30 DAYS TO THE MOST EXCITING EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE
By Rick Stack (Contemporary Books 1988)
http://www.sethcenter.com/pages/out.htm
I bought this book probably not long after it was released, looking for info on how to have an OOBE. After little success, I tucked it away and promptly forgot about it. For the last few years I would notice it on the shelf, and kept saying I gotta re-read it but never got around to it.
Until yesterday. I haven't finished yet, but as I read the first chapters, I couldn't believe it. This guy had it all figured out over 24 years ago, and I'm not talking about OOBE's. I had just watched a Wayne Dyer video a couple of days prior, and man, his material was already in this book.
Rick Stack was one of the original attendees of the Seth and Jane Roberts sessions. While I'm sometimes on the fence on channeling, it doesn't matter to me how he came to know what he knows, only that it rings true for me.
Highly recommended reading for those of you out there looking for the next step in your journey, or confirmation that you're on the right track. This odd little book is so down to earth and simple, it's incredible. A gem.
No agenda here. I have nothing to gain and I don't know Rick personally, for anyone thinking those thoughts.
Sure beats waiting around for the apocalypse, banker resignations, freedom fries, etc.

Wouldn't it be more helpful to post something free people can download? Call me nuts but I always take a step back when I see people charging money OR promoting things that cost $$. Doesn't mean it might not be real, but I've always found it best to beware of those with commercial motives.

I had this book a long time ago. Lost it somewhere along the way. I tried following some of the procedures in the book. I never really got to have an OOBE, but I was able to learn to control my dreams from time to time. Even had one or two very lucid dreams.
I'd love to get another copy. Can't afford it right now but thanks for the link.
Just to add this, I did this image of an OOBE a very long time ago as well.

Wanna have an oobe? Intend for it to happen, but let that be a starting point. No limits.

Well, for the past 3 weeks I have been dreaming every night, am having the most vivid dreams ever and can remember them every morning, some of them are brutal and most are beautiful and I am not so sure why exactly I am able to dream and remember the details EVERY NIGHT. I love it. Just last night I had a dream with David Icke, he was at my home which was different than the one I am living in now. He had also two small children with him, a girl and a boy. We chatted the whole time and he even looked at my books on my bookshelf, many of them which have been written by him. I also heard very clearly the word TURF. I woke up and had no clue what the word meant, English is my second language, so I wrote it down and the next morning I checked the meaning. The word has absolutely no meaning to me but I dreamed it and heard it clearly and never even have I heard any one speak it in this reality. Weird.
The night before, I dreamed that this guy I dont know in this life had a meat grinder installed in the floor. I could see this man pushing another man's body, who was alive, right through the grinder. I was just an observer, not a participant. I could see clearly the body pushed through the grinder and could only see the head sticking out of the floor. Then, I could see this head rise up, with no body, and only some major arteries and a spine hanging from it. The head was suspended in the air and could speak. I could see all of a sudden an invisible hand touching the ground up meat on the floor. This hand belonged to the head with no body. I was looking at the scene thinking that this was a joke, it could not be real because a head without a body would never be able to speak and actually complain about the texture of the ground up meat, this head actually complained that the meat was not of good quality and there was not enough of it. That was a disgusting dream.
And these are only two of the dreams I have had. Very strange. I think that I travel somewhere during the night to a different parallel universe or 4D. What I dont understand is why I am dreaming all of a sudden every night. It could be that I have just done a major detox which took almost 6 months to do, and maybe that cleaned out my pineal gland somehow. If you want to have more out of body adventures then clean out you bodies of toxins with DMSA and MSM. I cannot really think of anything else that would have made me dream so much all of a sudden. I dont take any drugs at all.

Lon Milo DuQuette asserts that he is most likely to have an OBE when he's gorged himself on his wife's brocolli or spinach quiche... so er... give it a try :D
