It couldn't very well be part of such as a conspiracy, as the very mentioning of it ahead of time undermines it. It could be just a random comment and thought experiment -yet, that almost seems too coincidental considering how widely this has been discussed in the alternative media. It could also be evidence of the mainstream media (or one faction of the elite) undermining the plans of the cabal. This would seem like pretty good proof that it's not going to happen. With faith in the 9/11 story so weak, and so much talk about this false flag invasion, they'd have a hard time pulling it off.

No idea about the twilight zone but that was the literal plot of the Graphic Novel version of Watchmen. Instead of framing Dr. Manhatten Ozymandias creates an elaborately staged fake Alien Invasion to unite the world before it initiates Nuclear Armageddon.
