Dispõe sobre o registro e o trâmite de assuntos
relacionados a "objetos voadores
não identificados" no âmbito do Comando
da Aeronáutica.
O COMANDANTE DA AERONÁUTICA, de conformidade
com o previsto no inciso XIV do art. 23 da Estrutura Regimental do

Art. 2º O Comando de Defesa Aeroespacial Brasileiro
(COMDABRA), como órgão central do Sistema de Defesa Aeroespacial
Brasileiro (SISDABRA), é a organização do COMAER responsável
por receber e catalogar os registros referentes a OVNI relatados,
em formulário próprio, por usuários dos serviços de controle
de tráfego aéreo e encaminhá-los regularmente ao CENDOC.
Art. 3º O Centro de Documentação e Histórico da Aeronáutica
(CENDOC) é a organização do COMAER responsável por
copiar, encadernar, arquivar cópias dos registros encaminhados pelo
COMDABRA e enviar, periodicamente, os originais ao Arquivo Nacional.
Art. º Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
Art. 6º Revoga-se a Nota No C-002/MIN/ADM, de 13 de
abril de 1978 e o Aviso No S-001/MIN, de 28 de fevereiro de

Parece que o motivo desta portaria era porque os pilotos estavam enviando seus relatórios para o lugar errado portanto era para clarificar o caminho correto.... talvez!

Brazil to catalog, make public UFO sightings

RIO DE JANEIRO – Brazil has ordered its air force to document any UFO sightings and make the data available to researchers and the public.
A decree in the official gazette says the air force will register any sightings by military and commercial pilots, along with air traffic controllers.
A spokesman says the air force has UFO archives dating back decades, but there had been no official order on what to do with the material. The spokesman could not be named under air force rules.
All past and future data — whether written reports, photos or video — will be processed by the air force and then housed in the National Archives in Rio de Janeiro.
In the decree published Tuesday, the air force says it will periodically submit UFO reports.

Brazil passes new law to ensure all pilot UFO reports are made public
Brazil is making great strides towards Ufo disclosure with its government recently passing a law that enforces disclosure from Airforce pilots - making all Ufo reports made by them back up to 1952 all released to the public :

A decree published today by the Air Force regulates access to government information about UFOs, unidentified flying objects.

"After due cataloging, these records should be sent to the Centre for Documentation and Historical Air Force who, in turn, will forward the documents to the collection of the National Archives, giving the company access to this documentation," the Air Force.

According to the ordinance, the accounts of users of services of air traffic control must be made on proper forms and delivered regularly to the documentation center said.

Today, the National Archives has in its custody UFO reports, photographs and drawings assembled by the government between 1952 and 1989.

In total there are 1562 pages of documents dealing with such lights and unidentified objects in the heavens.

The papers show, including the official participation of government investigations of luminous objects known.

The Folha report published last year showed excerpts of reports "confidential" the NIS (National Intelligence Service), then organ spy Brazilian military dictatorship (1964-1985). "The shape of the object was cylindrical, almost conical," one of reporting.

"One resolution published today by the Aeronautics regulates the access to information from the government on Ufos, non-identified flying objects. Now the command of the Air Force published in the Official Gazette the new rules to be followed by pilots when the subject is unidentified flying objects. The records should be forwarded to the National Archives. All this so that nothing is shrouded in mystery.
