View Full Version : The unbelievable truth.
Hi guys, I'll will try to explain what I experience to be the truth.
The duality of man, is caused by our mind, what people think, can become catastrophic in some cases.
So what information one have gathered throughout one's life, is unconsciously in your mind always and the mind are ready to give you.
Any information as thoughts and emotions whether you like it or not, it's what your mind do, that's how you operate in this world, walk,talk..etc.
If you are scared of spiders, you don't have to think. "I am scared of spiders, so I better start feeling scared now" No, your mind reminds you and with the emotion you had last time.
What most people don't realize, is that the mind does this all the time, the thought and emotion of the scary spider most of us can relate to.
But what about all the rest information?, the mind hits you with thoughts and emotions like a machine gun, all your waking hours.
But most of those thoughts and emotions are so smooth, they blend right in and it feels normal, because it's how you grow up.
So how can one consciously know if one is making a conscious choice, when you get hit unconsciously by the mind with thoughts and emotions?.
You can't!
Well it's seems very hard to explain, because most people take it very personal and start defending themselves.
This is of course the mind who throwing thoughts and emotions, to give you some other information that must be the reason for this claim you are facing.
I have not yet found a simple way to free my brothers and sisters, by becoming aware of their unconscious thoughts and emotions.
Some people say when confronted with this:
I am awake, I know what's going on in the world.
The world is run by psychopaths and their might even be aliens pulling the strings on top of that.
And when I ask them:
just because you have become more conscious about a few things, what makes you think you know the whole story.
Most of them become quiet and don't want to talk anymore, and most likely think I am lying.
It's the ego mind who more and less defending itself, and you can never reach a person who is in this state of mind.
It might be just normal and I might be arrogant to change what IS?, But still, telling the truth can never be wrong?
I think I made a thread named:
"What would you do if you know the truth about everything" here a year ago.
If I remember right, I wrote something like: "I would scream the truth on every mountain top"
Well I am on my mountain top screaming and though people hear me, it feels like i'm speaking an alien language.
So how can I reach you with the truth?
So what if I said:
Yes the world is run by emotionless psychopaths with an insatiable ego mind,
and they most likely have more information and technology than we know, and there might even be aliens involved.
But you are conditioned to go down the same path, by gathering more information, because, "The truth are out there" right?
The only way to find the truth, is to go the opposite way. You have to stop, and go within yourself.
Okay, just for the sake of it, let's say you've found out their information and what technology they possess.
And that the aliens make them look like schoolboys in comparison, what then? (you might end up on the same mountain top as me)
Would anyone disagree, if I said we live in a world where the ego mind controlling the people?
And that you can even see the ego in a small child screaming for what he think is his toy, that becomes a bicycle, motorcycle, car, house, boat.
Through the conditioning you have experienced consciously and unconsciously by tv,radio.movies,commercials,parents,friends,school,work.
So do you have the courage to go against everything you believe, and stop, to investigate yourself?
Stop thinking and just be quiet for a few seconds, and be very alert to any thought that arise in your mind by just observing it.
By becoming aware of your unconscious thoughts and emotions, is the first step to a peace of mind.
And by consciously being the witness of them by just observing and experience the emotion, with no effort.
And not involving the mind, you can't judge or think anything, you just have to be willing to be the witness by shining your light of consciousness.
By being only the witness, your conditioned thoughts and emotions starts to fade away, and you create more space between your conditioned thought pattern.
And by doing this, you finally can walk around with silence in your mind, the things that keep worrying you, is just a memory.
When you become aware of your unconscious conditioned thoughts and emotions, there is also a realization through experience that.
You are not your thoughts and emotions, because you are the awareness that observe the thoughts and emotions.
And as we all know, we all got our life story. But that is also made up by thoughts and emotions through the information you have gathered.
So now you understand that you are not really your story, that was just an unconscious experience.
You are the "silent awareness".
But then again, all this is most likely something you have to realize by experience it yourself.
And you are on the right path and everything unfolds as it should, I don't have that information. (but it seems to)
I just promised to shout from my mountain top, so I did..

