"Twister" off the coast of Dublin, Ireland.

A friend of a friend recorded this on her camera a few days ago. It's very unusual to see a "twister" over here in this part of the world, in fact it's the first time I've ever heard of one here. Very strange indeed. Don't laugh at me for calling this a twister, I know it looks like hardly anything at all compared to what the U.S. get, I just thought it was interesting and wanted to share.
