, we have the innate power to control our bodies' actions.
The next time you are tempted to blame God or the Devil for the evil in the world, ask yourself whether you consistently exercise "self control" over your body's actions, and whether your actions have caused intended or unintended harm to yourself or another.
Thanks again, Maria and Jorr!

Its not really about climate change, its about finite resources. We are running out of some resources. You can do your own research to see which ones are running out and how many species are in danger of becoming extinct. Not a pretty picture but it is REAL. We have a lot of work to do, I suggest we get on with it.
Plant fruit and nut trees, etc... Watch how you use your electricity and your water. Be aware of our gasoline useage. Try to eat more veggies and less meat. Do your best to create more than you take.
Do I think we posess the technology for zero net energy? Yes. Until then...

Plant fruit and nut trees, etc... Watch how you use your electricity and your water. Be aware of our gasoline useage. Try to eat more veggies and less meat. Do your best to create more than you take.
Do I think we posess the technology for zero net energy? Yes. Until then...
Yea i have planted (or they are on statification) Peach,Almond, Pawpaw, American persimmon, Apple root system is waiting for me to graft them, Valnut and Hazel nuts, Aronia and cuttings from berry bushes so ther wil be plenty, I gave away 8 rabarber plants last week and will give more.
The chilli and paprika and tomatoplants and aubergine are growing fine and the tobacco and stevia is comming up now. The mizuna kale and uniions are out in the cold greeh house and seems to do fine. I have chopped wood for a cupple of years to come and a food storage fo about 6 month if ever needed.
Water comes fom the sky, we would be fine even if the electricity did go for good.
I would like to have energy to localy grow some plants that cant grow here in the winter but it is not nessesary and I would manage with out bananas lol but I do like them.
But yes we live in a finite system and cutting down the rain forest dose not make it better.
Life and health starts with the soil and the life in the soil so I feed the microlife to get the best food I can grow. But right now the soil is FROZEN !

Yea I compleetly agree with you... in fact ... I am about to investigate who is behind the transsition that I am self part of right now.
LEADER popps up and some in the group has been invited to work in the Leader projekts and as I have told in my Agenda 21 thread LEADER is part of Agenda 21.
I am discussing it right now... and if it shows it self to be .. agenda 21 behind ... I will just back off untill I find people doing things for people by heart.
But yea it is a sad fact that they do their best to infiltrate on root level.
Some times it can be the best to just do your own thing and let the games play out them self.

This is where I live 6 months a year. I will be setting up again at the end of this month. I walk to work, a dining hall where 3 vegetarian meals are served a day in common. I walk to our lake for my recreation and walk to whatever activities are happening on our huge campus. I work at a holistic institute in the wellness department doing bodywork, which is my profession. This will be my third year doing it. I wish they were not in upstate NY and closed for the Winter, because living in a community is the most healthy lifestyle I know. The people who choose to work and live in this environment are unique and beautiful souls.
I actually like the people there as much, or more, than the flora and fauna and that includes the insects. Can't say that about most people.
I agree with you about most people being full of sh!t, saying one thing and doing another.

I just completed a Global Warming Survey on the Australian ABC site
http://blogs.news.com.au/images/uploads/climateabc_thumb.JPG
**These profiles are based on results from a survey conducted in the US by the Yale Project on Climate Change Communication and the George Mason University Center for Climate Change Communication.

modwiz. . . . . I respect greatly that you live a life conscious of your surroundings and actions. Obviously you are not a hypocrite to what you espouse.
Neither am I . . . .even though we are very different in some of our foundational living concepts and ideals.
The deep underlying problem I see for the majority of the human population is they simply can’t or it isn’t practical to live the way you do or the way I do.
Most can’t live a solitary, lone wolf, camping type lifestyle as you do. . . . I don’t want to . . . .
Nor do many have the skills or even desire to live an off-grid, homesteading, self sustainable lifestyle as I do.
Where are the practical, pragmatic models for the majority of the global population or even a small part of the population?
How can people even begin to make the transition from natural resource devastation to a true “green or global sustaining lifestyle?
Where are the dialogue, debate and solution finding groups . . . . even here on Avalon?
I see mostly individual . . .ain’t I grand and high vibrating . . . .type espousing and very little compassion, understanding or respect for the majority of the population.
We damn them to 3D, low vibrating, unspiritual, unconscious existence because they can’t practically or realistically give up their jobs, homes and ability to take care of their families or even themselves individually????
I feel we (people like you and I) should get off our “high horses” and be much more compassionate and begin carving out a future for those who will follow behind us. We are kinda like the “emperor’s clothing” type scenario don’t you think??

