Just checking in since I didn't yesterday...
In my classroom on the third floor of the school where I teach (about 30 minutes from Milan) I heard the blinds start rattling, then the room swayed back and forth in long slow sweeps for about 4 times; and then, strangely, the whole place shook like a po-go stick up and down numerous times.... it was quickly over with in about 10 seconds, unlike the January quake which lasted for about 20 seconds..... nevertheless, yesterday morning's quake was stronger.... I didn't notice any of the other 4-5mag'ers that followed until....
Another quake in the 5.4 mag range hit around 12:55 pm local time.... my class and I were outside at the entrance of one of the school buildings...... some folks felt it and gave the alert... I only saw the pane glass of the entry way shaking like leaves in the wind.... wild stuff!
Down in Emilia there has been more damage done to buildings already partially damaged....many new collapses especially factories.... last I heard 17 dead this time around...
And I did notice that what I assume to have been a fracking station that I had been passing on the way to school for the past few months has been dismantled... how interesting!

so it is hitting during peak heat, inbound sun while a near miss cme passed? look at this wave in relation to the quake...

also notice the solar wind strip that forms behind us hitting almost exactly on the Venus transit, we don't need a CME added to what is already lined up...
stay safe MorningSong...
field trip for the Venus Crossing? into the countryside...
Dutchsinse talks about fracking in northern Italy causing the earthquake.

Argentina just had a big one but haven't done a Spanish translated search yet to see if there was fracking in the area...
in Italy someone said they had increased mining operations, must need more gold... wonder why?

wow those are 2-5 minutes apart, with this many I would be worried about a local volcano, anything active in the region?
location is 44-11
there is that dang 33 again...
glad to hear you are safe MorningSong Venus is getting close to crossing...

I'm sure there is more volcanic activity then is being reported to the public.... so many places have natural thermal spas well know of since Roman times...
Ravenna got a jolt this morning early.... 4.5 mag...noone expected that even though the area is prone to EQs, too.

the dark energy is hitting with more of a spike than a wave these last few days, solar winds or the Sunspots?

The centre's director Kevin McCue said these were the first earthquakes greater than magnitude 4 to strike inland northern NSW since December 1969, when a magnitude 5 quake struck near Coonabarabran...
thanks for pointing that out, I've never seen an earthquake hit Australia but most world maps only show 4+
I noticed Volcano activity by Italy and these latest 4 quakes are moving towards Austria...
