Sleep Paralysis

This hasn't happened to me recently, but I thought I'd ask you all if any of you have experienced something similar or know anything about this phenomenon. I've experienced this 4-5 times throughout my life.

The scary thing is, I can feel when its going to happen as I'm laying there. I think to myself "here we go again..." then I start feeling real weak. Before you know it I'm paralyzed!

I can hear what's going on around me & many times I've tried to call out for help but my voice always betrays me. Could it be possible I am already sleeping, thinking I'm awake?

Anyways, this isn't really what bugs me. What bugs me is whenever this happens, I can always feel a 'presence' there, and it feels somewhat sinister.

I've heard that it may be a lower vibration entity. I've also read that when you experience sleep paralysis if you can learn to not be afraid and look within, that's when Out of body experiences happen. One time I tried to not be afraid, but it was hard with that presence there.

Any ideas?

Hey ProperLogic,

Thanks for sharing!

I've had these sleep Paralysis many times when I was a kid all the way through my teen years.
I've never studied the phenomenon, but to my understanding the paralysis is only occurring because your soul and your energy body (I forgot what it's called properly, but it's a duplicate of you everyday body, but made only of energy where you experience your dreams with) had not yet returned totally in your material body.
The fear you are talking about and feeling a presence.... I don't know. I always felt fear, but to me it felt more like fear due to the fact that I couldn't move. That always made me a bit going into panic and trying to get back into my body as soon as possible, but i never felt a sinister presence during this episodes.

Mostly no, to be honest with you, the only time I felt a presence is when its "hands" were around my neck, that was about 1.5 years ago, in addition while these "hands" were around my neck I could here sinister laughing going on. I think it happened more than once, but I still wasnt scared just aware of what was going on, but I have had sleep paralysis as long as I can remember.

I remember, all to well, an episode that happened with me, many years ago. The same, exact, symptoms and events you are describing are what also happened to me.

(your quote)

What bugs me is whenever this happens, I can always feel a 'presence' there, and it feels somewhat sinister.

You are certainly correct in recognizing the "presence and sinister" side of your event, in that it "is" a satanic attempt to enter, influence and interfere with your life.

I hate to admit it, now, but my episode was during a time in my life when I had allowed myself to "grow distant" from the Lord,....so consequently I was allowing myself to become vulnerable and suspect for "this type" of invasion. Luckily I recognized what was happening to me, very quickly, and even though I was paralyzed and virtually unable to speak,.....I "knew" that if I could just be able to mention and "spit out" the name "JESUS", that everything would be alright and I would be safe. I literally had to "force" myself to be able to speak His name,....JESUS,......and when I was finally able and successful in doing so,.....that sinister force immediately went away and a "complete calmness" entered my bedroom! What I've told you here is factual in every sense of the word! It did happen to me in this matter, plain and simple.

I can assure you, and am happy to report, that it "wasn't long" after this event that I took the measures to become completely restored to my former place with God!

If this event ever happens to you again, remember these words of advice that I've left with you. It may be difficult to do,....but you can do it,....call on, and invoke the name of JESUS. "That name" works! The devil(s) cannot stand in the presence of "that name"! They must, and will, flee and leave when "that name" is used.

I sincerely hope you recognize the value of this!

Love and peace,.......kreagle

I've had sleep paralysis throughout my life with different things happening per occurance. The one time I tried to relax, I started to hear voices of different people, one man asking "Where's my car?", which scared me so I struggled to move again. Another time I feel asleep reading a Baha'i prayer book, then awoke to it pressing on my throat as I struggled to move. Around that time in my life, this sleep paralysis happened frequently and another time I saw a man open my dorm room while I couldn't move, then I would be awakened to things falling off my shelf at night or notice stuff on the floor in the morning. So I don't know if my dorm was haunted because I also saw a basket move forward & back on my shelf one day. Another time when I was in high school, I had 1 episode of sleep paralysis that sounds more like what psychiatrist call a "Night Terror" because of the feeling of fear I had that something was coming to get me. I woke up and couldn't move and saw black smoky waves moving across my ceiling, then heard what sounded like my dog's chain collar jingle, but felt a presence was coming. I have had a few out-of-body experiences but think they feel different than sleep paralysis. Occassionaly it still happens as I wake up but feel a heavyness with my body and can't move so I fight by thinking I must try to move then after several seconds I can move. From what I have been reading about alien parasites & false alien gods on this forum "Horus-Ra as the Archontic Alien Parasite: A follow-up interview with Maarit a Scandin ", I think sleep paralysis may be a dark tool to suck energy from humans- but that has not been stated yet?