I once thought I had it all figured out until "they" performed an operation at the base of my spine, threw me into a last man standing event and I killed my sister and many others. This simple operation "they" performed changed me from a non-violent person into a scared killing machine that had no free will or true self thought. Then what made it more confusing is meeting someone in person with very similar experiences and finding they they had the exact same experience.
So, were we ran through a consciousness simulator with no free will in order to brainwash us for some reason? Does our body control far more of our character and actions than our spirit? Were we ran through this scenario with no free will in order to experience what has happened to others so we can understand? Are we simply in a vitual reality and have zero free will even though we think we do? After having had samadhi twice (being god), I thought I knew something....I don't. That could have also been induced.
I do not believe there is any way for us to know the truth, even from our own experiences. Even our past life memories can be programmed, we have no way of knowing if anything truly has happened in our memories. Kinda sucks...lol

Just out of curiosity:
How do you know that you had no free will at that time?

The largest indicator was an exact experience by another abductee. Our last two kills were identical. A short black man is standing next to you that catches a hatchet mid flight but his throwing knife gets tangled with hatchet. While he is separating them you stab the man, take his throwing knife and hit another black man about 40' or so away in the middle of the chest killing him as well.
So, is this a virtual video game with no other outcome? Did we really have free will? Neither of us are violent people so this is completely out of character for us (I was a vegetarian for 8 years because I thought it wrong to harm animals).

We can gather lot of information but we won't get anyway near to the big truth or big picture. Reality is an illusion so first thing is to get out of this illusion to understand what it is. I'm more interested to explore how far this illusion goes than to understand what it is.

As this life goes on I believe that I am learning more and more.. inch by inch..
Yet the irony is that I end up discovering how I really know next to nothing
Next to nothing compared to what I have found may be the true nature of reality
I think the human mind is limited in its capacity to understand and simply cannot grasp or appreciate the true nature and beauty of what really is.
Understanding can only come from seperation of the self and a union or connection to oneness or source which is to be found within.
That's my take

Hi Rich and thanks for sharing your experience.
I do not believe there is any way for us to know the truth, even from our own experiences.
That was my point, you can't believe. Because that's just another thought, and even to believe that you can't know through experience, is just another thought.
Does this explanation clear this up for you?

Hello <8>
I'm with you on everything you've said. The ego is aligned with the conscious, rational mind, as you say, so all this rational hunting of fact, both for and against the current world-destroying scenario, keeps us in that same ballpark, the World-Destroying one. A certain amount of horrible information wakes us up, but after a certain point it just feeds back into the same ballpark. That's Timeline 2 as it's been talked about here on Avalon and other places.
The highest metaphysics says we create our own reality. I take that very literally, down to the quantum level and beyond, to levels we don't even know about. We are multidimensional beings. There is a greater percentage of ourselves in other dimensions than in this one but we almost fully identify with our 3-D bodies and current thoughts and emotions. (Except when we dream or have out of body experiences or go on shamanic journeys.)
Those who awaken do so on many levels. Some awaken to the world and what's happening. Some awaken to that level and also to their larger selves. Some become true yogis and shamans and transcend the limitations of 3-D while still being in it.
If we create all this, as the high metaphysics says, how can the world change to a more positive path? How can we strengthen Timeline One, our positive future?
I want to give you a small example and tell a small experience I had the other night, out of nowhere, that demonstrated for me how the world can change. It DID change for me, in my own kitchen, as I was listening to the radio, a C2C interview with Richard Dolan. I emphasize that I DID NOTHING, and nothing happened to me in a 3-D sense - no bad news, no good news, no catastrophe, no miracle, no upsurge of positive or negative energy, no "wanting,". I was just sitting there very casually and normally listening to the radio.
As a lead-in to describing what happened, I encourage everyone to remember a point in their lives when their reality SUDDENLY SHIFTED. This has happened to all of us. It happens when our "reality bubble" gets burst and we have to re-form our own reality around us. Mostly this is an EMOTIONAL/ MENTAL shift but it ALWAYS has concrete effects in the world. Shifts of this kind can be caused by many things, most times by a traumatic negative event, but also by very large positive personal events. Shifts also happen slower, over periods of time, but that's not what I'm talking about here.
Here are some examples of sudden reality-bursting events: A person you love betrays you. A person you love dies. You win the lottery. You get the job you thought it was impossible for you to get. You have a spontaneous healing of a physical condition.
These big emotional events change our reality. We think differently, feel differently, and act differently afterward.
So here's what happened to me: There I was in my kitchen, drinking coffee, listening to Richard Dolan, not doing anything in particular ... and my reality SHIFTED - instantly. It was like a doorway suddenly opened up and a breath of fresh air came through -- it was a very mind-clearing experience; I was suddenly very alert, kind of taking the temperature of the air, looking around to see what was different. He was talking about something he wrote about Disclosure of ET/UFOs. He had written out what the president should say to the nation, and he was reading those words on the air. As he read them, they suddenly, without any desire or wanting on my part, became REAL for me, and I SHIFTED to that parallel universe or other timeline or wherever, where those words were actually being said by the president.
Now, I emphasize that I was not "imagining" a president saying those things. I was not projecting pictures of what that would look like. I was just listening in a very ordinary way, the same way I've listened to hundreds of people talking on C2C.
But my reality SHIFTED to the point that I felt it in every molecule of my being, the same way you feel your reality shift from a traumatic event or some great positive event. When that happens, the current "reality bubble" of YOUR world has burst. In this case, the reality bubble of THE WORLD burst, the terrible stalemate we've been in, being held back, being prevented from saving this planet, being in this energy-wasting conflict, suddenly evaporated - at that moment -- in the twinkling of an eye. In my new awareness at that moment, I knew that my tomorrow would be different, all my current habits would now be changed, there were now new thoughts to think and new actions that could be taken.
Imagine that happening spontaneously, as it did for me, for a billion people. That's how the world can change. I did NOTHING to cause this to happen. It just happened, and truthfully I'm not sure I recall anything ever happening like that in my life. I've had other personal shifts, of course, as we all do, but not like this. This came from out of nowhere, with no apparent "cause".
Is my personal reality different because of that event? No. It's same-ole/same ole. The posts on this forum haven't changed. HOWEVER, I call this experience "practice" for what it feels like when this world really does shift.
So let's go back to the metaphysics: You create your own reality, even to the Quantum level and more. Some part of me created that shift. Everyone has that other part also. Let's say this shift happened because my Higher Self was sending me a message, giving me a practice experience. But for those who need to look for outside causes, let's say it's true that the unknown energies bombarding the planet from space that scientists cannot identify actually DO something of this nature to everyone. *WOW*
All that happened was that I (and the world) shifted OUT of the current "realty bubble" stalemate, and a doorway to a different reality opened, but that reality was not fully formed either, it is still to be formed! Timeline One is still to be actualized in emotion, thought, and action.
I think maybe this is what is meant by "the world will change in the twinkling of an eye." Maybe. If it can happen for me, it can happen for anyone. That's why I've now written the longest post of my life here. Please think, experience, remember ... we are CREATORS.
Wow... peace everyone!

