View Full Version : Calls to destroy the Great Pyramids of Egypt

What a travesty this will be if it comes to pass, Muslim clerics in Egypt begin the push for the destruction of the pyramids.... makes me sick to think about this.
According to several reports in the Arabic media, prominent Muslim clerics have begun to call for the demolition of Egypt's Great Pyramids—or, in the words of Saudi Sheikh Ali bin Said al-Rabi'i, those "symbols of paganism," which Egypt's Salafi party has long planned to cover with wax. Most recently, Bahrain's "Sheikh of Sunni Sheikhs" and President of National Unity, Abd al-Latif al-Mahmoud, called on Egypt's new president, Muhammad Morsi, to "destroy the Pyramids and accomplish what Amr bin al-As could not."
This is a reference to the Muslim Prophet Muhammad's companion, Amr bin al-As and his Arabian tribesmen, who invaded and conquered Egypt circa 641. Under al-As and subsequent Muslim rule, many Egyptian antiquities were destroyed as relics of infidelity. While most Western academics argue otherwise, according to early Muslim writers, the great Library of Alexandria itself—deemed a repository of pagan knowledge contradicting the Koran—was destroyed under bin al-As's reign and in compliance with Caliph Omar's command.
However, while book-burning was a simple process in the 7th century, destroying the mountain-like pyramids and their guardian Sphinx was not—even if Egypt's Medieval Mamluk rulers managed to "de-nose" the latter during target practice (though popular legend naturally attributes it to a Westerner, Napoleon).
Now, however, as Bahrain's "Sheikh of Sheikhs" observes, and thanks to modern technology, the pyramids can be destroyed. The only question left is whether Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood president is "pious" enough—if he is willing to complete the Islamization process that started under the hands of Egypt's first Islamic conqueror.
Nor is such a course of action implausible. History is laden with examples of Muslims destroying their own pre-Islamic heritage—starting with Muhammad himself, who destroyed Arabia's Ka'ba temple, transforming it into a mosque.
Asking "What is it about Islam that so often turns its adherents against their own patrimony?" Daniel Pipes provides several examples, from Medieval Muslims in India destroying their forefathers' temples, to contemporary Muslims destroying their ancestors' heritage in Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Malaysia, and Tunisia. Currently, in what the International Criminal Court is describing as a possible "war crime," Islamic fanatics are destroying the ancient legacy of the city of Timbuktu in Mali—all to Islam's triumphant war cry, "Allahu Akbar!"
Much of this hate for their own pre-Islamic heritage is tied to the fact that, traditionally, Muslims do not identify with this or that nation, culture, or language, but only with the Islamic nation—the Umma. Accordingly, while many Egyptians—Muslims and non-Muslims alike—see themselves first and foremost as Egyptians, Islamists have no national identity, identifying only with Islam's "culture," based on the "sunna" of the prophet and Islam's language, Arabic. This sentiment was clearly reflected when the former leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, Muhammad Akef, recently declared "the hell with Egypt," indicating that the interests of his country are secondary to Islam's.
It is further telling that such calls are being made now—immediately after a Muslim Brotherhood member became Egypt's president. In fact, the same reports discussing the call to demolish the last of the Seven Wonders of the Word, also note that Egyptian Salafis are calling on Morsi to banish all Shias and Baha'is from Egypt.
In other words, Morsi's recent call to release the Blind Sheikh, a terrorist mastermind, from U.S. imprisonment, may be the tip of the iceberg in coming audacity. From calls to legalize Islamic sex-slave marriage to calls to institute "morality police" to calls to destroy Egypt's mountain-like monuments, under Muslim Brotherhood tutelage, the bottle has been uncorked, and the genie unleashed in Egypt.
Will all those international institutions, which make it a point to look the other way whenever human rights abuses are committed by Muslims, lest they appear "Islamophobic," at least take note now that the Great Pyramids appear to be next on Islam's hit list, or will the fact that Muslims are involved silence them once again—even as those most ancient symbols of human civilization are pummeled to the ground?

I would normally say anti muslim scaremongering , but there is a recent precident !!
http://slow33.files.wordpress.com/2011/07/buddha.jpg?w=490&h=385
When the Taliban controlled Afghanistan a decade ago, they were fanatical about eliminating everything they considered un-Islamic.
Their biggest targets — literally and figuratively — were the two monumental Buddha statues carved out of the sandstone cliffs in central Afghanistan. One stood nearly 180 feet tall and the other about 120 feet high, and together they had watched over the dusty Bamiyan Valley since the sixth century, several centuries before Islam reached the region.
Despite international opposition, the Taliban destroyed the statues with massive explosions in 2001. At the time they were blown up, the statues were the largest Buddha carvings in the world, and it seemed they were gone for good.
But today, teams from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, along with the International Council on Monuments and Sites, are engaged in the painstaking process of putting the broken Buddhas back together.
Up to half of the Buddha pieces can be recovered, according to Bert Praxenthaler, a German art historian and sculptor, who has been working at the site for the past eight years. He and his crew have sifted through 400 tons of rubble and have recovered many parts of the statues along with shrapnel, land mines and explosives that were used in their demolition.

