View Full Version : Do you believe in ETs like I do? How confidant is your belief?

I have never seen any UFOs nor hard evidence(just alot of anecdotes) of ETs personally, but I remain open minded to the belief of ETs and want to learn as much as I can because I believe in the possibility of disclosure, perhaps even this year. We have been hearing about ETs disclosing themselves for decades by now. Most people, including my parents flat out dismiss ETs and believe we are alone in the universe. Theres billions of stars and planets in our galaxy alone so it's extremely likely that there's life out there in our galaxy and in virtually every other galaxy too.

To those who have had close encounters, I understand your experience is your reality. I have read hundreds of such stories and I find most of them very interesting. I highly doubt every single story can be fake, disinfo, overactive imagination, lucid dream(I have had such dreams of ETs) or hallucination. I would be interested in those with close encounters to share what they know about the ETs plan to disclose themselves this year or when, if ever?

As for messed up humans, 95% are still brainwashed and close minded. I am doing my best to wake myself more and more and learning all I can about the possibility of the big four: mass arrests, prosperity funds, disclosure, ascension. Many people, even on this forum think either nothing will happen or we are all doomed by end of this year. I believe there's an excellent chance that this year will be the best year in history. The mass arrests alone will usher in a golden age!

NASA Confirms Discovery of the most Earth-like Planet Yet

It may have a radius about 2.4 times that of our home planet, but NASA scientists have confirmed that Kepler-22b — depicted in the artist's conception up top — is the first planet we've ever confirmed orbits within the so-called "habitable zone" of a Sun-like star, making it the most Earth-like planet we've yet discovered.

In astronomy, the habitable zone (also known as the "Goldilocks zone") is the region surrounding a star in which an orbiting planet could maintain liquid water (and, by extension, life) on its surface. And as the "Goldilocks" moniker implies, whether or not a planet resides inside a habitable zone has everything to do with whether the planet is a little too cold, a little too hot, or just right, temperature-wise.

NASA Confirms Discovery of the most Earth-like Planet Yet Take Kepler-21b, for example, whose discovery was announced last week by the National Optical Astronomy Observatory. Kepler-21b is even closer to the size of Earth than Kepler-22b, but it orbits far too close to its sun to sustain any form of life we're familiar with; as this conception of K-21b by artist Ron Miller clearly illustrates, surface temperatures on the planet are estimated to reach as much as 3000-degrees Fahrenheit — that's hot enough to melt iron, not to mention any hope of us ever calling K-21b "Earth 2.0."

But Kepler-22b is a different story. Sure, the planet orbits about 15% closer to its star than Earth does to the Sun, but its star is also significantly cooler, dimmer, and smaller than ours. And while scientists have yet to determine K-22b's composition — be it rocky, gaseous or liquid — they estimate that surface temperatures on K-22b average a very Earth-like 72-degrees Fahrenheit.

"This is a major milestone on the road to finding Earth's twin," said Douglas Hudgins, Kepler program scientist at NASA Headquarters in Washington. "Kepler's results continue to demonstrate the importance of NASA's science missions, which aim to answer some of the biggest questions about our place in the universe."

NASA's Kepler mission (which is charged with identifying Earth-like planets throughout the Milky Way galaxy) has certainly turned up habitable zone planet candidates in the past, but Kepler 22-b is the first of these candidates to be officially confirmed.

NASA Confirms Discovery of the most Earth-like Planet YetAnd it certainly won't be the last. In fact, the confirmation was made on top of another announcement: that the Kepler mission has now discovered 1,094 additional potential planets (many of which could very well be Earth-like), bringing the total number of planet candidates discovered to date to 2,326.

Let's pause and consider that number for a moment. The Kepler space telescope has been in operation for less than three years, and already its findings stand to quadruple the number of worlds known to exist beyond our solar system. If the rate of discovery continues on its present course, the identification of more and more Earth-like planets stands to ramp up in a big way.

"The tremendous growth in the number of Earth-size candidates tells us that we're honing in on the planets Kepler was designed to detect: those that are not only Earth-size, but also are potentially habitable," explains Natalie Batalha, Kepler deputy science team lead at San Jose State University. "The more data we collect, the keener our eye for finding the smallest planets out at longer orbital periods. We are really zeroing in on the true Earth-sized habitable planets."

In other words, we're getting closer and closer to finding Earth's twin — and that's assuming we haven't found something incredibly close already. All that's left now is coming up with a way to make the 600-light-year trip to Kepler-22b and we can set up camp.

I know this does not answer what you are asking, and I've have always from a boy believed there must be other inhabitants of space, probably influenced by the original Star trek series
but even the most ardent skeptics ( including your family ..LOL ) must be starting to open their
minds to the possibility of a 'galatic Kegger' out there in the words of

i've never seen a ufo or a alien (consciously that is), but there is more than enough evidence to prove that they are out there, it simply cannot be dismissed, i personally think the government will never disclose, there has been a few times in the past when sources say that disclosure will happen and it never does, we only have 1st hand accounts of the aliens from people, the government will never disclose them due to fear of people knowing the real truth about everything, basically they don't want the system/matrix to fall apart so they can keep on controlling us.

