I've been carrying this card around since 1987 that has come in handy on more than one occasion.

Sometimes you might think your palms are itching because you're going to get or spend money. More times than not, it's that part of your body trying to tell you something's wrong....

so if you have a problem in a particular body part, what can you do about it? is there something you could do to the hand/foot area that matches to relieve the problem?

What I've done was massage that part of the hand or foot until it goes away. It's like an warning system, letting you know that there's something going on there....Most of the time, massaging was all I needed.

But if it were something really serious, the pain would get stronger in that body part. That's when you might have to take it to a doctor....
