Monkeys in the jungle

A short story, I was by a creek in the jungle the other week, it is a few miles from the local airport. A plane flew overhead, howler monkeys began to howl all at the same time, this went on for a few minutes, we then noticed a red ball of light weaving its way in and out of the jungles trees, this lasted about 30 seconds. The light suddenly disappeared and at the exact moment hundreds of monkeys went silent . Anyone ever experience anything like this?

We get orange orbs here in British Columbia but they are higher in the sky. I have heard of blue ones as well...but I guess they can be any colour.

Lately, I've been thinking about the absurdity of high strangeness. Like orbs and saucers ..morphing entities.. it's all so silly. Why would a so called intelligent race of whatevers act like this? I do believe in an extra human/dimensional/whatever intelligence because I am an 'abductee'. But as I mature, I do see the absurdity of it all.
