Hey folks,
I´ve just seen this news:
Santorum suspends presidential campaign
"Rick Santorum, the one-time Republican Party frontrunner in the 2012 presidential election, has officially suspended his campaign.
Santorum addressed a crowd Tuesday afternoon from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where he formally announced that he would be retiring his quest to seek the GOP’s nomination this election year. He had announced that he would be seeking the Republican Party’s nod last June.
This past February, polling data from RealClearPolitics had put Santorum in the lead among Republican Party candidate. In recent weeks, however, the former Pennsylvania senator has slumped in the polls."

Here is a chart from some months ago. It shows the bi-polarity of the electorate. It shows why we have the leaders we do in the USA.
Santorum was just another roller coaster ride for the unstable citizens of an unstable country.

This is an obvious attempt to not have a split convention as most Santorum voters will most likely go to Romney. Ron Paul will have to run as a 3rd party candidate to become President.

Yes, I agree that Santorum was/is a village idiot.
And why do we have an "unstable" citizenry?
It's because they are NOT grounded in the solid ground of knowing/understanding our Organic Constitution of 1787, as Lawfully amended. They have NEVER been taught real civics in their indoctrination centers, i.e. schools.
It's because they do NOT know their true history, as they are taught bull**** history.
It's because the mainstream media "news" has only figments of truth that are served with truckloads of bull****.
It's because those citizens are taught not to think, but to obey.
Those cycles of rises and falls of each candidate shows that, at least, some of the citizens are awakening -- through our beloved Internet, no less -- to the facts/truth about each candidate as they rise with the sheer publicity/propaganda of the mainstream media, only to awaken to the facts/truth about each candidate, thus each one would fall out of favor as fast as they'd rise.
And look at whose popularity has steadily risen all along? The one and only candidate who seriously supports our true Law of the Land -- Ron Paul.
There will be NO brokered convention -- Mitt Romney will be arrested, along with Jeb Bush and Newt Ginrich -- so quite literally, Ron Paul will be just about the last man standing and he'd be voted into being our president via true, transparent paper balloting and counting the same, in the entire country.
The mass arrests of the bastards will have happened well before November, leaving enough time for each state/county to work up new paper ballots to replace those goddamn, eff'n electronic Diebold (and other) ballots that need to be "softened" with baseball bats wielded by the born-again Citizens of the several States, then thrown away into recycling centers where that **** belongs.

Before people get too excited, the reason why he suspended his campaign was because his daughter was in the hospital. She was released today and he'll be campaigning tomorrow.

I really don't want to burst everyone's bubble, but he's not out yet. It's really stupid that he's staying in the race, but he's the latest "Not Romney" and someone has to play the "anti-Romney" in the MSM narrative who isn't Ron Paul.

It seems that when I posted my response that I was out of the loop to the situation that was unfolding. Too busy on PA and reading other articles. Anyways, It's great news now that I know for sure that it's true. :whoo:

@ RMorgan,
My apologies. I posted a duplicate thread (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?43562-Rick-Santorum-ends-bid-for-GOP-nomination) in the Current Events section of News and Updates. I recently arrived home, saw the news, and decided to post. I performed a title scan before posting to see if a "Santorum" thread already existed, but nothing came up. I'll inform a Mod and ask them to merge the two.
Sorry,
A.S.H.

Hi my friend,
Accordingly to RT news: http://rt.com/usa/news/santorum-presidential-campaign-republican-735/
“We made a decision over the weekend that, this presidential race is over for me and we will suspend our campaign effective today,” Santorum told an audience at around 2:30 p.m. local time Tuesday afternoon.
So, I think he´s out for good.
Cheers,
Raf.
