Who enjoys smiling at strangers as we pass them by in the street, the different responses we get are interesting but the feeling both parties can be left with is priceless.
When we catch someone's eye and smile at them that is one thing, but when we also speak to them from our heart it becomes extremely difficult to resist.
What we are doing is conjuring or creating a feeling of love from within, embracing that feeling and then sending it, a bit like casting a spell.
The important part is the "feeling"
(I dont know who already does this but I just wanted to put it out there)
Ok so here goes..
For those participating your task is to try this out and smile at 4 or 5 random people as you pass them by and report back.
* Describe some of the responses you got?
* Share how you felt?
You will touch some of the most unexpected people and draw a smile to their face.
Not only can this be a beautiful exchange between 2 souls but we can only wonder at what impact we have had, how we have influenced them, brightened their day and how that might have changed how they then interact with others.
