Are You Addicted to Nose Spray? I Was Too.

Can't spend a night/day without it?
Getting off of this stuff can lead to swollen sinuses and complete misery. They tell you the best way to stop nose spray is to stop one nostril at a time. This allows you to breath out of the other nostril. Another method include salt water irrigation. Some people try to ween themselves off nose spray. All options are completely miserable. I know... I've tried all of that crap. Still I was addicted. It should be noted that after just 3 days, you become addicted and it is hard to get off the stuff.

I was addicted to nose spray for over 10 years and then one day, it just went away.
I remember waking up one day not needing it. Always my head was clogged. Now for some reason it was free of most blockage. I blew my nose, took my nose spray, went to work and have had no problems since. No painful misery getting off this stuff. Imagine how I felt. I was shocked. Watch the two suggested videos and everything will come into focus.

Not surprisingly... all I had to do was change my diet.
I was watching youtube one day and a Doctor Robert Morse said that there were 2 fluids in the blood. One was the blood which is there to transfer nutrients and the other is the lymphatic fluid for waste. He suggested that the real problem with most illnesses is that the lymphatic system get sludgy/sticky and stops working correctly. Dr. Morse explained that this was the real reason for the high cancer rates for lymph node cancer. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXx7AX82GK0)

MUST WATCH VIDEO: Dr. Robert Morse - The Great Lymphatic System. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmQeDki7E2E)

Hum I thought.
After watching this video (VIDEO: Blood Before Goji After Goji) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40mvty0EM2o&feature=related) combined with what Doctor Morse said, things began to come into focus. So I did more research on Goji Berries and eating an alkaline diet. It made sense. It was really an eye opener. It seems that eating an acidic diet clogged the lymph system. Well crap in me... I was putting all of the stuff in my mouth. The good news was that it's easy to correct. Just start eating a more alkaline diet.

So I took a leap of faith.
I changed my diet to 50% alkaline fruits and veggies and ate about a 1/3 cup Goji Berries every day. There were immediate results. Just like the second video link shows, it actually felt like my blood completely unstuck and started moving better. I noticed in about a week that my blood pressure returned to normal 130/80. I slept better. After about 2 weeks of doing all of this, an unexpected result happened. My nose unstuck and has been fine ever since. I guess my lymph system in the nose drained. Unreal. I was shocked when it happened. I'm off nose spray the easiest way ever!!! This has totally affected other areas too. I'm 53 and even my wife is happier if you get my drift.

Thank you lord for making Goji Berries and Doctor Morse for having the courage to say what needs to be said.

the enzyme serrapeptase can also help to declog the nose.
Gogi berries are great. I wish I could grow them where I am.

Blood has the heart to pump it. Lymph fluid has no such help and relies on muscle contraction and movement. So, to aid in lymph fluid and toxin drainage we must move around as designed. Stagnant bodies result in poor health. As lymph fluid relies on muscle contraction, energy movement relies on flexibliity. Yoga or other flexibility exercises ensure proper flow of chi/prana/life force energy.

I find hot soup gets my nose running...

I also snort fresh urine up my nose (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?1793-Taking-the-piss-Your-own-best-medicine...) if it is really blocked but I can't remember the last time it was blocked...

In keeping with the chilli concept, this time last year, almost to the day, I was having a "crisis" with my sinuses. Been battling them for a long, long time, but was on a couple of days "holiday" down in a coastal area, and had reached a fearful resignation that the rest of my life was going to be one continuous aching face.

Something snapped/stirred inside me, and I grabbed the jar of Masterfoods Cayenne pepper, and I snorted a pinch up each nostril...was a little fearful about if it would affect my breathing, but was compelled to do so.

It felt like the top of my head was coming off, it was so intense.

Then the "gunk" started flowing, getting blown out on great stringy clots. Could feel the duct to my eyes flow clean, as a little chilli heat made it up there.

Did it again the next day, and nowhere near as severe as the first.

When I got home, I took my granite mortar and pestle (grinds very fine), and made a snuff from 3 parts cayenne, and 1 part garlic powder, trusting the garlic to be an antiseptics.

Used it 2-3 times a week for about a month, and have gone a whole year since....
