this will be done because psychotropic medications make a person complacent. perhaps they won't "mind" killing someone then. what a shame.

I had no idea. I knew lots of crap about the military, but had no idea they are doing this to these young people. We raise our kids to adulthood, hoping they will steer clear of drugs, and thhey get that far, and uncle sam is the one.. I guess its either that or the CIA.:(