I appreciate your compassion, but I do not ask anyone to live in a tent like myself. I should mention that I have a better wireless internet connection in that tent than I do in my 3 story farmhouse that I live in. Eating healthy food in common with other healthy, intelligent and making-the-world-a better-place-people is not roughing it. It is a dream come true. Most people where I live and work live in dorms, small houses with other roomies or in mobile homes. It is mainly the massage therapists that live in tents. We are professionals, not on a stipend and we do not have the option of provided housing. Some pay room and board like I do and others get a weekly stipend for their room and board. We all get a meaningful existence and our own lake with canoes, kayaks and boats to use as available. Instead of a situation where I manage to get a home by a lake and see every person as a possible interloper, the situation is a lake with a lifeguard and boats kept clean with every visitor as a possible friend and at least someone else to share the treasure with. Living alone, or with just a few people in a costly castle while being programmed by a TV or movie while eating crappy food is not something I would wish on anybody. Furthermore, I see the wreckage such lifestyles create.
So, I do not feel you and I are on any high horses. Instead we are example and mentors of a life that is truly about the beauty of living on this planet and enjoying it without trashing it in our unhealthy pursuits.
You are a wayshower Blufire. Do not second guess yourself. Turkeys will always try to convince eagles they are showing off for flying so high.

I believe the world may be warming, or cooling. Both have happened in the past and it is quite natural. Europe helped pull it self out of the misery of the Dark Ages because of the Medieval Warming period. Getting some old science from the past via the Muslims helped too. The Renaissance resulted.
Pollution is an abomination. The fouling of our airs, waters and soils is a crime bordering on genocide. It must be stopped, but taxing has nothing to do with anything other than the same old pigs who are creating the problem find a way to try and feed themselves some more.
We are definitely in some kind of climate change and it is perfectly normal and there is nothing we can do beside use our very clever minds to work with the process and make some lemonade out of any lemons that might result.
Everything else is :bs:

Thank you Modwiz I agree totaly with you.
This planet have had changes allways and it is natural ... everything is changing all the time.
The cause is tricky to see as it seem to happen in our solar sytem and NOT only on planet Earth.
We have greedy criminals that tilke to use this for their adwantige and scare people to buy new things and make us pay some scam-tax (carbon) so they can get even more money.
This planet is severly poisoned by all chemicals and we need to stop bying things in general.
The production of things is a severe problem and industri use lots of energy and oil and so on to keep it going, farmasutical that people eat is a nother BIG issue causing this toxic iniroment as they in the end find their way out to our water.
The destuction on our rainforest and oil bizzniz and facking and so on must stop, it is putting us all in danger and it will take time and hard work to repair what has been done in name of greed.
GMO crops should most of them be burned to the ground.
They are now finding Roundup traces in people living in the city ... because it is IN the food.
There should be unindependent groops going trough the GMO seeds and all that is a threat in any way should be distroyed.
They have even made GMO algeas (they spread by air) to make the NEW bio oil.
So what can a single individual DO..... The best is to give information and take stand and see how one self is part, and by own habits or lac of information is
supporting this destruktive pattern.
Lokal lokal lokal... it is the key to minimize the own Foot print
I did this Quiz a time ago, and it is intressting.
The question is ... How many planets would we need if everyone was living like ME.
http://www.myfootprint.org/
Do not point fingers at others ... we all have to take our own resposibillity and se how we are involwed in this in our day to day life.
I got my self a good laugh when I saw the sponsors of this quiz... but... it is a good quiz to do to take a good look at self.
Be the change you wish to see.
The destuction of the planet can only continue as long as people are sponsoring it with their money. That is cold facts.

Excellent thread, and absolutely so. The ignorant profit motive that drives energy insanity is driven by economic concerns and not environmental. It is very, very clear and most of the once effective environmental movement has sold out to it. With Rio+20 coming up in June, the press for the lie of sustainable development is well underway, and as with so much, sustainable development sounds good but is a cloak of Agenda 21.. The environmental solution is held as carbon trading, unconventional oil extraction (fracking.. and they're hungry for the Caspian region), and bio-fuels (bio-mass) which robs arable land for fuel crops (not food) and encourages mono cropping and not bio-diversity, wholly economic interest. I've detailed this in a pdf, available on my web site: "The Great Green Deception" ~ ( http://www.gfc.uk.net ) ~ which clearly shows the root of globalist intent in the lies presented to address environmental issue for financial interest. In Rio this June there should be protest at this beyond the scale of any G20 protests. I'm not one for protest, I believe promoting solution ( http://www.solution.gfc.uk.net ) is of much greater value, but there are occasions, and Rio+20 is one, where the repulsion of the people should be witnessed.
