Much love!!

Last week on Ben Fulfords wordpress blog I found a letter posted about this important research about Statin drugs and how untold harm is being done to millions of human beings.
I could not find any contact for the authors of the book on the internet. So I asked Sean David Morton for Ben Fulfords contact information. I e-mailed Ben several times and they bounced back. So I ended up calling Ben in Japan to get the contact information for James and Hannah Yoseph.
I have now been in contact with them and they gave me the link to a blog they just started that includes the introduction of the book and a couple of other articles.
I am going to interview them on April 25th. So after I get that interview I will post that here in Avalon.
Please shout your mouse/ share far and wide this blog please!!!

The Yosephs have written the most stunning exposé.
In simple language they reveal the science, the corruption and the enormous conspiracy it took to bring statins to market.
As fast paced as a Mickey Spillane novel they report the research, the fraud and the facts like a detective in hot pursuit of a Nazi war criminal.
Once picked up it cannot be put down until the reading is done. It is riveting.
They have accomplished the impossible: they have made both complex science and medical history fascinating to read.
What could not be done in an exposé they accomplished with almost unbelievable ease.
It will change your paradigms about medicine forever. Read it!

In short:
Statin research was founded on scientific assumption and an agenda.
Statins are dangerous drugs developed in error for profit.
Scientific evidence had proven that statins were lethal years before lovastatin’s approval.
Merck corrupted the science and the scientists.
The approval process was so corrupted by Merck that lovastatin was bound to be approved.
Merck lied.
The FDA shirked its duty; neither safety nor efficacy was proven for statins.
Statins are derived from fungal toxins that block cell growth and replication.
Untold harm is being done to millions of human beings.
All of this is recorded in and gleaned from the public record.
You can read the whole introduction of the book and find a link to buy the book here :

I’ve passed this on to all I know, and my brother in law said the statin his doctor put him on, that should he stop taking it he would die. WOW I told him to get another doctor like a holistic one I go to and he firmly believes this doc is saving his life. So I had to back off. This really saddens me, to no end like a voice in the wilderness my voice lands on deaf ears.
Chem. Trails, food, water, medicine, poison on every level TV, poison for the mind -- not one area have they left alone in giving us the creeping death, it’s the lie’s people believe, the death of the mind that’s the biggest obstacle to get passed.
The mind set cancer is killing more people than all the poisons there throwing at us. And saving the house the gabbler play’s at eventually the winning numbers get around to the little guy, but if your not in the house that plays fair and square and above board with its patrons. Like all games you cant win if you don’t play. --If its no rigged.
“Hay” I have a tip! On a horse called Madeoff in the 4th race. (right)
Or even though this drug will cause, diorama, vomiting, thoughts of suicide, sore muscles, nose bleed, and bad breath. This is the one for you. Holly cow, when will people wake up that are outside this house we assemble in and are semi-aware of what’s taking place.
Eye’s roll, a little chuckle Oh you got that off the internet Right? Its not like a thumb tack slipped under your seat when you weren’t paying attention but isn’t that the same mentality. I’m sorry for ranting I guess I need a hug. Thanks for the great post.

Statin drugs expose patients to dangerous, debilitating side effects
http://www.naturalnews.com/021397.html
Millions of Americans take statin drugs to help lower their cholesterol, making it one of the most popular classes of prescription drugs on the market today, but like most prescription medications, these drugs are often unnecessary, as most Americans could lower their LDL (bad) cholesterol levels simply by changing their diet and lifestyle. However, we live in a world where people are looking for a quick fix, and doctors are eager to recommend "magic pills" to patients with any and all health concerns. The problem with these so-called "magic pills" is that they often end up doing more harm than good. Such is the case with Lipitor, the most popular of the five statin drugs available today.
In 2001, patients filled more than 57 million prescriptions for Lipitor, a drug that promises to reduce high levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol while increasing levels of HDL (good) cholesterol. Proponents of Lipitor and other statin drugs claim that they, in addition to normalizing cholesterol levels, can reduce inflammation and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and heart-related deaths in general. What doctors and pharmacists are less likely to explain in full to patients, however, are the potential side effects of drugs like Lipitor -- side effects that can outweigh any potential good the drugs might purport to do.

