Who cares if they were to build a mosque there?

Would these same people complain if a CHURCH or synagogue were built there? I think not.

Building a Mosque is like building a church, same difference.
And don't worry, we Christians Jihad too. Many Christians believe Revelations, End Times, world war three, burn it to the ground, type stuff.
My Bible tells me, "Turn the Other Cheek" means to 'Square Off' against the enemy.

Sometimes I feel like World Governments are telling us to hate each other, and to be at war.

When the Temple is rebuilt and the Red Heifer prepared with Golden Tools. Behold the Pale Rider.

As Lightning from east to west, He Returns with a Sword.

Besides if they build a Mosque, we build a Liquor Store, and Starbucks side by each.

Hello Deega

I am afraid I ceased to watch this rant within thirty seconds. This is just the kind of racist rhetoric 'the powers that be' thrive on. I believe in a world of equal opportunities - the fact that some people are 'more equal than others' will eventually iron itself out. I do not agree with this chap's views and feel somewhat let-down because he is a fellow countryman but on the other hand I would always defend his right to say what he believes in ...

I just think it is a real shame that he has put two and two together and patently made 5 or 6 or 7 ...

And also, I thank you for the Trailer Video “Waiting for Armageddon”.

What do we need to do to change things around such that people (annihiliting the will of the Corporate world, the Finance Magna, War Industry) may start to cooperate, to collaborate…?

How may we go about getting rid of religion, that is one special mission doesn’t it…?

the more intersting thing about this is not what the illuminati build (their christian, islamic, jewish religious churches) but that if anything gets built at all. then we can see if john lears idea about the particle beam weapon being unquenchable is true or not. if they build something we know john lear is talking out of his hat.

A part from the FACT that 9/11 was a major inside job, which Avalonians tend to know indeed. The result has been the world actually believes islamic fundamentalists were behind these attacks.
Then the islam is actually being used as a weapon of fear, as an argument for war and extreme safety acts (homeland security BS)

People like Pat only add to this stupidity by making people believe it were muslims who did it, and that allows the support for more NWO kind of worldcontrol out of fear for incidents.
This is exactly why this man should be given as little attention as possible!!

Last but not least, the islam has no real seat of power like the vatican does. Where the vatican has taken a great deal of control over the world through central leadership through the ages; the islam as a scary religion is used by PTB/NWO, so theyre in indirect control and yes sometimes the islamic agenda should be questioned.
No true muslim would want a mosque over ground zero theyd be embarrassed to show themselves on the streets of New York, as they and most New Yorkers also believe islamic terrorists did the 9/11 attacks.

Hi/Bonjour Rimbaud,

Thank you very much for the different posts that you submitted to this Tread! I may not bring something new to the question of religion domination, exploitation, nevertheless, here is a few comments.

Questions of religion touch deep down in our emotions, and we may react directly, dryly, when we feel that one (religion) abuses people. Unfortunately, they (religions) are caught up in duality, caught in power manifest to hold their ground (dogma, laws, etc), communicate their agenda and maintained their followers. I humble think that all of them may be accused of overpowering their followers… at one time or another!

I think that education is one great way (although not perfect) to irradicate slowly, gradually the seed of faith domination…, what is it that could be done (not by war) to instill progressive love, compassion, understanding in the people of the world?, is it a hopeless case…! Maybe, this dream is to large to fullfill…? Do we need a catastrophy to make a difference…?

Living conditions in the world vary from the wealthiest nations to the poorest. And now a day, it seems that religions take hold in the poorer nations where education is probably lacking, may we make a difference if we get involved…?, and how should we get involved…!

Thanks again for your comments, your response is appreciated!

All my blessings.

Sorry only just got round to reading your reply, I made reference to the first half a minute or so of the first video - didn't go any further. The bit about should there or shouldn't there be a mosque (for that matter a church or any other place of worship) built at ground zero. I personally do not subscribe to any religion but suffer no qualms from people that do. Isn't this life about us all being able to pursue our own path to spiritual enlightenment or did I miss something?

Slightly concerned that you suspect we will 'have a row' about it, I certainly hope this isn't so, your opinion is as valid as mine isn't it?

Dear John Parslow,

Actually I don't want a row with anyone... I'm sorry because I''m a bit of a Jekyll/Hyde sort of character...sometimes I want to challenge all that I read, and often get cross by the stupidity of some contributors...Other times I want to envelope them in love! A dual personality perhaps. By way of saying sorry if I sounded abrupt to you..I absolutely concur with what you say about each and every one of us finding our own personal way towards enlightenment.

Please excuse my crappy English...I've been in France for so long that my grammar is getting mixed up these days.