Hi SoulAppreciation and thanks for sharing your thoughts.
My view
Understanding can only come from seperation of the self
It's our mind who make an illusion of separation, by unconsciously reminding you all the time about your story.
And even if you understand by the information you have gathered that you are not your body and the story that goes with that.
Does not break the separation, because it's just information as a thought that becomes into a beautiful belief.
The only way to clear up the illusion of separation, is to do as i mentioned above.
and a union or connection to oneness or source which is to be found within.
It's through experience you understand you were never apart, you are A wave in the ocean, looking for the ocean.
which is to be found within.
Yes true, but still, by looking you can never find it. Because then you are using your mind, who is happy to send you on an other ghost hunt.

Hi Doodah and thanks for sharing your experience.
My view
If we create all this, as the high metaphysics says, how can the world change to a more positive path? How can we strengthen Timeline One, our positive future?
It can be tricky if you are all caught up in this reality, because we are all more or less conditioned to think that we can think up an solution.
If you would remove your left brain, you would be in peace and perceive yourself as a energy being. But it's your left brain that gather all information and wants to find solutions for you, that it never can find.
Even if you have the best intentions it's just thoughts the left brain is feeding you, and many start believing that they might be onto something. But it's really just another thought.
So to change path, you have to stop believin what your mind is telling you, to be brave enough to pull the emergency break, and start investigate yourself instead.
Is my personal reality different because of that event?
You actually hit the break in one sense here, by not using your mind and allow all that IS to be, and not wanting anything.
This is a pure state of just being who you already are, but you normally don't perceive this reality like this, because your mind is keeping you separate.
By unconsciously telling your story and what you should be thinking about, gathered through your experience.
Your reality change by you becoming aware that there is more than your eyes can perceive, but however great the experience was, you can never get it back by wanting it.
Because than you are using your mind, remember?, you said that you experience this by not wanting anything.
This is the great path, by knowing there are no path.

