Earth Directed CME / Eastern Limb Active Regions (August 1)

A long duration C3.2 flare took place around Sunspot 1092 on Sunday. In the latest Lasco C3 movie you can see an earth directed Coronal Mass Ejection (CME). There will be a chance for Geomagnetic Storming wtihin 48-72 hours. more to follow. Sunspot 1089 has rotated out of direct earth view and onto the western limb. Currently Sunspot 1092 is the only visible region on the face of the sun. There is a chance for C-Class flares. The latest STEREO Behind images show a pair of active regions that could be sunspots. They will rotate into view on the eastern limb in the upcoming week.

I'm looking on cnn.com and the story on the plasma ejection from the sun says it will be visible in the entire northern hemisphere of the planet as the "northern lights" of reds and greens,It will be visible nightime through Aug 5th. Go to CNNs home page they have now moved this story to editors choice (home page half way down). Look for the picture of the black square with the bright orange sun. It even shows video of the (CME) ejecting on July 28th. you can also go to NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) web page (noaa) for the alert and further explanations,charts, grafs, and predictions of this event now that it's on the way to earth.

I remember reading more than twenty years ago about the time frame when the Northern lights would be seen in the entire northern hemisphere. It would be a signal, a "heads up" for the awake people. It would mean that the biggest earth changes are about to begin...but, I don't know how many of those potentialities we have switched away from...but, thought I'd say something. If you don't have a lead box or a really deep cave then just buckle up and cross your fingers. I don't think that our gadgets are in danger. Perhaps the Satellites may be though.

On another note, this magnetic storm had the opposite effect on me that all magnetic storms before it have ever had. Every time we had a magnetic storm before this one I was like a human gauge for it because it would literally suck the energy right out of me in the middle of the day. This one was one of the largest ever and it did not have that effect at all. Instead I felt very energized, calm, and peaceful as this plasma energy hit the Earth. The vibration of the sun has changed significantly, or my DNA has changed to make me more in align with it.
