Amma, the Hugging Saint, is embarking on her Australian Tour taking in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. I would heartily recommend a visit to see her, and to go and get a hug! www.ammaaustralia.org.au
She has public programs which are free to all. The energy around her is very calming and uplifting, and you will see and meet some beautiful souls. I have visited her for a number of years, and got my hugs!:grouphug: There is food available, a healthy cafe, and a number of stalls that sell incense and the like.
If there's one guru that is squeaky clean, this is her. Her disaster relief work in her own country is exemplary, and she is happy to roll up her sleeves and help out.
