Don't want to be a naysayer, but his contribution to bringing health to poor countries seems to have been to get 3 million people with HIV/AIDS on antiretrovirals.

i thinketh you get my point and connection in all this... By joining in and then becoming part of the established order of the old world paradigm, does not add up to neither noble or humanitarian characteristics... Especially ~ when standing by and being complicit to its shadowy rules ways and customs. To me it only adds up to being quite simply compromised.
