ARREST WARRANTS: Liens Filed Against G7 Central Banks
David Wilcock reports that arrest warrants have now been issued against the international branches of the Federal Reserve -- the European Central Banks, BIS, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Japan.

Interesting to say the least.

Hard to argue with the documentation included in David's blog. Even if you don't care for Wilcock, you have to admit that he does a very thorough job providing hard evidence to support his arguments.
This part leapt off the page at me! "Claim for damages and losses: The sum of Fifty Trillion United States Dollars (US$50,000,000,000,000.00.)"

This aspect of the article is a fascinating look into the process:
"The filing of liens against the Federal Reserve and its constituents is the next big step in freeing our planet.
ADMIRALTY LAWS
Many people have attempted to tear apart the liens against the twelve Federal Reserve banks that were posted in our previous update.
I did not want to avoid this controversy. These new liens were filed within the Admiralty Law system, which is extremely complicated and mysterious.
Like other aspects of this story, the Admiralty Law system has been kept almost entirely secret from the public -- including law schools -- but the information is available if you know where to look.
Nonetheless, you can end up with a J.D. in law and have little or no knowledge of the Admiralty Laws used by the insiders.
TIME TO TALK TO AN EXPERT
I needed more information in order to be comfortable with posting these liens. Keenan's top expert on Admiralty Law, Winston Shrout, agreed to take all my questions in an interview.
I did my best to let the man speak, knowing that I could not possibly keep track of everything he was saying in real time. I look forward to reading the transcript and absorbing all this new information.
The last third of the interview is where we hit a 'stride' where I felt fairly confident in being able to follow what he was telling me.
Nonetheless, we have a massive new body of information now to sort through and consider.
Here is the link to that interview. Simply download this ZIP file, open it and decide where you want your MP3s to go. It's that simple.

ARREST WARRANTS
Though Winston covered a dazzling array of subjects in this interview, one thing that really stood out for me was the fact that these liens constitute legal arrest warrants for the Federal Reserve conspirators.
An arrest warrant is only as good as its enforcement. Winston directly admits that the "good guys" in the Pentagon, on behalf of an international alliance of 138 nations, are prepared to use these liens as legal grounds for mass arrests.
This is NOT intended to supplant or take over existing elected governments. If this Cabal were not so heavily woven into our society, these mass arrests would be much simpler to perform."

Hi StarDust, I must have missed David's documentation and hard evidence. Maybe I'm just used to Alex Jones' style of shoving papers and recordings right in my face until I just can't take it any more. So, do we have much more to go on than David's word that an old informant is "impeccably trustworthy"? Links?
Thanks and Cheers,
Fred
Does G7 central banks include US? Don't leave them out.

The documentation is located within the body of the blog. I think that would be a good jumping point to continue your own investigation.

The Federal Reserve in the US was already served with liens against all 12 Federal Reserve branches. You can read about it here:

HOW, exactly? How is any one of us going to vet these claims and figure out, in advance, how they might turn out? I'm kinda broke right now, not to mention old, and law school ain't an option... :crutch:

Then having patience is your only option, as only time will tell weather or not these actions grow roots and bare fruit. I know that this world is all about instant gratification these days, but just as in a garden, adding extra water will not make the plant grow faster. Hopefully there will be external methods of fact checking. Until then, you just have to hold tight and have faith.

A corporation protects its officers and makes them non liable unless internal miscreant is found within the corporate structure. This is why a corporation is formed so no one within the corporation can be held personally liable. It's typically the officers of the company who are required to make investigation if some miscreancy like cooking the book and conspiracy to do so is found. . If its the officers guilty of miscreancy , the injured parties which is usually the share holders depending on the situation are the ones who petition to have an investigation. Who are the share holders of these corporations and their statements and or adjacent complaints filed at?
An arrest warrant is issued only when a summons to appear has been ignored. It simply means you've been asked to appear in court and didn't respond.. If you do not, a warrant for arrest is issued, to ensure that you respond to the court. If you are put in jail for failing to respond ot a summons it is ONLY because you failed to respond to a summons not an indication of punishment or evidence of guilt for a crime committed. Bail is then posted as a promissary note to ensure that you will not flee. I'm sure our world's elite can very well post bond, and then leave the jurisdiction.
You can't just petition a arrest warrant because you think someone is naughty. A court decides who is to be summoned.
Liens are filed daily in banking, its means of ensuring payment. If this in fact true, and an legitimate lien has been levied, a show cause hearing should be scheduled within a few weeks time to determine the legitimacy of a lien. WHY the lien was filed and was it filed for legitimate reasons. I recall making several dummy corporations and placing liens on them so funds could not be leveraged from them by any entity. For ****zngiggles. Basically putting a lien on my own money so someone else couldn't snatch it. The UCC/ Strawman lien holding process operates much the same way.
For EFT transactions such as banks use liens are a part of the daily process of electronically passing money back and forth. Anybody who has ever had a bank account should know that. No law degree required.
Due diligence may actually mean, educate yourself a little.

The Nurnberg trial stated that everyone is responsible for his/ her
own actions despite if one only followed order or claim that one
acted in ones occupational role. Just sayin.

Yes, people need to take responsibility for their actions. Hiding behind a hierarchical structure to save one's butt should not be tolerated. This will also prevent these "weeds" from moving into future positions of power. If they were weak enough to not listen to their hearts and do the wrong thing once, they may be equally inclined to become repeat defenders. At a minimum, they should be identified and prohibited from attaining any public office that may negatively influence future decisions on a broad scale.

It seems a bit strange that the signatures of Martha Wibawa - one of the people who witnessed Keith Scott's signature - are dramatically different for each Affidavit of Obligation.
