thnak you very much this was a very interesting read. I switch to rice breads etc few years ago because of gluten intolerance in the family. I will definitly reduce the intake we have.

Did quick google search for arsenic test kits. Here is a first entry from the list:

There is arsenic in ground water concentration map (prepared in 2001) in USA.

The lowest price is $26 for a 5 tests kit. Measure time is 12 minutes. Detection range is 0.0, 0.005, 0.01, 0.02, 0.06, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, >0.5, >0.5 ppm (mg/L)

There are many others retailers/producers of such tests...
