Dr Boyle said the future SKA would be used to try to form a full physical history of the universe. ''It will test fundamental physical theories. The theories of Einstein, the nature of gravity,'' he said.

''Radio astronomy has been used in the past in the search for extraterrestrials. The SKA will increase that search volume a millionfold.''

Production of the SKA would begin in 2016 and the first data would be collected in 2020.

It didn't strike me as a NWO thing but rather a more realistic possible scenario. Apparently the military has a 'what if' contingency, up to and including failure...at which point military personal would be geared up and released from duty in an 'every man/woman for themselves type deal.

Jack--- Whilst everything else in the report you posted may be possibly correct I thought that the SKA telescope was definitely going to South Africa. It has been a huge embarrassment to Australia and New Zealand because it had been presented as a done deal. Because the recommendation of the committee went against the perceived point of view the time for the actual decision has been extended, and maybe, as has been suggested in this thread, some sort of compromise can be reached, but at this stage it is by no means certain that this telescope will be built here.

I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside of this world. And yet I ask – is not an alien force already among us?

Prof Springer’s revelation of classified Pentagon plans to respond to an alien invasion raises many intriguing questions. Most importantly, Springer reveals that the Pentagon acknowledges the importance of thinking through the many national security issues surrounding the possible existence of extraterrestrial life and technology. Whether one agrees with former President Reagan that extraterrestrials are already here and constitute a global threat, or whether the Pentagon plan is merely a ruse for a false flag event to usher in a one world government; in either case, the time for serious study of issues concerning extraterrestrial life has come. The Cabal may not have the capability to pull off a false flag fake alien invasion, but it seems that they are determined on making the public fearful of extraterrestrial contact, especially with any positive or benevolent entities. Precisely Little Ishtar. MSM documentaries & movies are constantly "programming" us with hostile alien scenarios which undoubtedly could result in "us" attacking "them" regardless of "their" intentions.

But there is also the "double jeoprody" angle: that a false flag operation of some description will occur in the near future, (ie, a staged alien attack, perhaps even a real one, 2012 Catastrophe scenario, etc) and another "friendly group" (alien, human or otherwise) will arrive to "save us" from ourselves... provided we do it "THEIR WAY".

This was the concept behind the sci-fi mini-series "V" (I recommend watching both the original 1980's & recent reimagined version - which interestingly, has not as yet been renewed for a following season, despite great popularity). The overall plot was reminiscent of the way Nazi's took over - like the frog which is slowly boiled to death - a gradual takeover.

This scenario could also come in the form of the Earth-based "Secret Space Agency" arriving as our saviours, and provide a great loophole & justification for explaining the secrecy over all these years.

Create the problem AND the solution (again), and yes, a NWO... for "our safety".

From memory:
* Pine Gap in Australia, attacked a UFO, and was videoed from the Space Shuttle (various YouTube videos of this) - history is resplendent with Earth-based attacks on UFOs... usually for no reason.
* When Area 51 came under the spotlight a decade or so ago, it was strongly rumoured that alien & exotic hardware etc was moved to Pine Gap & Utah bases... just in case.
* Last year, Julian Assange (Wikileaks) stated that, "Aliens will be running the world by 2017"

It has been a huge embarrassment to Australia and New Zealand because it had been presented as a done deal. Yes, embarrassing for the Aus govt. if it was communicated that it was a done deal that the project would go to Australia. The review of the scientific committee found that South Africa was the better choice.