Here is an interview I did a year and a half ago... it is not just about statin drugs it is about more..however the danger of statin drugs are included in this interview...
Former pharmaceutical sales representative turned whistleblower K.L. Carlson is included in the documentary films “Prescription for Death” and “Making a Killing.”
Carlson graduated in the top ten percent of her class with an MBA from the George Washington University. For more than a decade she was an international management consultant,
working in Russia, Germany, England and the U.S. She worked with the world renowned Dr. W. Edwards Deming. As founder and director of the Washington Deming Study Group,
Carlson was named a “Mover and Shaker” by Washington Technology. When Carlson was offered an opportunity to work in one of the world’s wealthiest industries, pharmaceuticals,
she uncovered the insidious methods drug companies use to create birth-to-grave prescription drug users. Her well-documented book, Diary of a Legal Drug Dealer, One Drug Rep.
Dares to Tell You the Truth, provides the shocking evidence of the pervasive control the pharmaceutical industry now has over health care.

I still have the first bottle of prescription lipitor I got, on 09/17/2005. I have never opened it.
The doctor prescribed it, I filled the prescription that afternoon, read up on it on the Internet that evening, and decided not to take it. I phoned up the doctor's office the next day to cancel my next scheduled appointment. I decided to look into improving my diet instead. I haven't been back to a medical doctor since.
But my diet is totally changed, and I am much healthier now than I was in 2005. For that I can "thank" that doctor :p.

I just came across this video after viewing this thread on how statin’s and how there killing us and not even getting rid of cholesterol as advertised. And thought well if I’m dropping the statin out of my life style completely what can I do to keep the threat of cholesterol down, and that’s when I came across Wakytweaky’s thread on this Chinese fellow and his funny way of slapping cholesterol out of you and a few thousand other diseases at the same time. So I’d like to bump this thread with this video on self healing, lets see the FDA stop this one from getting out. Instant results, can be learned in a couple of minuets and cures everything. (FDA:tape2:)
I would say that once this gets translated in to English (his book that is) but for now this one video) should go viral. Take a look, and (stop taking statin’s.:yell:) http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?43673-Amazing-self-healing-method-from-Hongchi-Xiao

for some fun education on FAT, Cholesterol etc... I highly suggest watching the movie FATHEAD (http://www.fathead-movie.com/) this movie was made in answer to the vegan propiganda film SUPERSIZE ME.
it is an excelent, comedic way to learn about fat, how our bodies react to it, why cholesterol is good for you (every cell in your body makes it, its THAT important) and how sugar is the true problem.
can't wait to hear the interview kimberly, make sure you post the link here (like you wouldn't.. haha ;) )

Looking forward to listening to your upcoming interview with the Yosephs, Kimberley.
I just showed my MD husband your thread and videos and he says it is true, the pharma world is a war zone due to the competition levels between the companies.
So I asked him if he prescribed Lipitor, and he said yes, for a brief period, just to get dangerously high colesterol levels down, but never long-term. He recommends Omega 3 most of the time, and recommends diet change.

