Hello
I've had a strange experience today. It is reported in the news that Robin Gibbs died either today or yesterday but my point is that I remember this happening a few weeks ago. its very weird and I'm totally convinced this already happened. Time slip? Dimension shift?

he was in a coma a few weeks ago, perhaps you misread that news at the time?

Conec, could be posible as sometimes on PA i read something and am certain that it was posted weeks or days ago. I often tell my wife when I read something here that may interest her, so she has witnessed this weired time thingy.

Freaks her out a little...

Yep - its the old 'Ground Hog Day scenario' - I get it quite often.

Once I repeated a whole two weeks! In hindsight, I wish at the time I had paid attention to the winning lottery numbers that would have been most useful. LOL

There was a time several yrs ago, when I would be watching television or listening to radio that I would hear a piece about some well known person dying. Then when I'd google it to find out more, I would find out that the person was still living. I was positive that I had heard that they had died. Then, a few days later, I would see that they had died. I used to do this when I was a teenager too. One summer, I had 3 separate dreams about friends dying and they all did.

I thought I was the only person this ever happened to. Glad to see I'm not the only one.

Many years back, while driving in my car one day, I heard a radio program dedicating songs to Lisa "left eye" Lopez from the group TLC. He was talking about how tragic it was that she died. I thought it was sad since she was so young. I was alone in the car at the time.

A day or so later I saw an internet news clip about her, the accident she was in and how she died etc.

A couple of weeks later my oldest daughter said, "Did you hear? That girl from TLC died." I said "Yeah I know, she died a few weeks ago." My daughter looked at me strangely and said, "No, it just happened." I told my daughter that I heard a radio that had dedicated songs to her, and about the web info. I read. I told her all about what I had read regarding the accident etc., and that I heard about it/learnt about it a few weeks ago. My daughter told me that while I was correct in all of my info. regarding her death etc., there was no way I heard about it weeks ago, because it had only just happened.

I went on the internet and looked it up and discovered it had just happened. I double checked the date of the accident and her death and could not understand how the hell I heard the radio show I heard or how I came across the info. about her death on the internet, when apparently she was still alive at that time. I was also able to find the exact same news clip that I had already seen weeks prior. Yet it had only just been posted.

It freaked me out to say the very least, and I seriously wondered for a second if I was going crazy, or if perhaps I dreamt it all. The only thing was, I hadn't dreamt any of it.

I dreamed that Robin Gibbs died about 2 weeks prior to his death. It was so real that I Googled it the next day, only to find out he was still alive. Weird coincidence with you here on PA. Hmmmmmmmm....

well, the hard part for me would be knowing who I was dreaming of since I haven't seen or heard of him for 30 years...

you actually recognized him?

I had a bro in law almost die in Surgery, I saw him in my dream and sent him back to my sister not even knowing he was going through surgery.

were you the same Nationality by any chance?
