When India finally got a satellite up there...and managed to get around to the back of the moon and get some information...., that is the exact time that the American crew (CIA, Rockefeller, etc) ended up hobnobbing, in person, with the top of the Indian system.

Simple coincidence that both events occurred at the same time? Probably not...

that does look like some tracks going into a crater (to the middle right) that clearly looks more like a mine pit then the other craters near it... thanks for a great pic,
