Uriel?

A weird thing happened to me today. My husband and I had just left the movie theater, we were watching "Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter". We were driving home and suddenly there was this silver car in front of us, and the license plate said "URIEL". The driver in the car was peering intently at the rear-view mirror, and maybe it was just me, but he/she (I thought it was a he, my husband thought it was a she) seemed un-natural. It was something about the eyes, I can't describe it, but it sent a chill through me. I told my husband jokingly "Hey look, it's a vampire!". He laughed but admited the face in the mirror gave him the chills too. I got home and googled the name, because I remembered hearing it before. Turns out Uriel is the name of an Archangel.

Can anyone give me some insight to this? I've done a little google research, but I wanted some perspective on here, anyone else ever had something like this happen? What do you think? It could be a sighting of something...could just be someone on drugs with a personalized plate too. I dunno.

Here is my fallible opinion:

Uriel is one of the powerful archangels that you can invoke when doing a certain protection ritual known as lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram.

He is pretty helpful in that context :)

Having just seen a film about Vampires may have had you wondering about how to protect oneself against such things.

The Uriel archetype may well have been a hint.

I had a somewhat similar odd experience many years ago when I had first received my drivers license and was driving to college. I was going to be driving into our very busy downtown city, on a very busy highway during the morning rush hour commute and was quite nervous about it. Prior to getting on the highway I prayed out loud, "God, please send my angel or angels to watch over me, please let me make it to school safely."

As I drove on to the on ramp of the highway, I looked in my rearview mirror and saw that a huge black 4 x 4 was behind me. I felt safe and hoped it was heading the same way I was. The entire drive, that black car stayed behind me. They were not following too closely either, but at a safe distance. The car continued to drive behind me until I headed off the highway. I looked in my rearview mirror and noticed it was gone. The more I thought about it, the weirder I realized it was. The truck stayed behind me, following me, even when I made lane changes. The truck looked brand new, was black, and the windows were so darkly tinted that I couldn't see the driver, and you don't see very many, if any cars that darkly tinted here where I live. I remembered my little prayer prior to my heading onto the highway, and wondered if perhaps God had indeed sent an angel to follow me and keep me safe. :confused:

I have never forgotten that experience and never will.
