Eye of the sun

So today on my way inside for lunch I look up and I am struck by a distinct huge ring around the sun. I took out my camera and snapped a couple pics and it came out quite clear in the photos. Reminds me of a giant eye peering down on us. It Probably is a normal occurring phenomenon but it really struck me none the less.

On a side note and possibly related, up here in mendocino county in northern Cali the chem trailing has just been rediculous lately. Every day it just looks like a kid went to town on a placemat with a crayon. Only the placemat is the sky :(. Any one else near by noticing an increase? I wonder if the increased density Could cause the sun to appear with giant distinct ring?

I see the same thing here when I look at the Sun and Moon. Not everyday of course but very often. I hate to say it but this looks like chemtrails:(

Interesting I am now just noticing an orb just outside the ring in both pics I didn't get to study the pics to closely before I put them up. How cool maybe a lense flare but they appear at different angles in the two pics...