There were several years when I was young, starting at the age of about 8, where I would either experience sleep paralysis or I would leave my body but just go up to the ceiling of the room. I often felt a somewhat malevolent presence that was aware of me, but since I am a rather aggressive type person I would get mad at the negative presence and it would leave, so anger worked well for me at that stage. Even in my early 20's I experienced the malevolent presence along with sleep paralysis.

My analysis of this stage is that when we first start leaving our bodies, which can begin with sleep paralysis, we often stay in a lower vibrational frequency where negative entities like to hang out and try to control people. Once I started leaving the lower vibrational frequency dimensions behind and traveled completely out of the lower astral dimensions I never had the sleep paralysis along with the malevolent presences again. There were negative beings in other dimensions but you have more power to deal with them if you are in a higher vibrational dimension.

I agree that you can be helped if you call on God or Jesus or some power that you believe in, but the key is your belief. Ultimately you may find that calling on God for help is the same as calling on your higher self since we are God. God is not separate from us. It is only our belief that we are separate from God that keeps God at a distance. In this case calling on God can open the door to help. Absolutely demons can be driven away by a closer connection to your God-self.

I felt like I shouted "Help" during an episode (several of us were sleeping in a room during a mission trip) then I heard my friend's voice say "What exactly do you need help with?". But in the morning she says she doesn't remember this. I had a strange vision off a demonic arm swipping on that trip to New Orlearns also.
In my younger years of sleep paralysis, I would feel a weight on my chest or couldn't breath very well which was terrifying, and I've heard that some aliens live off this fear. Psychic Sylvia Browne has said that she hates out-of-body experiences because it is uncomfortable, so maybe sometimes this paralysis comes from being aware before the soul is completly back in the body. Which begs the question, who took my soul? I now recall that before I went out-of-body, I felt heavy or like I was vibrating, and once heard a deafining loud vibration noise, which is strange because it shouldn't hurt my 'spiritual' ears. My first OBE was quick, comfortable & easy, flowing out the top of my head, but I went quick back into my body. Sorry if I am rambling, I guess I push so much back that I can't understand, then its hard to remember when I try.

Several times when I was younger from about the age of 10 - 14 years I had experiences where I would be in sleep paralysis and a presence would be pushing on neck and head in a way that would feel like they were trying to break my neck. I would fight this and was terrified while this was happening. This would happen every so many months until finally the last time it happened I just thought, "oh you again" and felt no fear. I never had the experience again.

You have to understand as a young child I had sooo many psychic things happen this was just another night in my life. I was always having OOB experiences, being visited by dead relatives, have premonition dreams, etc. Later on in life I happen to come across info about this happening to people in Asia quite a bit. They call them "Choking Ghosts" over there. Of all things it is recommended that if this happens you should not fear them because they feed on negative emotions. Guess I had to find that out the hard way.

Oh and another interesting thing was that I never told anyone when I was growing up about these experiences. My family did not like hearing about such things. My younger brother and I were talking as adults one day and I brought this up. He shouted, "That use to happen to me all the time too. Until I got older and didn't care when it happened. I could feel it let go of me and it never came back".

Sorry been thinking about this thread alot today, and many memories coming back, I'll keep it short, I definitely DO remember a presence on more than one occasion, did not feel evil just felt like it was checking me out, it was literally walking around me, could have even been more than one thing, cuz I remember talking too, not sure if it was about me though.

I have had these type of paralysis my self. Along with violent dreams and screaming in my sleep. I have been tested quite a few times and there is very little that is said about Central Sleep Apnea. But its a very scary thing that happens as you start to reach REM sleep. The experiences I have had when I hit there were of being choked, unable to scream for help, unable to move. These are just a few things there is not much studied on it and nobody would give me real information on it. But on the tests they called it Central Sleep Apnea. Don't know if this helps at all.

I find it quite strange that so many people from so many different places have experienced this exact same phenomenon at one point or another. Many of us never even talk about it to others, yet our experiences are identical. I wonder what this is about.

Well, on a positive note: I believe in the good and in the end what's right is going to happen, because it is right.