Origin, reference points, foundations, corner stone’s all are glued together by history or OJT ( on the job training ) a blank computer is not a computer, just a shell plugged into a wall socket.
Like fossil prints left in sediment long ago, who was it that stepped or made the first imprint in humanities fertile soil.
The first step in a journey of a million mile hike is always accepting the movement of thought, the movement like electricity will always take the most direct and least resistance and the shortest route. The first step always showing the way for the second step OJT to take place.
Invisible spirit our essence (silent wittness) works outside this OJT or even bound by it. Living, existing inside a basic computer of its limited design, by its original creator ( ? ) moving back into spirit and essence,(silent wittness) is ascending out of the jar we were stuffed into at step ONE.
Like children catching butter fly’s and displaying them in a jar. Who is it that designed this butter fly trap called humanity. Are we not stuck in this endless examination and defining of our jail cell, the a jar?
Thinking is part of the lock or lid on the jar keeping the silent wittness trapped, thinking the jar is self and aware.
Thinking belongs to the trap, not to the essance in the jar. Free the essance not the hole dam jar or the thinking that keeps you there.
The thinking mind can not hold on to essance only examin the jar its in. If the mind would Just dissolved so would the jar.
The mind is the ever present and solid bar’s of your prison. If your thinking never go’s away neither will the bar’s of your cell or the walls you’ve build to protect your personal jar you live in.
If you Astor project out of the jar, long enough your physical body or jar would die with the thinking right along with it, the essence that has projected continues on, that’s how it got here in the first place Astor projected into a fetus from where?
Dose it really matter what the mind thinks and thinks and thinks, silent witness is here and you are it no matter what the mind comes up with, your still trapped in a jar till essence wants to move on.
End of thinking. Essence wants to experience more, some were else?

Hi John and thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I won't over analyze your beautiful words, like the mind like to do.
Aren't most the fish wet unknowingly?, and yet the water connects them all together.
I understand that we need words to express ourselves and we must label things to make sense of what we are trying to say.
To make sense of things, it would be appropriate to say that we are trapped in a jar, but that is more the way of the mind trying to make sense of it.
The jar were never a prison, as the physical world is real at the same time it is not. It's what we have created, to experience ourselves.
Everything is one like the ocean, but we are manifesting ourselves through a dream like state.
So by accepting all that IS and by wanting nothing, you become the ocean that you already are. And to be in that pure state, you have to allow the water to go through yourself.
Or else you pop up to the surface and become the wave in the ocean, that is looking for the ocean.

So nicely put <8> I feel so connected, its very had to walk among the unconnected more and more, but I do have an overwhelming sense of calm when I see the surface in such a state that its in.
Like being fast asleep in a raging hurricane at the bottom of a very large ship at sea. I want so bad to run up the stairs and calm everyone down, but alas none will here this still calm voice as the storm reaches its principal and final destination. So I shall hold this still and calm for those who finally let go of the surface, and surrender to the peace just below the brain, I the silent watcher-- rest in the universe of the heart were there is no surface to agitate and no waves are possible. And thank you <8> for sharing all that space with all of us. John XXX

But remember at the core, its yourself giving you the thoughts and emotions, so don't reject them, even these we have to allow to flow free, but by being the witness, they flow right through you.

