How is this disease really created? because it surely does turn so many people's worlds upside down.

I have no idea what causes it, me being who I am and what I know instantly think, could it be fluroide?

Also there is so much money involved in the caring of these people, wouldn't be surprised something sinister is behind all this.

I personally think that it is caused by aluminum in vaccines, aluminum in drinking water. Just think about it, most people who are diagnosed with this disease are old people. Most old people get vaccinated every year for flu, and vaccines contain adjuvant. But, if you told old people not to get vaccinated for flu every year and you would give them the reasons why they shouln't, they will become defensive because they don't want to get sick. Fortunately, my mother and father are listening to me, and their brains are still intact.
