Well Steve I certainly agree with your point that it's nothing new. What I found interesting was the answer to if Presently there is x, and x, and x, and x, etc. WHAT SHOULD WE DO ABOUT IT?

The answer was unique, I think. It's neutral ... not conspiracy theory based but more politically based.

All of these people Tarpley,Paul and Jones and so on are all working for the same camp.Jones doing what he does best telling lies.Like "There can't be any unions anymore" I am a member of the Laborers union in the bay area where I live and there is plenty of work.I live in an industrial area where are unions are the bay area surrounded by refineries so its an advantage I admit.But I work with steamfitters,pile butts,millwrights,carpenters,iron workers,Rod busters and not once have I even heard of a business agent named Alex Jones or Webster Tarpley. Infowars is a rat company of non union scabs with a rat boss talking like he knows whats going on inside these real unions."They can't exist" "The have been controlled by so and so ever since blah blah blah" He makes this stuff up as he goes along.Obama does not own these unions nor does he control them.The unions work for the same people Obama works for. Although their talk is appealing if your into being pissed off even more than you already are.its not going to happen their way.All hearing their way does is to give the eternal crap cycle more spin on top of spin.Jones reaches many people and its unfortunate they don't realize what he is doing. Thank you for an entirely opposing view, geofffxdwg.

I do understand how you can feel that way about Alex Jones as it's been stated often on this forum from others. Tarpley is new to me so I'm not sure how to take him either. Taking in information on this forum is how I continue to shape my world view. As my world view evolves, so do I.

I personally feel that events that are reported on mainstream news is to confuse and make people malleable. So news from alternative sites is what I choose to view. Certainly discernment is required, but at least I find more nuggets of truth from them than mainstream.

I would suggest that news such as this is NOT important to most people. It's very hard for a frog to jump out of a pot of boiling water once it has been incrementally raised to boiling point. So most people IMHO haven't a sense of where this world stands right now --- good or bad.

I have simply provided information for those to put in the mix.