Dump the statins, eat delicious hemp seed or hemp seed oil - your body will benefit in many different ways.
You can also stop taking fish oil that not only tastes bad but may contain heavy metals. Hemp seed oil tastes pleasant and has a better nutritional profile than fish oil and all other seed oils.
Hemp seed oil is a powerful anti-inflammatory, better than fish oil, better than NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and WAY better than steroids (none of the nasty side-effects). The powerful anti-inflammatory effects can be achieved by eating the oil (preferably add it to protein rich foods, to avoid diarrhoea) or by applying the oil directly to the skin.
Hemp seed oil tastes great - it has a slightly nutty flavour. I sometimes take a tablespoon of hemp seed oil straight from the bottle.
I often make a delicious salad dressing using hemp seed oil, a dash of balsamic vinegar, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, basil, coriander and chilli.
I also make super-delicious and highly nutritious chocolate "medicine" using one cup each of hemp seed oil, chopped walnuts, hemp seed meal (what's left after oil is extracted from the seeds), flax seed meal, plus 2 cups of desiccated coconut, 3 cups of coconut oil and about 1 kg of dark cooking chocolate. Store in the refrigerator or freezer because it melts at room temperature.
Hemp seed oil MUST BE REFRIGERATED or it will quickly go rancid. If it smells bad or tastes bad, it is probably rancid. Do not buy hemp seed oil that is not stored in a refrigerator. When stored in a refrigerator, shelf-life is about 1 year. When stored in a freezer, shelf-life is about 5 years.
Hemp seed oil is one of the world's best skin moisturizers - it is rapidly absorbed into all layers of the skin.
Hemp seed oil is great for dry, damaged hair. Apply hemp seed oil directly to your hair or just add hemp seed oil to your diet.
Among other things, hemp seed oil is great for:
Improving skin conditions such as Eczema, Psoriasis and acne.
Soothing painful sunburn, preventing blistering and peeling.
Accelerated healing of burns, cuts and abrasions.
Reduces pain and swelling from Arthritis, Osteoporosis, etc.
Can reverse premenstrual syndrome.
Useful in treating degenerative diseases.
Enhances immune functions.
Can improve blood pressure.
Has cholesterol lowering abilities.
Asthma (due to anti-inflammatory properties)
Muscle and joint aches
Eyes, brain, nerves, even hair and nails

