In an Ideal world i would agree wholeheartedly,but we don`t live in one by any stretch of the imagination.
Thus i would suspect that a government that commits to such a thing through legislation and therefore engrain it in the public consciousness and believe me while it isn`t an opened and closed issue down here,like everywhere else,there is much more acceptance of the establishment view right across the spectrum down here and i fear the longer it continues the harder it will be to dislodge.
