From a Dutchsinse link, if that matters. After looking at it several times, they move much faster than the other far less bright stars in the video. Very impressive, whatever they are (helicopter headlights...maybe?)

I'm going to hedge a bet and say some sort of ET/ED tech, they have been working super hard lately at sucking up / cleaning up the ash as it comes out , otherwise we'd have all suffocated to death by now with out them doing that. But, they don't look like actual craft. I'd say "probes" but that's not exactly the proper term for them. They're actual devices but look like little balls of light from our visual perspective.

LOL well I could only verify if they were or weren't "stars" (I would suggest they are not stars as you have observed youself - they are too big & moving faster than the other stars :)). But I'd need rough Long-Lat location of camera, direction they are looking, and actual UT (Universal time) or Local Time of when the video was taken. Let's see if more about this pops up somewhere. If I'm not mistaken, Fukushima may soon be "fixed" with a bit of "Divine Intervention/ETs"