Hemp [Seed] Oil
Overview
Hemp seed oil is considered to be the best nutritional oil for health because its essential fatty acid (EFA) profile is closest to that required by the human body. Essential fatty acids are termed as such because the body cannot manufacture them. Therefore, they must continually be replenished in the diet. EFAs are not stored or used for energy as are other fats. Instead, they are used as raw materials for cell structure and as precursors for the synthesis of many of the body’s vital biochemicals, including hormones and prostaglandins.
Because our brains are made of long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, many assume that the only way you should obtain these is by eating such things as fish, which have the long-chain fats. Such plant sources as hemp seed oil, coconut oil, and flax seed oil are made up mainly of medium-chain fats, which non-vegetarians quickly point out. However, when long-chain fatty acids are eaten, they must be emulsified by bile salts in the small intestine before they can be absorbed into the body. Short- and medium-chain fatty acids are absorbed directly through the portal vein to the liver, where they are immediately available to the body.
Hemp seeds are the only natural source to boast of having the ideal ratio of EFAs required by the human body, which is roughly 3:1 of omega-6 to omega-3, the two most important EFAs. Flax oil ranks second as a valuable EFA source, but flax seed is not in the optimal proportion. Rather, it has the opposite ratio – 1:3. After about two years of regular use, flax seed can evenually cause omega-6 deficiency symptoms.
By weight, hemp seed is 30-35% oil, of which 80% consists of polyunsaturated EFAs, specifically the two most important ones – linoleic acid (LA – omega-6 at 60%) and linolenic acid (LNA or ALA – omega-3 at 20%). These are the parent compounds which build longer-chain fatty acids. LNA then converts to DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) – two of the most critically needed forms of EFA and LA converts to AA (arachidonic acid), which has opposite effects of those from DHA.
An excess of AA – the result of too much omega-6 – ultimately leads to such health problems as inflammation and, more importantly, increases blood clotting, which can cause heart attack, stroke, or embolism. In the last 40 years, the American diet has become loaded with excess omega-6 from corn and soybean oil, margarine, and similar processed fats. At the same time, Americans eat 500 mg of omega-3 per day, much less than they need. Consequently, instead of the 3:1 ratio they should be getting, most people consuming the western-type diet, end up with a ratio of 50:1.
Other fatty acids in hemp seed oil include: Palmitoleic acid, Heptadecanoic acid, Arachiditic acid, Eicosenoic acid, Behenic acid, Erucic acid, Lignoceric acid, and Nervonic acid; but it also contains several higher fatty acids. It is one of the only food oils to contain the direct metabolites of LA and LNA. Most notable are GLA (gamma linolenic acid from LA) and SDA (stearidonic acid from LNA), which serve as intermediaries in the formation of longer-chain fatty acids and vital hormone-like prostaglandins in the body. Because of this, hemp seed oil is able to circumvent the impaired EFA metabolism and physical compromise that can result from genetic factors, intake of other fats, aging, and lifestyle patterns.
Gamma Linolenic Acid
GLA and SDA are not considered to be “essential” because the body is also able to convert some of the parent compounds into GLA and SDA, a process that happens through the enzymatic action of delta-6-desaturase. However, there are many health conditions and nutritional deficiencies that interfere with this process. Therefore, GLA may very well be an EFA for such individuals as the elderly, diabetics, those with excessive cholesterol, common viral infections, and a zinc deficiency. It is vital for those consuming an excess of saturated fats, refined oils, fried foods, alcohol, and sugar. Trans-fatty acids also inhibit the production of GLA and SDA.
GLA is used in both the pharmacological and cosmetic industries. The most important use is in the area of chronic skin disorders such as neurodermatitis. Used both internally and externally, GLA can balance a lack of essential fatty acids and return the moisture loss of the skin back to normal hydration. The alleviating action of GLA on psoriasis, atopic eczema, and mastalgia are already well documented and GLA preparations are frequently prescribed for the treatment of them. GLA has also been researched for its beneficial effects in cardiovascular, psychiatric, and immunological disorders, particularly that of rheumatoid arthritis, diabetic neuropathy, and premenstrual syndrome.
GLA is found in minute quantities in most animal fats. Oats, barley, and wheat germ also contain small amounts, as does human milk. Excellent sources of GLA, though, are hemp seed and hemp seed oil (2-6%), blue-green algae (spirulina), evening primrose oil, black currant seed oil, borage oil, and some fungal oils. None are as tasty as hemp seed oil and consequently, not nearly as versatile either.
In order to introduce hemp seed oil into medicinal preparations, it would be necessary to increase the GLA content in the seed from the present 2-4% to about a 10% level. Hemp oil with a 10% GLA content would immediately replace other oils. A seed-hemp cultivar (Finola) grown in Finland, and now in Canada, has GLA and SDA levels of 4% and 2% respectively.
Symptoms of an LNA (omega-3) deficiency include: dry skin, growth retardation, weakness, impaired learning ability, poor motor coordination, behavioral changes, impaired vision, high blood pressure, sticky platelets, edema, mental deterioration, low metabolic rate, and immune dysfunction (see more under Hemp as Medicine)
Although LA (omega-6) is present in our bodies in much greater quantities and because the western diet has an over-abundance, deficiencies are rare but can happen. Symptoms of an LA deficiency include: skin eruptions (acne and eczema-like), loss of hair, poor blood circulation, behavioral disturbances, liver and kidney degeneration, gallbladder problems, prostatitis, muscle tremors, abnormal water loss through the skin (sweating profusely), susceptibility to infections, impaired wound healing, male sterility, miscarriage, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, and growth retardation.
These deficiency symptoms are all reversible with adequate intakes of EFAs but if ignored for a long time, health problems can develop into more serious degenerative conditions.
Saturated Fatty Acids
While there are many pictures of the horrors of eating saturated fats being painted today, they are necessary to the body. It is the excess consumption of them from meat and fried foods that raise blood levels of LDL cholesterol. This excess contributes to the formation of arterial plaque, thus raising the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