Cheers John

So pleased that you do not want a fisticuffs with me I fear you would undoubtedly win. I see we do share the same angle (no not Angel) in that - it is a good way to move forward by challenging everything - that is the reason I wanted to join this Forum in the first place ...

... and having seen some of the contributions, I tend to agree with you. It may be well to take on board that all of the contributors are disparate elements, with differing backgrounds; and obviously very different educations in the 'School of life' but I think (I hope) we are all heading in roughly the same direction, most of us unsure how to get there or indeed where we are going but ultimately travelling together.

Just as a thought - perhaps the contributors who make you cross are indeed the ones who need a cuddle and sending some love. I cannot excuse your crappy English because these is nothing to excuse.

I would just to thank you for your contact and sincerely hope we can share more thoughts on this incredible journey ... Bon Nois man ami. JP

Rimbaud,

I feel the exact same way about Christianity. But, no one's complaining about the new mega-churches that spring up in small towns. No one's complaining about the construction of kingdom halls or whatever. To pain Islam with such a hateful brush, is to buy into the propaganda that governments have spread about it. Do you realize that many Americans feel that all muslims are terrorists? Do you know how dangerous such behavior is?

Apparently not, hence your vile attack on Islam. ALL religions are control devices.

Thanks Humble Janitor,

It seems that there is a paradigm shift in followers of religions. Christian/Catholic still hold ground in the poorer countries of the World, but in developped countries, I think that it is loosing bataille.

In the Islamic Religion, they seem to hold pretty good ground also in the less developped countries, but I think that they are wise, they settled somewhere in Europe, US, Canada, Autralia to name a few, and they keep asking for the "charia" law, veil for women, etc. So they have propagation principles to may dissiminate their faith through time...?, who knows...!

Hi All avalonians, visitors,

Here is a follow up on what the Hamas leadership has to say about the mosque Ground Zero.

Hamas leader: Ground zero mosque must be built
AP foreign, Monday August 16 2010

NEW YORK (AP) — A Hamas leader says Muslims "have to build" a mosque near ground zero.
Mahmoud al-Zahar said Muslims "have to build everywhere" so that followers can pray, just like Christians and Jews build their places of worship.

Al-Zahar spoke Sunday on "Aaron Klein Investigative Radio" on WABC-AM. He is a co-founder of Hamas and its chief on the Gaza Strip.

Sen. Chuck Schumer says Al-Zahar's comments don't carry any weight because Hamas is a terrorist organization. Schumer hasn't taken a stand on the mosque.

Rep. Peter King, who opposes the mosque, says he won't respond to Hamas.

The mosque is a project of the Cordoba Initiative, an advocacy group that promotes improved relations between Islam and the West. It didn't respond to Al-Zahar's comments.

Hi,

Here is Keith Olbermann (Brasschecktv) interesting comments on "No Mosque at Ground Zero".

Comments on the Brasschecktv Web Site.

"You've got to hand it to the right wing and wing nut news media.

They've mastered the art of creating "reality" out of hot air.

There is no mosque being built on so-called Ground Zero.

45 Park Place is only loosely in the neighborhood of the World Trade Center.

It's not a mosque. It's not a massive structure dominating Ground Zero. It's an small existing building that has sat empty since September 11, 2001. The plans call for it to be converted to a community center.

But that kind of basic factual information have never interfered with the US news media's hate mongering".

All my blessings.

Hi Humble Janitor,

I guess we have to say that 'divide and conquer' is part of our actual paradigm 3rd dimensional being.

My humble opinion on transiting to 4rd would be by means of education, and a truthful one..., not one based on the old lies of yester years, don't we have a long way to go...

I seek to call it out whenever it becomes apparent. You are indeed correct and the myth of all muslims being evil and twisted is a myth that has to die in order for the truth to come out.

Well it sure worked didn't it?..I've spent the entire afternoon watching a BBC doc about 9/11 and cried like a baby..I then watched a programme about the kids in Gazza and cried like a baby...In the meantime I sit in my Million+ $ home crying like a bloody infant doing nothing..I've sent money to relieve my conscience..I've spent hours praying for all those deaths that I declare are not in my name to relieve my conscience..All these platitudes just confirm to me what I am..A fairly well off middle aged git who started off in my late teens wanting to knock peoples heads together to make sense of things..What's happened to me to allow this bull**** to continue...oh yes..mortgage..kids..divorce..beer and a "lifestyle" In short I'm ashamed of myself..I'm ashamed that my Spiritual self has been absorbed into physical greed.

I intend to change myself...Your last post is a wake-up call and I will do this; and thankyou for directing me towards the place that I need to go towards..this is no riddle..just a conversion and a pledge to do better from now on.