Re: Sleep paralysis
I had one of these events happen to me about 15 years ago. I was asleep in bed with my wife when i partially woke up as i had a feeling like someone was laying on me. No it wasn't my wife . Then i looked up an saw a old hag and she was holding out her arms and coming for me.The hag grabbed me by the throath and started choking me. At that point my wife woke up and she said i was making gurgling noises. She tried to shake me and wake me me up. She said i had a terrified look on my face and was swing my arms trying to get away from her.She never saw anything so i always assumed i was dreaming and was kind of in a phase of sleep where people are more likely to be in a compromisize state.Nothing happened like that again for years until lately when i heard voices and theres no one there and feel pressure on my body when i sleep. Maybe the bitch is back.

This is a common phenomenon allied to Sleep Apnoea and the dream state. It happens to us all at some time, but mostly we do not remember it.

It is believed to be the origin of the legends of succubi and demons, out of body experiences and some researchers link it to memories of alien abductions. The symptoms are similar in most cases, though not all people have all the symptoms. I have experienced this myself, and it is very real indeed! I also have very graphic and lucid dreams, some are horrible, but others are pleasant, and I often remember them. Some of them repeat night after night- until I work out what it is I am trying to tell myself! These sort of dreams are often experienced by people who have Sleep Paralysis.

My 18 year old child has these experiences. She not only senses a presence, but sees it and them. It is mysterious to her, not sinister. She feels pulled on, tugged, and observed. She sees floating objects, luminous human-like figures, and other things. She has learned not to be fearful. When she can speak she utters, "you do not have my permission to be here. Leave now in the name of Christ Consciousness". Before entering her room she says a prayer to every corner of the room. The experiences have diminished since starting the prayers.

Many thanks to my forum member friend for the most excellent advice, you know who you are. ;)

i have had a very similar, jarring experience like you've described. i became obsessed with figuring out what happened.

my understanding, and i could be way off, is that you may have been woken during deep REM sleep, a time when your brain shuts the body down so you don't act out your dreams (read: hurt yourself). this sudden waking happens and the body, at times, doesn't catch up.

this could also explain any presences felt, lights seen, etc. as the brain is still firing parts of the unconscious mind/dreams, etc.

in some "debunking" shows i've seen on abductions this is sometimes one of their primary arguments.

my experince was nuts. it felt like something was in bed right behind me (i lived alone at the time), it was laughing at me and hated me. crazy and unsettling, for sure.

again, just a possibilty, and a kind of 'sciency' explaination.

this is just my opinion, but i don't think there was anything happening but your mind, doing what it does. i mean this so you don't worry about any future attacks, god, the devil, etc. I think a lot of people experience, this, as mentioned above and you don't have a lot to worry about.

Although I have been following all of you since the beginning of Camelot, I didn't join until now because there really wasn't anything that I could ad to the discussion, untill I became knowledgeable about Astral Projection, or out of body experience. I am just signing off the net, but just clicked into this thread and have no time to read all the posts in it today....Grrrrr.... I so dislike it when this happens.

I don't know if anyone else has already suggested this - I am posting just in case this hasn't been mentioned. (btw, I am an experienced OBE person). I don't have any time right now to answer fully, but here is a nano-zip answer that may help ease minds.

'NO VOICE' - When you have no 'voice' coming out of your mouth even though you are screaming and doing the right moves to create ‘sound’ etc, this is the classic sign that you have literally shifted into another dimension; Herztian Realm is where your physical body lives – Your Infered body exists when asleep, Lucid dreams involve the Inferred body.

Lying in the bed unable to move means you are in the lower Astral. It is quite normal, don't panic!; also try to ignore any sounds around you. In truth, this is actually a Great sign that you are awakening your consciousness and this experience is bringing you an Initiates golden opportunity to expand fast!!! This is where you get to experience ‘who you are’ beyond your physical body here on Earth. When this ‘event’ happens next time it is a great opportunity If you keep 'calm' and place your focus on floating up to the ceiling.... you will have a full blown OBE!

IMPORTANT: If you want to break the 'experience', concentrate all your focussed thoughts in wiggling either a toe or finger. Keep focussing, imagine you finger/toe moving, keep doing it, you will feel like an energy finger/toe at first then...eventually you’ll be 'moving' your physical finger/toe, wiggle it more and you will pop back fully anchored back consciously into your physical body.

IMHO best book to read that tells you everything there is to know about OBE, how to do this, the science, the phenomena one can experience while 'exiting', it is called "Adventures Beyond The Body" by William Buhlman
Here is his website http://www.astralinfo.org/

Sorry for just popping in before reading all the posts, I have bookmarked this for tomorrow. My intent was to help ease worried minds if the above hasn’t already been posted. smile.