Saturated fatty acids (SaFAs) are an important source of calories. When our energy needs are met, our bodies metabolize excess fatty acids into SaFAs for storage as adipose tissue. There are only small quantities in vegetable oils – about the right amount that is actually needed. Hemp seed oil is composed of about 8% saturated fat.
Foods grown closer to the equator have a higher quantity of SaFAs and less of the polyunsaturated fatty acids. The reverse is true for foods that grow closer to the poles in the colder climates. The reason for this is that plants and seeds that must survive freezing temperatures produce fluids that remain liquid even below the freezing temperature. Tropical plants produce oils that will remain stable in hot conditions. This is the reason that SaFAs are often solid at room temperature while polyunsaturated fatty acids remain liquid at below-freezing temperatures.
EFAs
link oxygen, electron transport, and energy in the process of oxidation. Oxidation “burns’ food to produce the energy required for life processes. EFAs are involved in the transporting of oxygen to all our cells and can be likened to magnets that pull oxygen into our body. EFAs appear to hold oxygen in cell membranes to act as a barrier to viruses, fungi, and bacteria.
increase metabolic rates and burn more fat into carbon dioxide, water, and energy, sometimes resulting in weight loss.
form cell membranes and function and keep them fluid, maintain hormone balance, prevent drying and cracking skin conditions, bring sheen to the hair, helps prevent cardiovascular disease, arthritis, auto-immune disorders and more, and help with wound healing, breast pain, pre-menstrual syndrome, and multiple sclerosis.
help produce life energy in our body from food substances, and moving that energy throughout our systems, thereby governing growth, vitality, and mental state.
particularly, ALA and its derivatives, can lower cholesterol up to 65%.
disperse throughout the body, giving biological systems the power to carry such substances as toxins to the surface of the skin, intestinal tract, kidneys, or lungs, where these substances can be discarded.
are vital since the brain is comprised of 12% fat, mother’s milk is 40% fat, and the eyes are 60% fat – of which, DHA from omega-3 is the most abundant! DHA stays in the body for only about a week so must be replenished frequently for optimal health.
are very sensitive to light, heat, and oxygen. Therefore, hemp foods should be stored in cold, dark places to preserve potency.
substantially shorten the time required for fatigued muscles to recover after exercise. They also facilitate the conversion of lactic acid to water and carbon dioxide, which is especially important to athletes.
In hemp seed oil, they do not change when heated. The smoking point is 332°F (165°C), but the oil can be cooked at temperatures up to 475°F for no longer than 30 mintes. Tests have shown that this temperature does not change the configuration of fatty acids in the hemp seed oil as it does in some other edible oils. This ability to withstand heat is quite unique among polyunsaturated fats, since most oils – like canola, soy, flax, and fish oils – quickly convert to trans-fats when heated at much lower temperatures for far less time. Even fish, when cooked, can convert its omega-3 to trans-fats.
Combining hempseed oil with temperature-stable oils increase the ability of the hempseed oil to withstand heat and provides the most ‘good’ fat and fewest trans-fats from cooking. The ideal oil for this is avocado oil, which has a smoke-point 50% higher than olive oil. It also has a large percentage of monosaturated fatty acids, which have a positive effect on health. Hemp seed oil maybe added to avocado oil at a 5-10% level (3-6 tbsp of hemp seed oil per quart of avocado oil). This amount will provide a good amount of omega-3 while still withstanding the heat of normal cooking. The use of this avocado-hemp seed oil blend is perhaps the most healthful choice possible, since it will displace the use of other less-healthful cooking oils and butter.
have a slippery quality that helps make blood platelets less sticky. Sticky platelets clot more easily and can block blood vessels, causing stroke, heart attack, or embolisms. EFAs, on the other hand, help to clear the body’s arteries caused mainly by the imbalance of EFA ratios in the fats that are consumed.
convert into hormone-like substances known as prostaglandins, which regulate such cellular functions as communication, cholesterol production, and blood platelet aggragation. Since different prostaglandins often have opposite effects, they are needed by the body in a delicate balance obtained from a balanced intake of the two essential fatty acids (omega-6 and omega-3). For instance, the prostaglandins that key up the body’s response to stress are all made by omega-6 fatty acids while the ones that gear down the body’s response to stress are nearly all made by omega-3 fatty acids. Not surprisingly, stress-related diseases tend to respond to omega-3 supplementation.
are precursors to the prostaglandin series (PGE 1, 2, and 3). PGE1 inhibits the production of cholesterol and dilates blood vessels and prevents the blood clotting of platelets in arteries. A study reported in 1992 indicated that a diet of hemp seed causes the serum levels of total cholesterol to drop dramatically. Blood pressure also decreases after several weeks of eating hemp seeds, apparently because of the steady supply of EFAs.
EFA Dosage
Although there is no official recommended daily allowance (RDA) for EFAs, many experts recommend a minimum of 3% of calories from omega-6 and 1% from omega-3 fatty acids. Pregnant or lactating women should double this intake.
One tablespoon of hempseed oil or 1 ounce of shelled hempseed supplies roughly 6.6 grams of omega-6 and 2.2 grams of omega-3 - just the amounts needed for a 2000-calorie diet. This is a suitable amount even for vegetarians and takes into account the conversion ration of 1% ALA to DHA, the currently accepted conversion rate for plant sources of omega-3s. However, those who lack suchenzymes as ethnic groups with a history of high fish intake may have difficulty converting ALA to DHA.
EFA Labeling
In the modern Western diet, omega-6 is plentiful to excess; but omega-3 is relatively rare. In Canada, there is a strange law that makes it illegal to disclose any omega or EFA content on a product label. Only polyunsaturated, monosaturated, and saturated fats are permitted. This is just one of the regulations in Canada designed to favour dairy concerns over public health. To make matters worse, it is illegal to favour dairy alternatives and promote them – ironically, in a land noted for its omega-rich canola, flaxseed, and hemp seed crops.
Essential Fatty Acid Comparisons
The ideal ratio between omega-6 and omega-3 essential fatty acids (LA:LNA) in the human body is 3:1. Based on this, the following comparison is made among the most common edible oils:
Flax seed oil -- 1:4
Canola oil -- 2:1
Hemp seed oil -- 3:1
Soybean oil -- 8:1
Olive oil -- 9:1
Wheatgerm oil -- 10:1
Sunflower oil -- 71:1

