111 and 1111 Continuously...

well every time a major event happens, these numbers pop up everywhere and it has started again...

I'm talking 20-30 times a day not just the clock but everywhere...

Cash register receipts, filling the gas tank having it stop at 11.11 gallons...

grabbing a handful of fruit and tossing it on the scale... 11.11 pounds :eek:

Who else has noticed?

I started seeing the 11:11 and other interesting number sequences about 2 years ago. Lately I've been seeing 911 a lot.

At first I thought another 911 scale event was / is around the corner, but I read somewhere on the web that it apparently means that you're getting close to closing a chapter in your life and a new beginning is on the horizon... makes a lot of sense for me. I recently announced my resignation and am planning to start my own company...

By the way, I just noticed I joined AV1 on: 09-11-2008 ...hmmm....

Kilos?? I used to weigh 111 pounds about a year ago and now I’m 112! :heh::heh: just can’t shift that pesky pound!:rolleyes: I may just go on to weigh 222 – seems a much more achievable goal.:laugh:

I see 333s, 11:11s and 222s a lot. I believe that if you include military time, there's many more possibilities (13:13, 14:14, etc).

Though on an interesting and silly note, a receipt I had this morning read $4.20. ;)