Sweet Dreams to you all! May Great Adventures unfold!!!

Awesome, awesome response! I especially like the part where you say "If you keep 'calm' and place your focus on floating up to the ceiling.... you will have a full blown OBE!" I would love to experience that and now I'm actually looking forward to the next time this happens to me! What you've said resonates with me, and I've actually read from other places about staying calm when this happens. But this is the first time I've heard of placing my focus on floating up to the ceiling.

I will definitely try this next time it happens, the question is: When will it happen again? ;)

Thanks so much for the response.

it felt like something was sitting on my chest for about 2 minutes or so my heart was racing incredibly too.

there was a blue/transparent light being/entity sat on my chest which was vaguely similar to the monster from the 50's sci-fi film 'Lost in Space'.

it was quicker than me and pinned me down so hard I couldn't breath, as though it was sitting on my chest

I can tell you about the same chest pressure and, yes, the same 'demon' that your friend saw.

I managed to find a way to make my "experiences" stop when I was about 13 years old. After many years of having these terrifying episodes I went to bed just emotionally/physically exhausted. Mad at life and just "Done with it all" as only a teenager tired of a lifetime of nightly terror at bedtime can be.

In my experiences I would feel a sinister presence, neither male or female, hover over my upper body. I would then feel a pressure that would push my head/neck to the side to the point that I thought my neck would snap. During this time I would be fighting horrified that I was about to die at the hands of whatever this "Thing" was. I never saw anything, only felt it.

On this particular night when "it" came and I felt the pressure start, I remember I just had the feeling "Go ahead, do it, Kill ME. I don't care anymore". When I thought this the pressure immediately stopped. For the first and only time I heard a sound like a "shreak". Like stepping on your cat/dogs tail or when an animal touches something really Hot. Then it came back really hard. I really thought that that time was going to be it because I couldn't breath this time. Still I did not fear. I remember thinking "Be with me Jesus". The pressure stopped again and it left immediately.

About one week later I felt it coming back. The pressure started again really intense and I started to feel afraid and then I remembered, "Just don't care". This time I remember I thought to myself, "OH you again, whatever", "Go ahead do your thing". During this time I remember I instinctively felt that it was trying to feed. It was like now that I was not in the terror state I could feel "it" draining my energy/essense, but this time I could tell it did not like what it "tasted".

This is why I believe that whatever these "things" are they are feeding on our Fear. Do not fear them and you will not "Feed" them and they will go looking elsewhere.

This "sleep paralysis" is physiological safety lock to protect our bodies from walking away from bed when we dream. And happens every night during R.E.M. phase when we dream. Animals have it too. When i was young I many times watched my sleeping dog trying to bark or move her paws ;) Without a success... thankfully... Dreams are processed by the same areas of brain involved during wake state. During sleep muscle signals are being shut down. For our safety.

There are people with their "sleep paralysis" mechanism disabled. They can walk while dreaming. And also do other strange stuff:

i don't know what to call Sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming, i used to have sleep paralysis in unable to move or talk but these days i'm more in control able to talk and seen vision abit more clearly. Many time i experience of some sort of time travel to the past or travel to alternative reality seeing and hear people who i know in my sleep including knowing the year of last decade that i was at.

one time in my sleep, i know i'm dreaming unable to move my body or talk but able to move my hand seeing unclear vivid vision. at this i was aware i able to grab mobile phone next to my bed, after dailing i hear this voice of little girl keep saying hello. i did tried to talk back asking her for information what year i'm in or where am i but unable to.

these days i get alot of experience like this able to Feel-Hear and seeing unclear vision in my bed but many times unable to move. This is event is profound experience to me because of the feeling so real isn't like a dream...i wake up and keep saying to myself holy crap what was that? it's incredible i can really feel what i touch especially the voice into my ear like someone talked into my ear.

many times this event occur of sleep paralysis or lucid dreaming occur when i'm able to move just try to grab many information about the place-time/year and the event of that reality i'm in.

one time i talked to somebody in my dream, can't remember details but i did told that person i'm in dream state and give that person my email and secret code to contact me. i was fully aware that i'm in dream state.

yes, it happen to me last year also no voice or really soft small voice came out of my mouth which other person could not hear. these days it seems that i have cross to other dimension which i believe so, some times i don't know either really sleeping or awake so i tested moving my body or by put my arm cover my eyes and if i cover my eyes still able to see then i knew i'm in dream state...it seems i'm in 2 world.

this stuff with sleep paralysis thing is sureal...few times in last year also, when i able to move my hand so i touch around of my surrounding and able to feel old radio which i have last decade. I turn it on and actually hear Australia radio station 2gb.

i do believe what Realeyes is saying because i have alot of that experience in my dream state. now I have concern what happen if i'm unable to get back? these days when it occur i'm more aware of surrounding and vision gets more clearer, this isn't a dream anymore and i find it so real...i'm in my bed but at different place not in current reality.

