What are the health benefits of cayenne pepper? How do cayenne peppers help you, if at all, with your weight loss diet regime?

The purported health benefits of cayenne are almost too unbelieveable, but its reputation keeps growing among medical researchers as well as alternative health afficionados and deservedly so.

It can do everything from kill cancer cells in the prostate, lungs, and pancreas to immediately stop a heart attack within 30 seconds.

Let’s get into some of the specifics of cayenne pepper benefits. Cayenne pepper (or cayanne pepper as it’s sometimes spelled as) increases metabolism by immediately influencing the venous structure.

It is nothing short of amazing with its effects on the circulatory system as it feeds the vital elements into the cell structure of capillaries, veins, arteries and helps adjust blood pressure to normal levels.

Yes, cayenne pepper for high blood pressure is certainly one of its core uses, but cayenne cleans the arteries as well, helping to rid the body of the bad LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. Considering that heart disease is the number one killer in America, this is significant.

Cayenne is also great for the stomach and the intestinal tract. It stimulates the peristaltic motion of the intestines and aids in assimilation and elimination. When taken internally, it warms the body and has even been used by some herbalist doctors to help heal and rebuild flesh due to frostbite.

Not withstanding its hot taste, paradoxically it is actually superb for rebuilding the tissue in the stomach, facilitating healing with stomach and intestinal ulcers. Cayenne pepper for ulcers is not something most would have considered but I can testify to that remarkability capability of cayenne.

Cayenne Pepper and Heart Health

Yes, the effect of cayenne pepper on your body is dramatic, even literally instant and no more so than with the heart. Cayenne pepper’s benefits is one of the things that brought you to this article so now let’s discuss the phenomenal healing properties of cayenne pepper with the human heart.

Dr. John Christopher, the famed natural herbalist, was persecuted relentlessly by the government for his practice of herbal medicine all the while assisting patients in curing heart disease, cancer, tuberculosis, infertility, rheumatism, leukemia, and every other incurable under the sun.

One of his greatest stories in his long career was how he could instantly stop a heart attack if he could get the patient to drink a glass of warm cayenne water. He said, “A teaspoon of cayenne should bring the patient out of the heart attack.”

Nice post Jackovesk.

I have used Cayenne pepper for a few years to give relief from colds and flu symptoms. It turns most peoples stomachs when
you tell them to drink it, but thats their choice. It is also very good for hemorrhoids as a drink or as a soothing soak.

Taken as a half or full teaspoon in slightly cooled hot water will do its thing in all departments that are claimed to be helped by this herb. I take it regular and it also gives a good mood lift.

Great stuff

Well i discovered Apple Cider Vinegar while in Thailand. For years ive been having problems with various things..Panic attacks palputations etc which lead to massive lack of confidence. Energy levels were poor at best. Even though i was swimming, running, boxing blah blah. Had numerous tests- blood & thyroid. My doctor was useless!!

Researched a few things and it didn't take me long to stumble across ACV. That was the key! The effect of me was pretty much instant. Within a week i was totally convinced that was exactly what i needed. It's all down to the build up of toxins built up your body. ACV activates many key elements in the body and flushed them out. I've not had a sore throat of major cold in nearly 2 years. Then i read the website above.. added Cayenne pepper to the mix and bloody hell did i know about it haha. Spent many a time on the toilet for up to 30 mins. Didn't realize i was that blocked up. Think you might want to add some honey maybe Manuka if you can afford it and you've got one hell of a potent detox. Heard also that supermodels also use for weight loss. Trust me it's not great but what the hell.. hold your nose and just down the thing in one gulp. You feel your whole body tingle as the pepper shoots round your body. The energy levels are pretty instant. One drawback- You do get some sting downstairs... it's all good though so build up gradually the amount you take. Anyway the pallet gets used to it after a while.

TRY IT! Well recommended even just for a few days.

wow sounds amazing......I am lookng for any natural cures to my weight gain.........I had tried the Herbal Magic route in 2002 and lost 80 lbs......but over the past 10 years I have found most of it again......I know about ACV and yet I don't take it, have it in the cupboard......the weird thing is my husband and I eat and drink (alcohol) about the same, he is losing weight and I am gaining.......cortisol is probably a factor in my case, plus the fact that although we are the same height women don't need the same amount of food as a man.......still any other tips on natural spices etc would be appreciated....I am Irish so my idea of spice is salt......dont even use pepper lol......so if I drank it rather than having that flavour cayenne pepper in all meals would that work ?? and how much is recommended daily ?? thanks again

A few months back I took some pain meds after hernia surgery. They caused constipation, which caused hemmoroids (WOW!). I went to curezone.com and shopped around for ideas. Now, this was after suffering daily for two weeks. Daily agony and searing pain. Try relaxing with a nuclear meltdown in your britches. I found suggestions for herbs and cayenne pepper.

Horsetail, rutin (citrus flavonoid), and pepper taken twice daily (two capsules of each) and the molten hot veins shrank in 1 and 1/2 days. Pure magic.

Earth Angel.. You want to look into ACV with Mother. Look on Amazon for BRAGGS (in my opinion is the best by far) or Bobby's Healths Store. Normal ACV from the supermarket is NOT what your looking for here. Also eating Cayenne (organic) in your diet would help contribute but it's not the full dose that you'll be looking for to flush out the toxins i would of thought. I find it easy because i love my Thai cuisine and obviously you have to add LOTS of chilli. I know a some people can't handle even the smallest amount. Im totally convinced of the properties within these herbs and fermented vinegars. They have transformed my life around!

Check the ACV post on Avalon as well.

Hope this helps

Cayenne will get rid of a sinus infection as well. Especially those antibiotic resistant, chemtrail induced ones.
Make a saline solution from distilled water and sea salt...add dried cayenne powder (roughly 1/8 teaspoon to 50cc saline solution or whatever you can tolerate) and spray into nose. Yep....burns like hell for about 20 seconds but will instantly clear sinus passages and kill the infection within a day.

Earth Angel...you can get cayenne in a capsule form. The active ingredient you want is capsaicin, however be warned that if you take prescription meds, it does increase absorption of some of them so do your research.

I'll second the benefits of Braggs. I can get it at my local market and love it. It makes a wonderful skin and hair rinse.
