Man, today I seen people acting badly and I mean real badly. Took my grandson and his friend out to the park which is normally a pretty good place but I guess because of the holiday it was pretty full of people cooking out. I was totally amazed at the way people were acting and treating their kids. Loud and cussing every other breath and arguing over their sports teams. One of the parents started getting rough with their child and even throw the kid on top of the hood of his truck. Some kids were playing baseball and the ball got away and close to the group of rowdy adults when one commenced to tongue lash the kids while dropping the F- bomb word to get his point across. We did run into a less rowdy group in the park when when moved away from the group of the "good ole boys" so the park visit wasn't a total wash.
Earlier in the day my next door neighbor needed a lift to the grocery store. While sitting outside waiting for him his wife started nagging him about buying her some lottery tickets and having her previous nights tickets to checked to see if she was a winner. She was tongue lashing him pretty good but I went ahead and took them. Then when she didn't win she let loose with the "I never win --feel sorry for herself routine". Then she let loose again on him went we got back home. Geez, talk about a energy vampire. So after I got back home from the park he waved at me and I waved back. I go in and take a nap and was awoken by another neighbor who told me that the nagging wife called the police and my neighbor was arrested! I know there is 2 sides to every story but it just amazes me to see whats going on just in my little hometown......:dizzy:

I always blame the moon --- ha ha. 2/3 days before until 2/3 days after the full moon, which was on Friday. Every 3 or so months, it seems to peak. I'm in retail sales. People are very cranky (and mean) during those times.

I agree, the world is becoming a very unpleasant place to be. You can't say anything to anyone these days without receiving aggression as an answer, even from the kids.
People can't just talk any more, it has to be threatening and or else. Quit frankly I hate this world, no one has any time for anyone, if they do speak to you it's because they want something.
I have a twenty something female post lady and every time she rings my doorbell with a package I say hello, how are you today? and she completely ignores me, I may say something like, is it cold out there today? and she completely ignores me.
I hold a shop door open for some female and say there you go dear. they barge through without even looking at me or acknowledging my existence, never mind a thank you.
The lift arrives at your floor, you can't get off because everyone barges in the minute the doors open, or people are stood in a group talking outside the doors.
You are walking down the street and a group of people are blocking the whole pavement (Sidewalk) just talking to each other so you have to step out into the roadway to pass.
No one gives a damn about anyone but themselves anymore, it's all barge and grab and push and shove.
You speak to anyone on a bus or train or wherever and they look at you as if you are the local pervert or rapist, at best the local nutter.
The attitude in the shops is just give us your money and piss off.
Everything is a con and a rip off...Up to...could get....Unlimited, but read the "Fair use policy"
I hate this world and where it's going. I moved to the area I live now eleven years ago, because the Airline I was flying for wanted me here. I knew no one, but I bought a house here and stayed here ever since. Since the Cancer finished my flying career and I have nothing but time on my hands I have been trying to make a friend in my villiage. I would love to just have one close friend to share time with, share hobbies with and have a laugh with, I have befriended several people over time, No one ever befriends me, Every single time without exception it always turned into what I could do for them and when I finally would say, look, excuse me, you never ever come to see me unless you want something or want me to do something for you, then they would give me a load of aggressive verbal and I would never see them again.
I have given up, I don't want to be in a world with self centred me me people, I just spend my time alone when my wife is working and the only time my doorbell rings is someone trying to sell me something, someone trying to force their religion down my throat, or the ignorant mail girl. Isn't life and people wonderful :-(

As a 23 year old, you would think I have a ton of friends...but I don't because of the people you just mentioned. People these days are so dramatic and blind to this world :( I read and educate myself while other girls my age are having babies and creating a not so pleasant life for themselves.

Don't change Freebird xx
Yes I know Jack, I had a couple of months in Oz three years ago and I was just amazed at how friendly and kind the people were, they all took the piss out of me though and constantly called me a Pom. I thought we were past that. the Irony is that I am not a prisoner of mother England but most of you out there are descended from them which means you are actually the Poms. Go figure :-) .

This thread subject is a great and timely one. People are reacting to many multiple influences and cleansings in their lives. This is the time of separation. This is the reason that so many of us have discussed being connected but alone on another thread. There is a separation occurring and many of us are experiencing our own upliftments and at the same time, the confusion and sadness that many others are experiencing who do not understand what is occurring. We are all being changed, but at differing levels...no judgment intended.
If any of you are interested, Lisa Renee explains this at the link below. If you even read the first two or three sections of this lengthy article, you will have a better understanding of what is happening...out there...and within.

Just imagine how these cretins will act when the money system collapses. Try and see how things will unfold when governments can no longer offer up the cash to those on the dole.
They WILL try and take whats yours and mine! They already have lots of experience doing just that under the welfare system.