This is not only common.

NewScientist: Can you be blamed for sleepwalking crimes? (http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn18189-can-you-be-blamed-for-sleepwalking-crimes.html)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis

This is NORMAL :)

Yes, It is normal for the physical body to paralyze itself while it is sleeping... Everyone goes through this, every time that they sleep. Some would say that it does not occur during a short nap, because REM sleep does not normally set in until about 40 minutes into the sleeping cycle.

What is NOT normal,, is the ability to stay awake and aware (mentally) through this process.. The ability to drop into trance (mind awake/body asleep) can be practiced and mastered,, in fact it is the goal of many Eastern practices an philosophies. Those of us who have had experiences with sleep paralysis have a natural tendency to drop into trance easily. It is that simple.

This 'state' of awareness can be used as a platform for some pretty sophisticated OUT OF BODY experiencing... Here is a clue... If you are experiencing sleep paralysis,, and you are able to move your arm,,, be more observant!!! It is not your physical arm that is moving... No part of your physical body can move during sleep paralysis... Your mental and physical state has already 'phased' into your energetic state,,, you just don't know it yet... consciousness is seamless!!! This state of being is a platform for Astral Projection... I have spent many hours experimenting with the paralyzed states(s)... It is the point where you have the greatest potential to CONSCIOUSLY leave your physical body state,,, and enter into an energy body state... I remember trying to yell or scream or move or anything... There was also a sudden presence in the room... (starting to sound familiar?) There are many different opinions on the 'presence' in the room,, and what it is... In my experience, the 'presence' invoked great fear. It caused me to lay there paralyzed in great/profound fear,,, rather than get up and out of my body.

Not everyone will use this potential for exploration... There is a special place,, right between asleep and awake,, (regulated by the pineal,, btw) that one can experience the expansion of consciousness,, and create the conditions needed for sojourn into other realms... Phasing between physical and non-physical states can help one to understand how it is that consciousness creates physical reality MOMENT BY MOMENT...

Waking up while paralyzed can many times bring about strong energy body sensations, too. Intense vibrations,, strong pulsing in your crown or brow or heart centers... (folks can get quite religious when it comes to Chakras,,) I call them Energy Centers,, as they are an actual and pragmatic part of our energetic makeup...

If you experience sleep paralysis,, then you have a natural ability to drop into trance states.. It is up to you what you do with it!!!!

As far as lucid dreaming goes,, I can say this: Waking up in a dream with full consciousness is overpowering and wonderful... I have (at fleeting moments) woken up into THIS dream... The physical... It operates the same as a dream,,, we simply don't realize it!!!! It was a game changer!!!!! Merrily merrily merrily merrily....

Good travels.
Jake.

Hi ty for posting this. I've been panicing over whats been happening to me and it always when I do sleep ins at work. The first time this happened was two weeks ago I was asleep as far as I can guess then my whole body was paralyzed and vibrating vigourously I couldn't move and like something was holding me down I had this exsplosive strength and hurled the energy across the room I then saw myself sitting up in bed and then my alarm was going off the next morning i was absolutely terrified at what had happened so I brought my crystals to work and asked for protection to see me through the night. Then 2 days ago it happened again its like my whole body vibrates like i'm being pulled out I said NO GET OFF ME!! and it disapeared i'm at work tonight an worried its going to happen again :(

I know that many people experience sleep paralysis when they are abducted by ETs.

This happened to me last summer, though I am hesitant to use the word 'abducted' because it turned out I had a soul contract with them. I was induced asleep at about 8p.m. and two hours later, I felt my soul enter back into my sleeping body. When my soul was finally with my body again I experienced sleep paralysis for about 30 seconds, at the same time the craft out my window took off and I envisioned the door o my room opening and closing.

