I have been watching and using this man's (Robert Smith) Faster EFT technique. A Very self-empowering tool. He is a dynamic speaker and has over 400 free videos on utube.

So if you are interested in some self-empowerment and dynamic shifting try just listening to his talks.

I use EFT daily although I never got certified in it, I encourage others to do it. Even in a modified way in situations where its inappropriate to initiate the whole process people as me why I'm slamming the sides of my hands together. It shifts stuck emotions really fast. Its useful for find blocks too, I have a lot of stuff come up during eft that helps me to find other blocks. Even past life related stuff. I tap on past life stuff as well, and it that's the core of the emotion it takes everything out that has been attached since that life, that I've drug through other lives.

A lot of people say it doesn't work for them and some instances it hasn't' worked for me and its because I'm not getting into the core or root of the block so I have to try a different tact with it.

I put essential oils on the tapping points too and that speeds up the process a lot.

I saw another thread today that asks about "graduation" into 5D. In my own perspective, this video from Robert Smith shows the bifurcation point from living as if there is a separate reality (3D-4D) to living in 5D....its a change of mind. Thanks for the videos.....