If our mind did not project appearances, would there be past, present and future? Surely not. There would be no feeling of time passing, as the impression of time is solely caused by the changing projections of our mind. If we wish to achieve certainty about this, we must look directly into our mind again and again; words and intellectual understanding are not adequate for this. Only through repeated investigation of our own mind can we truly grasp that the world that surrounds us is nothing but a projection of our mind - its dynamic expression, its luminosity.
Our mind is a succession of moments of awareness - and these moments of present awareness cannot be extended. We cannot say: "Thoughts, please stop for a moment, so that I may look at you and understand you." Trying to stop the movements of our mind, in order to look at a thought or insight more carefully, blocs the natural, spontaneous dynamics of the mind. There is no point in trying to seize an insight so that we can look at it closely. In true insight, there is nothing that could be looked at or understood.
As long as we cherish the desire to understand something, to define and explain it, we miss the real point of our practice and continue in our ordinary mental fixation. If we wish to appropriate an insight, there needs to be someone who wants to understand something - and immediately we recreate the 'I', the thinker. In reality, there is nobody who understands and no object that is to be understood - there simply is only seeing. As soon as we cling to an 'I', there is no more seeing.
If we are dissatisfied with the prospect of not being able to understand, that is because we wish to have something for ourselves. We hope to be able to control and master things. But in truth we cannot control or understand anything. If we wish to arrive at a true understanding, we must let go of all personal desire. We should search for the thinker who wants to understand and control. Then we will see that we canot find them, since they do not exist as such. If there is no thinker, then it is only natural that there is no understanding of thought processes and the mind.
The true nature of mind is nothing other than this moment of open awareness. In this sense of presence, there is nothing that could be grasped by thought, described or seen. This does not mean, however, that there is nothing at al, but only that no awareness as such is seen. When we rest in this immediate awareness that is the nature of mind, we understand that all appearances are created through the habitual tendencies of our confused mind.
The goal of meditation is to see directly the nature of this confusion. This happens when the mind merges with the awareness of the present moment which is its basic nature. In that moment, it is freed of all the negativity and obscurations of all our lifetimes. To penetrate to this experience, we must meditate again and again, over a long period of time, and use all situations for the meditation on the true nature of mind. If we do this, one day we will attain realization and with it complete certainty. We will see directly what the mind is and how it works. From that day on, all our doubts will have been resolved completely.
All phenomena of the external world are only the manifestations of the luminosity of our own mind and ultimately have no reality. When we allow our mind to rest in the recognition that everything that it experiences is its own projection, the separation between subject and object comes to an end. Then there is no longer anyone who grasps at something and nothing that is being grasped at - subject and object are recognized to be unreal.
In seeing the nature of mind, there is nothing to "see"
since it is not an object of perception. We see it without
seeing anything. We know it without knowing anything.
In order to experience this, we allow our mind to remain in its ordinary consciousness, the awareness of the present moment, which is the deep, unchanging nature of mind itself and which is also called "timeless awareness." That is the natural insight that arises spontaneously when in every moment we look directly at the true nature of mind.
The mind recognizes itself spontaneously, in a way beyond all duality. The path that leads to this is the awareness of the present moment, free of all interference. It is an error to think that the ultimate truth) is difficult to recognize. The meditation on the nature of mind is actually very easy, as we do not have to go anywhere to find this nature. No work needs to be done to produce it; no effort is required to find it. It is sufficient for us to sit down, allow our mind to rest in itself and directly look at the one who thinks that it is difficult to find the nature of mind. In that moment, we discover it directly, as it is very close and always within easy reach.

Methinks you are talking about that awareness which has no reference point, nothing in which to abide and nothing upon which to hold........

Nothingness and pure awareness is the grass field.
Now, if only I could get every blade of grass to be as still as possible........hmmm

Yes, Brother!
That awareness is another name for you. It's what remains when all our fantasies and notions of what we are are discarded, because they have become obsolete in the light of awareness itself. In actuality, they drop off themselves, through lack of care and feeding, and what is left is what has always been, timeless awareness itself. What will be true then is the same as what is true right now. Nothing will have changed, except that we'll no longer be prone to seeking outside ourselves, and the war we've been waging with our own hearts and minds will be over.

I just promised to shout from my mountain top, so I did..

Hi <8>,
I'm thankful for your shouting.
It's been awesome to see your progression that you talked about here on PA in the time I spent here.
Very inspiring I might say.
All you people who speak of these matters on PA have really put my nose in the right direction for bringing up the awareness.
I told you about the exercises I'm doing and you told me that I might have to fine tune them a bit. You saw that I was using my intellect to get writ of emotions and feelings and they weren't really dissolving.
So I changed that now and it feels like I'm on track now.
What I do now is:
* The wish to work on finding this awareness rises and I immediately find myself looking for the techniques that are required. I want to come into action to bring this awareness closer.
* Then I remember what you said about 'let it all just be', 'there's nothing to do or to find out', then I relax a little and point my focus on what is happening inside. Let all that is come to surface, whatever that is. So I've got to drop the urge to come into action...
* I remember that it is not about getting happy, but about go with whatever it is that is present in me.
* I look at my thoughts and thank them for being there.
* I look at my feelings
* I look at my emotions when they arise and try to engulf me like they want to do. This is still difficult for me, because I'm so used to suppress my emotions. My mind has a habit of getting in the way big time here, but I'm making progress. As a matter of fact... The past weeks gave me a few moments where emotions came to surface that haven't seen the light of day in decades.
It's kind of weird when you think about it isn't it? You want to get to a certain point and to get there, you have to stop trying to get there :)
I'm using the method that ROMANWKT suggests here (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?15834-Its-all-nonsense-part-1) as well.
It's powerful indeed.