Astral body/soul leaving...it's a normal process and some people can control it. But ET abductions/visitations are also a causal factor...if thy take your soul and leave the meat-suit behind. :)

I have exprienced this alot as a child not so much as an adult is it a fair assumption to make that sleep paralysis is a marker or sign of contact?
I have a inner notion that it is just want some confirmation if possible...

I love/hate this thread. I clicked on it before lying down and I had to get up and turn the lights back on. Sigh. Lol!
I try to keep a cool head about it.

Four days ago this happened to me, and it hadn't happened since I was a teenager. I 'woke up' and my body wasn't responding and I immediately knew what was going on, the dreaded sleep paralysis. I looked around the room and saw a shadow figure get up from the computer chair across the room and stand up, moving towards me. I was terrified. "Arcturian" leaped into my head as soon as I laid eyes on the figure, and it felt like it wasn't my thoughts, but rather a projected thought. This should have comforted me, since I've been trying to make contact and have had a CE5 encounter this month, but it did not. I do not like having no control over my body. I tried calling out to my friend sleeping next to me, but of course, I was barely able to make a sound, but she did roll over so I think SOME sound did come out. The whole experience only lasted about a minute. Too long for my taste. Nothing felt evil or negative, I was just scared.

When I was a teenager, this happened only a handful of times and back then the presence I felt was very negative, but only because I was heavily into stupid things like Satanism (not real Satanism, LaVey's crap). Shadow creatures crawling towards me from the ceiling, like inkly blobs, long white fingers opening doors.

There goes sound sleep for tonight! :)

Hi,
I do not have the time to read all the answers now so I dont know if what i'm writing has been already said. Tomorrow morning I'll chekc up in case it's too redundant.

I had similar experiences all my life. It started when I was very little.
My experiences were things like:
- waking up because of somebody calling my name and something will pull me onto the matress with lots of pressure and I couldn't move.
-waking up because somebody was chocking me and I could not breathe.
-waking up because of footsteps on my room or loud noises (like a fist hitting my table, etc.)
Often my cat was hissing towards that direction, very angry and scared.
And yes, the presence of something very dense and dark was there.
- Some nights i got "visits" from what i supose were "shadow beings".
They look humanoid, dark, like made of shadow or dark smoke/fog.
Some of them were a bit transparent (like dark grey smoke/fog) and others extremely dark, so much I could see them clearly in my pitch black room because they were darker than black. It's difficult to explain. They kept me paralysed.

Mostly they scared me with comments like "I'm gonna get you soon/I have you now" "I'll have your essence" "I'll eat you/your soul" Sometimes inflicted some physicall pain ( bites, kicking, chocking and stuff alike) or i was paralized seconds after waking up.
They can be very scary, yes. And very upsetting.
I believe what they want is really eat our essence/souls as they told me.

BUT WE DO HAVE THE POWER TO GET RID OF THEM

Someday I noticed that when you manage not to fear them they kinda loose their power, cannot immovilize you anymore and leave quickly. Often with insults or sayin he'll come back "to get you" some other day.
So the most important thing is: NO FEAR. Be confident in yourself and your own power. To fear them is giving your power away and makes them more powerful over you.
The second is: ENERGY CLEANSING. I have noticed that whenever they payed me a visit it was times when I was depressed, weak energetically, keeping a crappy diet, started smoking AGAIN, was around vampires, or days i had lots of negativity.
Negativity makes your energy weak and that makes you an EASY MEAL.
So do whatever helps you to keep your energy at a higher lever. i like Reiki. Others may prefer prayer? That's good as long as it brings you PEACE and harmony and not fear.
The third thing is: PRECAUTION Once they spotted you and got interest in you it may take some time till they stop harassing. A good precaution for me was to do a bit of reiki and SHIELD myself+my room+ my home before i go to sleep and then i had no more problems. Again, everyone has his own techniques/tools according to their believes.

Once i fell asleep just after shielding myself (without doing the bedroom+home, etc) and i woke up to one of these guys screaming insults at me from the corner of the room because he couldn't get closer to me.
So I guess that was all the confirmation i needed. It really works guys.

If you want I can post later my shielding/protection techniques.
They are very simple, anybody can do them. The same with Reiki.

Love to you all

While I have only expierenced a handful of times it was unsettling to say the least.
The paralysis was frightening. The worst was not being able to open my mouth
and cry for help.

I went through that experience several times in the 80's, but didn't experience panic. I was always aware of a presence, but it was a benign one.
