At about 5:15 in this video, you see a HUGE orb. This video was taken around midnight so it is not the sun. Not the moon either, but you cannot miss this thing. Any thoughts guys????

Clearly the clouds move over and cover this huge circle. A drop on the lens could not possibly react in this manner. Nice try though. lol;)

Iīm not trying anything. Itīs my opinion.

I really canīt perceive the clouds moving and covering it. All I can see is the drop is slowly dispersing.

It still looks like a rain drop to me.

I'm sorry that kinda sounded like I was being a smartypants, didn't mean it that way. If you watch it in full screen, (helps to be in a dark room) you can see the clouds move over the object, (whatever it is). It kind of reminds me of something I saw on YT a while back, a huge bubble over China.

No worries! :)

I think the video youīre talking about was filmed in Hawaii. Iīve seen that one.

Anyway, whatīs not clear to me in this video, is that there really are clouds in front of this "thing" or if itīs just a dispersing rain drop causing this refractive effect.

The video, by itself, in my opinion, is not conclusive.

Cheers,

Raf.
