Hi...

I have experienced things I can sense,feel, and see. But I cannot explain.
I know others here, have also talked about this, and it's so easy to get scared to what we don't fully understand.

I found this two clips, very good, because they have a lot of experience about just this.
And it's always comforting to know, that even if it can be scary at times, the entities cant really hurt us..

This stuff is real. I think a lot of us hear voices from time to time or at least I have. They call your name and such. I have one spirit guide that sounds female and have heard her at least 3 times saying my name twice and once telling me to "go back,it's not time yet" on an OBE where I was hovering above the earth.

I do believe that entities can harm us. While it is hard to document this, there does seem to be a mountain of anecdotal evidence. There are thoroughly documented cases of people being scratched, pushed down stairs, and smothered.

Yes you are right, But as far as I understand, it's when you are afraid you tune into their low vibrations and then they can reach you.
So it's easily becomes a negative spiral of a sort, that's why it's so important to enlighten yourself.

So if you stay with the fear beliefs, of course you will already given in to the fear.

If you take the time and effort to find out who you are, and raise your vibration. You don't have to fear anything, because you already know you are immortal.
And even if some are temporarily are able to scare you, you are not gonna be paralyzed and go down the path of fear.

Agreed. Someone very close to me has had strange experiences in her bedroom. She regularly sees geometric shapes, brilliant colors, human-like figures, ugly entities, etc. Using the advice from the lovely Caren, she has seen these occurences diminsh. She says a little prayer before entering her room and asks any unwelcome visitors to leave. She practices maintaining her cool and not succumbing to the fear, in the face of whatever may be occuring. Recently she was not prepared and gave in to the fear and her experience was worse. The figure would not leave her side until her sister entered the room, then everything fell normal. We even joke about it now and this seems to lessen the abilities of the intruders.

<8> How are you today, Great thread after browsing this triggered a encounter I had over 25 yrs ago.

I had been out for a long walk and came home, instead of going to bed, laid down on the hide abed couch, fast asleep-- I awoke to -- well this tonnage like an elephant had sat down on the couch and me.

Like in a centrifuge for astronauts my skin was stretched into the couch, I couldn’t breath as the air was force out when it sat on me. Could hear the springs, and the wood creaking being sandwiched between it and the almost now collapsing couch. The only thing I could move was my eye’s as big as basket balls at what I was not seeing, there was absolutely nothing I could see, as the wait was increasing and my heart struggling to beat under that pressure, the moment I dove out of my mind into my heart space were I saw was not being affected, I got the hell out of my head and retreated to my heart. That instant what ever it was vanished as quickly as it had pinned me to the couch.

At that point I was suddenly back in my head, and all the noise of analyzing what just took place. Jumped up turned on all the lights TV Radio sat back down with phone in had, scared out of my wits on what else I could do or call.

But as it was happening, and moving into the heart space was like getting into my car and buckling up to start the engine -- no big deal. I knew I was about to die, but I was OK -- just something new I was to journey threw. Totally at peace. But back in the brain, --- I was spazzing out, I won’t use the words that really reflect what my head was screaming. So I would say yes they can hurt the body and that’s all they can do, the avatar driver is ok and untouchable. My personal thoughts on this. John xxx

I guess my experience was a in body instead of a OBE or IBE, and so intern would be a great analogy of the phrase “ In the world but not of it.” In the mind and body of the world, and the me that’s the spark of life moving out of the head into the safe room-- is the not of this world part.

The part that came into this body at birth, and what leaves at the destruction of the body. That spark or orb of energy, spirit the labels pointing at this that I am once experienced is immortality behind the veil is glimpsed total calm is experienced, before being pushed back to ‘of the world’ brain fart.
