Hi everyone. I have struggled with dealing with all of my paranormal experiences and have pretty much been forced to keep it to myself for years, but I have come to a point that i think I am emotionally ready for regression. How do I find someone that I can trust, and that won't break the bank in the process. I have some major healing to do, and I feel the timeline is closing in to where I may not have the opportunity if I wait much longer. I am in the midwest states, If anyone knows how to go about finding someone I would appreciate any guidance you have to offer.:cantina::grouphug:

p.s. feel free to pm me if needed. : )

false memories can be easiliy implanted during regression, even inadvertently by a screwed up hypnotherapist. Chose with high discernment and be very careful in your search. It is not nice to end up more damaged than when we started.

good luck

Dolores is in Arkansas but the waiting list to see her is 3 years. But her site has a list of practitioners. You can expect to spend between $175-350 for one approximately 4 hour session. With her technique, you typically only need one session.

You might wanna do a past life reading if you wanna get one done really soon.

I know that the waiting list for regressions can be long plus expensive.

You can get reading for as little as 45 dollars for 30 mins and if you get a good

reader she can answer any of your questions quick. I had one done and found

out everything I needed to know, but I knew what to ask and my reader could

access the akashic records instantly. If you want the contact info let me know.

here is the thread with info on the 30 min reading i got.

This is a very tough area. You can expect to easily pay $125.00 / hr. There are other healing modalities, and I would start with learning deep meditation, letting go of expectations, forgiving yourself and others, and learning to be new from today forward. I have known friends who can't remember anything prior to say age 10. It's just a black emptiness to them. They moved forward. The issue is are you having physical or psychological trauma that prevents you from living a fulfilled life? Explore those feelings.

The books by Dr. Wies I think it was about Message from the Masters regarding a patient, Catherine, were very helpful for me. I read 3 of his books. What I found most interesting was the fact that Catherine, a very observant Catholic, wanted zero knowledge of what she was saying about her past lives because her faith did not allow for reincarnation. The effect of the sessions though was life changing for her despite her not wanting to know that stuff. The Masters told the Dr. it was for him and not Catherine that this information was being revealed. I think he has some cd's to help people. Here is the 1st of 12 youtubes on that book:

He has another cd dealing with regression :

Mirrors of Time: Using Regression for Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Healing

The benefits of regression therapy extend far beyond the clearing of symptoms. Often, the result is healing at all levels -- physical, emotional and spiritual.

Mirrors of Time: Using Regression for Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Healing, by Brian Weiss, M.D., allows you to take regression therapy to the next level. Now you can go back through time by recalling past events that may have led to difficulties in the present. Through the process of remembering, symptoms diminish, and a strong sense of relaxation and well-being often emerges. Even past-life memories can be elicited by these exercises, and regular practice will enhance your physical and emotional health and open up spiritual vistas that can bring new meaning to your life. A CD is included that goes beyond meditation and visualization exercises. It contains the actual regression techniques Dr. Weiss uses with his patients.

By reading Mirrors of Time and practicing the exercises on the CD, you'll find that you'll be filled with more peace, joy and love -- and virtually all aspects of your everyday life will benefit.

Please note:

The regression exercise on the CD that is included with this book is the same as the one included on the Meditation to Inner Peace, Love and Joy/Regression Through Mirrors of Time Tape/CD available through the Weiss Institute.

It's on that same page as the other cd

For a regression therapist, I would suggest (as others have stated) to check out Dolores Cannon's website for the listing of certified QHHT practitioners around the world. Go to http://www.dolorescannon.com/qhh-practitioners to search near you.

From my own inquiries, it costs from $100-$300+ for a roughly 3 hour hypnotic regression therapy session. I finally scheduled one for myself in three weeks and am looking forward to it greatly.

Good luck!