Does anyone ever call out these sorts of people on their behavior?
If not why?
Why complain? I complain about stupid people all the time but...I don't mind calling them out on it. Particularly if they are affecting my space. Absoultely no one is pulling that sort of **** on me without getting it addressed. And they don't soon try it again. The power of the word NO.
The lady who called the police on her husband. If she's got her knickers in twist over not winning the lottery maybe she should think about the financial stress she has just placed on her own domicile. That shold really wad up her panties but of course she can blame her husband. One isn't carted off to jail without suffering court fees and other things. Way to go Lady.
My daughter is 16, she does it all the time. She calls out adults on their behavior. One of her friends took a fall off a horse on the road and knocked herself out. The motorists coming by apparently don't care there's an unconscious child in the road and nearly drove over her because they have these busy important lives. So my called them out. **** off and go around.
Wouldn't listen. So she sics her mad dog horse on them. He don't care, he'll kick anyone, he don't care if your stupid or not..
One such motorist threatened to 'tell her parents how she spoke ot adults'. As if these arseholes are in any way remotely adult, or as if 'being an adult' just entitled them to drivng over a stricken child. If that person had in anyway been an adult they would have hopped out of the car and offered assitance. Or at least driven in another direction to not add to the conflict.
So my daughter says, Yeah my mother is just standing down the hill, you just go down there can complain about how I spoke to you,'.
Why don't we calll out this ****.
None of our business right?
We don't have the right to?
Complain complain but not excercize our right to do what is right?
Know it and you'll see how fast stupidity ceases to exist. It goes on because we allow it.

This is sooooo sad.
Daft Ada - I know what you mean, and this is one of many reasons I left the UK. Asian people are totally different, for the most part. I can smile at strangers in the street and I get a smile in return, do that in Britain and you're likely to get arrested.
I remember about 10 years ago, I was in Twickenham (London) and I opened a shop door for a woman, who just barged straight through, didn't even acknowledge my existence. So I said "thank you" to her. She turned round, glared at me and started mouthing off at me as though I'd done something wrong !!!!!

Wow, I did that once in Singapore many years back, and a lady over the counter gave me the most repulsive look she could muster. Maybe I had a piece of lunch hanging on my chin. People here just don't smile at strangers. Definitely not a culture here in this part of Asia.
When there are more to be occupied with in the mind, the people gets more lost and disconnected, with themselves and others. There were times I too needed reminders to be grateful, to feel for others, to rejoice in other's good deeds, because things were just too fast paced. The government has made us buy into the idea that we need to work ourselves till death. A conditioning only a fortunate few are aware of, comparing to the public at large. When that happens, we start to see how much more wrong the world has been.
There is a limit to how much we can do, but there is no limit to how much of ourselves we can change. I choose peace from within! Ain't easy though, and sometimes, I'd want to hide in the jungle all by myself. :\
Maybe I should try this :D :

Thanks mate that's very kind, yes I understand, Unfortunately I am down near Coventry and Rugby in the Midlands.
Another story comes to mind re observing peoples behavior. I have been flying model aircraft and Helicopters for over 35 years and I thought maybe if I join the local club I would make some friends. I did this but found every time I went to the field to fly something there was no one there, so I made sure I attended the club meetings and found only two or three would turn up, I befrended the few that turned up and at the end of the year the club asked me to be the flight safety officer, which I did. The end of year meeting attracted more members with about thirty turning up. I gave lectures and tuition on many subjects to do with model flying at these meetings and thought a few of the members could be called friend.
Then I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer and I had to inform the club that I could no longer do the travelling or stand in a field flying the models and had to leave the club. The club owner posted a notice informing all the members of my situation. Not one, not one single person, contacted me to wish me all the best for the upcoming surgery or even to thank me for the two years I had put into the club, not one, I never heard from any of them again not even to enquire if I had survived the surgery :(

Hey folks,
Now, just imagine what would happen if all anti-depressants and this sorts of medications suddenly disappeared from the shelves...Itīs not a good picture, right?
Things would get even crazier...
The decision of transforming our society into a complete chaos is in the hand of just a few persons...And they donīt even need to start a war or spend a lot of money to make it.
Cheers,

I guess thatīs one of the reasons (post #15) they are building all those fema camps around the US .
If a big economic recession really hits the US, the pharma companies wont be able to supply and produce such medications, and since a huge part of the US live under the pacifying effects of such kind of pills...Well, I suppose you got it. ;)
Cheers,
Raf.

I have noticed a correlation between depression, anxiety and other self absorption resulting emotional states and psychic attack. People don't realize it but they are in survival mode always and that results in this sort of self absorbed state.
We are as a society psychically assaulted 24 hours a day. Media, news, tv, advertising, EM,traffic jams and I mean every aspect of our life is an assault on the psyche. Being jolted from your nice sleep at 6 am by an alarm clock IS a psychic assault. You are in one state of consciousness and then blared immediately out into a another. Our lifestyle is one of 24 hour a day assault and then these folks most affected by it then broadcast the same, and the worst afflicted end up on anti -depressants like you noted.
As bad as the things are for you because they are masking the symptoms of the attack and not curing the attack itself they do serve to keep a bad situation from becoming worse.
Hey folks,
Now, just imagine what would happen if all anti-depressants and this sorts of medications suddenly disappeared from the shelves...Itīs not a good picture, right?

At first, as a symptom, there was road-rage... now it's spread down to sidewalk-rage... at least in my part of the world.

I know in Canada at the moment there is a big shortage of many prescription medications ........seems very odd to me that these big pharma companies would ever run out of pills but perhaps there is a more sinister plan at work as you have highlighted here

There's a lot of unhappy and UNawake people out there.
Best we can do is observe and try not to let it bother us.
Bad manners is always difficult to bear but all we can do is HOPE they will awaken and see that they are one with the Source of All Goodness.
Love 'em.