There is a lot of information online. As always, use your discernment and do your own research. Search for phrases such as "hemp seed nutrition" and "hemp seed oil nutrition". For good measure, throw in the word "cholesterol".
How much should you take?
Anywhere from 1 teaspoon per day to 1 tablespoon per meal or even slightly more.
A few words of caution:
Some people may experience diarrhea if they take hemp seed oil by the spoonful on an empty stomach. If you eat hemp seed oil with protein-rich foods, you will slow the digestive system and avoid the diarrhea. Whole hemp seed contains lots of protein so diarrhea should not be a problem.
Hemp seed oil is high in calories (or kilojoules if you "speak metric"), therefore you should decrease your intake of other oils/fats to avoid weight gain.

Here is an Amazon review posted yesterday by a new reader. Here it is:
Good news for all human beings living on the planet! A eureka moment has arrived in the form of a wonderful, informative new book written by Hannah and James Yoseph. How Statin Drugs Reallly Lower Cholesterol and kill you one cell at a time really delivers. It explains in plain English how these drugs indeed do kill you one cell at a time. At a time when the word conspiracy is often bandied about, it is a word that is applicable here. At times I found myself about to scream, as the Yosephs led me into the FDA hearings that would lead to approval of this drug. Merck knew it would have a winner $$$$$$, if it got FDA approval for Lovastatin. To that end the Josephs report how the Merck people omitted vital information at the hearings. It is an unbelievable story that will leave you shocked and frightened by the power, influence and greed of Big Pharma, which will stop at nothing, including foisting a drug on an unsuspecting public that they have every reason to know is a poison. That's right, statin drugs are poison, a secret they have kept to themselves.
Now the Yosephs have let the genie out of the bottle with a book the drug companies hope you won't read. It contains information Big Pharma does not want made public. No doubt they have legions of lawyers scrambling to discredit the Yosephs. The same lawyers they will need to defend the thousands of lawsuits that are sure to come.
Find out what the authors mean when the say that a drug should never interfere with the mevalonate pathway as statin drugs do. Merck knew this when they sought FDA approval. The public needs to know it now. Knowledge is power. This is a very important book. Read it!
I did the interview with Dr Hannah & James Yoseph yesterday. It will air Tuesday May 1st at Noon EST.

Kimberley my dear friend, I have so many questions on medications. First of all, I am a diabetic Type 1 and have done some research into the insulin area. I have read where insulin can be very bad and is a highly additive drug. I have tried in the past to quit using this but blood sugers move into the high range if I don't take this poison. I was able to beat the kidney failure problem by reducing my protein intake and found out the red meat is really not good for the kidneys, to hard to digest. Now it appears that the Statin thing may not be good for the cholestriol. I have never really had a problem with that and did do some research and found out that cholestriol is good for the body and the higher it is the better. Don't know how true this may be but am still searching.
Thank you so much for this thread and will read everything and hope to catch your interviews. Love ya Sister