I believe in a phenomenon which is variously interpreted as encounters with extra-terrestrials, extra-dimensionals, angels, fallen angels and demons, among others. I also believe that there must be life of a biological nature somewhere in the universe. Whether or not these two things are interlinked, and these encounters are due to beings from another physical world in this universe is unknown to me, and I would go as far as to say that it is unknown to everyone, even those who have encountered them.

If we experience such encounters under duress, and against our free-will, then their origin cannot be reliably determined for trust in anything you learn from an encounter is immediately foregone the moment it violates your free-will.

I have only seen an ET in Sci-fi movies...untill few years ago, I had an astral projection experience by following the instructions, after that my world view has totally collapsed, then I was so excited to grab various material to read include new-age channeling, history, archaeologyand and conspiracy theories.......back then I was so concern about 2012 dooms day...I believed in every crazy stuff that I read from internet............but, I have to live my 4 dimensional every routine life, I have seen many prophecy failed, galactic federation and all that bull****s, I found many whistleblower just simply lying on many stuffs in difference levels, now I became fickleness...don't know what will coming down the pipe, I fell asleep quickly can't perform an astral projection anymore...things just got stuck, nothing dramatical happens, my awareness is locking in a certain level, but I have no doubt that the ETs do exist, they are as real as my mug in both logical and metaphysics.

Hey mate,

I do believe in Ets, in fact, I strongly believe in them.

However, I try not to get seduced by my beliefs, mostly because beliefs, in different degrees, can instantly turn a very smart person into an ignorant idiot.

So, regarding ETs, I´d rather use science, mostly statistics, or if you prefer, natural laws.

The universe is so huge, that affirming that life doesn´t exist anywhere else is just the same as filling a glass with ocean water, finding no fish inside the glass and then conclude there are no fish in the ocean. Elevate this stupidity to infinity and you´ll get it in universal proportions.

So, to summarize, saying that life, in this tremendous huge universe, can only exist on Earth, is certainly much more stupid than saying the contrary. There are probably more planets with life, or that once had life, or that will develop life in the future , in the universe, then completely sterile planets.

This works if you understand that the the terminology of the word Universe is correct, which probably is far from it. The word "universe" fits quite well, since we lack a better word to describe it, but this "thing" itself is probably trillions of times more complex than our primitive minds can rationalize and comprehend.

Trying to understand this this huge 'thing" is quite a show! We´re just like a bacteria trying to understand the complexity of the human body!

Even I, who consider myself a very skeptic kind of guy, in the correct sense of the word skeptic, had once an amazing dream about the origins of the universe!Hahahahah!

Check this out if you are interested, it was one of my first threads here at PA:

Hi Space_Ace,

Is that a KISS fan I detect?

As for my personal belief, I can say 100% that I believe in both UFO's and Aliens, as back in 1977 we were followed by one which tracked in from over the ocean, then came behind and around to the other side of the car, and then was joined by another which came down from the clouds and the two of these lights started doing triangular movements, all the while pacing us at 100km/hr for 20 mins. Middle of no-where on a deserted road, no city lights or houses around.

I recently bumped into the boy who was in the car with me and my parents at the time, and immediately wanted to ask him about the event. He beat me to it, so obviously it had an effect on him as well.

As for alien contact, on too many occasions I have had close contact with them, once in 1995 they were in our room, and I was halfway through telling my girlfriend there was something in our room when I received an electric shock and pressure to my forehead. It was loud too, and the shock went through my whole body. About two seconds later, my girfriend yelled out, that she had a shock on her body.

This was immediately after I had returned from the kitchen, thinking the phone was ringing. My girlfriend asked where I had been all this time (maybe 30 mins?) and I said I didn't know...

I've had two black ones in my room, with one holding it's hand over my mouth and breathing heavily. very frightening, paralyzingly frightening.

Then most recently, I had two of them in my room using a similar device to the one that sounds like your children calling "muuuuuuuum....muuuuuuuuuum......muuuuuuuuuum" in alternating electronic frequencies but they were asleep, and I was paralized again and they were talking (unknown language) beside my bed.

I saw in a DVD presentation that this sound is used to create a feeling of calm by the aliens...I forget which abductee that was..a well known one..

All I know is that I couldn't move I was that scared. I'm 6'7 with over 10 years of martial arts training and a baseball bat under my bed, but it was all rendered completely useless. I felt there was no way to fight back, it was very disturbing.

like what RMorgan said... there are as many stars in our galaxy as grains of sand on the beach, and as many galaxies as grains of sand in the multiverse.. almost puts things / odds into perspective...

anyway, we laughed at my mum for years (as good programmed citizens are supposed to) because she said she saw a ship up close with lights when she was younger, but over the last 15 years i've seen an ufo twice.. i can't say it was a ship or from off world, but it definitely wasn't a shooting star put it that way :)

i'm absolutely confident that there is other stuff out there... lots of people seem to write about bad ETs and in my mind, on balance, it makes sense that there must be plenty of good ones too!

Short answer- yes I believe, and have seen with my own two eyes (I mean 3 eyes)lol.
The long answer- I also believe that many ETs are "manufactured", and probably some(not all) on this planet.
And, my belief is, ET does not = little green(or grey) men, or other odd looking creature, but many are humans just like us, only I think we are most likely the least , intelligently-evolved .
