If you turn the dialithium crystals in the converters upside down , you'll increase the power by 400 percent. At least that's what Spock told me.

I thought about trying that, but because these converters are trilithium phase induced converters ... I'm not sure if the dialithium crystals will be able able to handle the reverse amplitude photon phasing stage .... where's Spock when you need him ? ;)