If you'd interviewed me five years ago I would have told you this 'breaking news'.
If you're taking a statin drug or have been, immediately start a round of high tension antioxidant like resterverol. The FDA orginally patented some sorts of statins with anti-oxidants as an established part of the formula aware of the damage statin drugs do to the lining of the arterial walls. However they didn't want to give the impression that statins were damaging so took the very element out that prevented arterial damage. Durrhhhhh.
Cholesterol in itself is not harmful, and its a master hormone from which all over hormones are created. Cholesterol may accumulate on damaged arterial walls. So will red blood cells and white blood cells. You don't get a drug to lower those. You upset that cholesterol apple cart and you are exposing yourself a total glandular imbalance from head to foot. Sexual disfunction, early menopause, mental dysfunction a whole pandemic of hormonal dysfunction introduced by the whole cholesterol scare/ fat scare. Think of any hormone your body produces and it is parented back to cholesterol in some fashion or another.
If you are concerned about your cholestrol (when you should really be concerned about your arterial scarring) and want to lower your cholesterol level go donate plasma. You will be IV'd and bagged for the same amount of blood that you would if you were donating blood. Your blood will be centrifuged, separating blood into plasma, titered, the plasma extracted, your blood cells returned to you via IV, after being mixed with Saline. After the bag of blood cells and saline is run back into you what will remain in the bag is several tablespoons of cholesterol, removed from your body relatively pain free, drug free, takes an hour.
And you get money for doing this ever few weeks or so.

Insulin isn't a drug its produced by the body. Diabetics don't produce enough insulin or any at all to process sugar--glucose.
Insulin isn't really addictive per say. That's like saying we are addicted to estrogen or bile.
The addiction play in comes from insulin resistance. You crave sugar and carbs, your body becomes resistant to insulin , it doesn't funciton the way it should, and your pancreas gets burn out from producing all that insulin, or not enough to address the carb load.
Low carb diet, no sugar diet, regardless if you ingest red meat or not. It's not a wide variety of food, but dairy, cheese, white meat, low carb veggies, low glucose fruits. Use stevia to sweeten anything. Your kidneys do not digest meat by the way, you need to up your water intake. We are recommended 8 glasses of water a day, and that is not nearly enough to do anything but to make our blood solutions not dilute enough, a gallon a day is more like what we need. About 95 percent of the population is in a state of dehydration 24/7 .Blood needs water to make it more dilute so protiens and other concerntrates do not become inflammatory.
when you begin to function normally your liver will release stored glucose to boost your blood sugar when it falls.
A compound called Nat Sulph stimulates the pancreas (along with the bile ducts and the intestinal tract) and returns normal secretion to organs that contribute to the digestive system. You should be able to pick this up in a homeopathic supply shop. Nat Sulph helps with kidney failure as well as restoring pancreatic secretion.
Are you a salt craver?
do you experience depressing emotions?
Do you get frequent dry mouth?
Great thirst and constipation?
Our glandular processes are greatly influenced by our emotions. You got stress, your going to have an acid issue in your stomach. Not TOO much acid as the anti-acid commercials proclaim but not enough. You then get ulcers. Stress affects your blood and sugar levels--emotions affect your blood sugar levels. And many glands are involved in this, when I have to go lock horns and have a piss match, the adrenaline pours in and the liver dumps glucose to support the extra energy needed. Flight or fight response doens't matter, if you are fearful person you are going to impose quite a load on your pancreas.
So in addition to correcting the physical imbalance one has to correct what emotional imbalance is imposed that effects the pancreas.

I stopped taking Lipitor over a 2 years ago. with changes in my diet eating only organic foods and paying close attention to filling my diet with lots of veggies/fruit and whole grains etc. I use psylium fibber daily . I am 63 and my blood cholesterol combined ldl/hdl is 2.6. I do not take any pharma drugs what so ever. I am in perfect health. A lot of reading and working with both homeopathic practioners and aliopathic practioners works for me. I learned sometime ago, that my health is MY responsibility not the doctors.

Stan. I did not ask however it was addressed via James Yoseph who also had diabetic issues that went away after he stopped taking the statins... so there is much expectation for you to transcend the problems brought on by the statins now that you are not taking them any longer... Interview coming on Tuesday... Much love!!!
