I heard about Russell and the book for the first time while watching a documentary on Free Energy and Transmutation with John Bedini yesterday.

In the interview above he mentions Russells Chart showing Octaves and the Elements and how Copper can be transmuted to Gold, Zinc to Silver etc...."it's just a frequency shift....a harmonic shift"

He explains the transmutation process in the video above. You basically get a specific type of rock and dissolve it in 10% Hydrochloric Acid to separate the minerals (much the same way the HCl in our stomach separates the minerals and vitamins in the food we ingest). An iron rod is placed in the mixture pointing polar north. Crystals form on the rod and it is left to dry. The crystals are then scrapped off the rod and ground into a powder using a pestle and mortar. The powder is placed on a small block of oxygen free copper and fired at 2,500C on a ceramic block in a kiln/oven. The heat transmutes the powder. You then test/assay what 'floats to the top' when melted. It all depends on the seed material as to what you end up with - gold, silver, ruby etc.

Tom Bearden says that transmutation methods like this were how the Russians produced 40% of their gold. It's a hell of a lot easier and less expensive than mining it.

Transmutations of elements has been going on since the beginning and it happens in the human body.
read the book "Biological Transmutations" by Louis Kervan. Libraries should have it.

I have not read the book you mention but I read this tiny book mentioned below many years ago and was fascinated by this man. What an inspiration to the capability we all possess. Something that I remember him expressing was that he approached the mundane tasks, like sweeping the floor, with as much passion and enjoyment as he did designing a building or conducting an orchestra.

Walter Russell is worth catching up on. He did predict a certain number of new elements in specific positions in his design of an atomic chart, and they where indeed found.

As for changing copper into gold, see information on Dr. Joe Champion. I cannot vouch for any reality that Champion might be bringing to the table, but it seems to be in what appears to be a correct direction.

This gets into the refinement of some of the works done by the German scientists and efforts in WWII, and before the war.

Basically, that there IS no short supply of any metal... and that if we can create the matter we want to create, then... the Annunaki and the gold scenario goes straight out the window and into the garbage can.

And so does the containment of the human species via the mechanism of self-valued metal assets. Period.

This is one reason why alchemy is seemingly so heavily suppressed.

Now, once one looks into that, then they find that if all that is true..then..whence comes the dream of human suppression?

Is is live or is it Memorex? is is a form of necessary reality? Or is it a form of amplifying fears so that the birth/growth of a species -can be forced from itself?

Is that which is evil merely the golem of humanity's collective consciousness, that is born and contained within the Bardo?

The other thing that comes to the table is the idea of matter manipulation by an adolescent species, and thus, the possible damage to the local fabric of space-time 3d and temporal reality. This, involving people centered in ignorance and lack of maturity, at this time. Which is inherently dangerous. Dangerous in ways that most have no idea of what that danger is or what it may mean.

Tricky times are afoot.

Been reading about Russell there the past few days. Quite a man - a painter, sculptor, author, builder, also proficient in philosophy, music, and ice skating, and he was a professor at the institution he founded. About as impressive as they come and it took me 32 years to even hear mention of him, and that only after some pretty deep digging.

Joe Champion makes some bold claims on his website:

“You will find out how to produce a gold and palladium powder that you can sell to anyone who buys gold and palladium. If he’s getting the results he claims I highly doubt he’ll be allowed to get away with it for much longer. It's effectively like having access to your own money printing machine, and I imagine that he’ll be dealt with the same way the many hundreds of Free Energy inventors have been. From my understanding, all you need is a basic knowledge of what you’re doing, a specific type of rock such as the one Champion uses sourced from that Pack Saddle Mountain, and a fuel source that can heat the minerals to the desired temperature required for transmutation. Bedini used a kiln at 2,500C, Champion uses LENR based technology. If you have access to FE, as I suspect that the ‘aliens’ piloting UFO’s have, then its hard to believe that they don’t also have the ability to transmutate also.

Having ‘studied’ Biology in Uni, the work of Louis Kervran interests me more than making gold and palladium to sell. The following piece is taken from here:

What about fasting and eating nothing at all? I recall last year reading about this Indian guy who hasn’t eaten or drank a thing in several decades but is still in perfect health. What’s he doing? He must be transmuting the carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen from the air he breaths.