This is interesting since the Muslims already destroyed the casement stones of the pyramids back in the 1300's. I believe they destroyed the casement to cover up the fact that Mecca was established in relation to the Great Pyramid intentionally. They are busily denying the origins of their own faith. This is really ignorant and sad. Now they may want to destroy the pyramids entirely for this reason.
In my research I have found that the Great Pyramid actually points directly to the Grand Mosque in Mecca. In Mecca they stone obelisks that look Egyptian in a part of the Haj or pilgrimage to Mecca. This is known as the "stoning of satan." Here's a movie I made about how the Great Pyramid is a spiritual datum that is used to disperse their faith and philosophy. This is the first movie I made over two years ago.
Watch the Heliophand move posted by US and see the pyramids crumble at the end!

What about the hundreds of Pyramids in Sudan, Ethiopia, and Eritria? Are they gonna go after all of them? I am sure they could find something better to do than go to places where grass no longer grows and destroy vacant buildings. There has got to be something they could do other than be destructive. Oh yea, they could build new things. But such is the way of men in power. Destroy what is different and out of their direct control.

I'll put it in a nutshell. All that does not reflect their glorious Allah and lifts up another must be removed through whatever means necessary. Thus all religions, faiths, artifacts, monuments to anything but supreme faith and glorification of Allah sans images of Allah or Muhammad must be destroyed for them to be pleasing to Allah.

Could this just be a front to take out what some say are buildings/tools/weapons/whatever that disrupt or corrupt gaia's energy flow?
I've seen many give testimony (mostly from old camelot interviews, most recently yesterday--the Drunvalo Melchizedek interview mentioned something about it throwing earth out of whack if I remember correctly) that the pyramid throws off the earths balance or whatever.
I don't necessarily subscribe to any particular belief on their function or consequences of their (non)existence, but people in power have strong opinions of such things. I
f a "good" intentioned group thinks their evil or an "bad" intentioned group thinks they're good, wouldn't using religious fanaticism be the best cover for getting rid of them?
And that's not to say that extremists didn't already intend to try to take them down, I'm just saying the timing is a little weird (in the how many hundreds of years extreme Islam and pyramids co-existed) that this is big deal now. When stuff like this happens, it seems it is usually the people who own the media "discovering" and giving voice to something that's always been going down (ie: thwarted terror attacks, releasing data on a known problem well after discovery, etc)...they trump up something to further their agenda.
I've learned to try to discern the messenger's opinion from the message, and this one focuses on the hate-filled Muslims again--something the MSM LOOOOVES to pull out every convenient moment. I am sure there are hate-filled Muslims that have emotional attachments to destroying heretical symbols, but perhaps more important is there may be a nugget of truth to the idea that "someone who POSSIBLY could wants to destroy the pyramid".
I dunno, far fetched?

I'm sure we have lost a lot to this often used method.

It will be interesting to see if they actually try and go through with this. If they do I predict that Egypt will be invaded. It is that big of a deal. This will expose to the world that there is a priesthood that is so powerful and pervasive that they can manipulate control and accomplish what ever they deem needed. In addition I believe this would start a civil war in Egypt as well as flush the massive amounts of tourist dollars directly down the loo.
After all the pyramids are a UNESCO World Heritage Site (read sarcasm).

Can’t think of the articles that put it in my head (maybe the USS Cole and lots of hoopla following it?) but when I said the name back then, my co-workers were like “who?” He was not a household name, but somebody reading the news carefully—that was the terrist of the day back then (soon to become a household name).
Again, I could be barking up the wrong tree…just sayin’, religion is the great divider/distractor...

Or you could have just been responding to the pre-built narative that Osama Bin Ladin had ANYTHING to do with planes hitting buildings (he didn't...) or that he wasn't a CIA asset for years & family friend to the current (at the time bush jr) president, the "media" spins its tales with more purpose than at first can be seen.

Looks like another AGENDA to mess with the earth energy field/earth grid......I remember someone mentioned pyramids built all over the world are linked to Earth's magnetic field.
I don't know whether this is true in other places. But the ones in China (http://web.utanet.at/mahain/Pyramids_in_China.htm) found north of the contemporary city Sian (Xi´an).
“Sian (Xi´an)” used to be called "Chang an" in ancient time which means "Long Peace" because there were little natural disasters.

Which is hilarious when you consider that the western response to this has been for the Right Wing to propose their own Evangelical Christian version of Sharia and try to force it down the population's throat under the meme of "Religious Liberty!" Because if someone's faith tells them they have to be vile, hateful and discriminatory towards someone else that's constitutionally protected Freedom! But heaven forbid an employee ever want to use the money they are legally owed to do anything that violates their employer's sense of morality in their time off! You sign away your freedom to your own morality the moment you decide to be anything other than self-employed apparently, hah.
So if anything we might end up invading them (even if only economically/culturally) just to show them how our Sharia is-oh-so-much-better than their Sharia.

Since im born i was telling one thing loud and clear: to free earth from receiveing negative vibrations from stars we should blow up piramids.
Instead we are wondering throwing theories like mad and truly, no one even know from how its build to what it actually does?
Everyone knows its connection to stars but what it does? ohhh yess... it sends positive charged energy and earth is wonderfull positive place :P

My question would be as to the whole mechanic behind it. If we're receiving a direct influence from it how would it change us if destroyed? Would we suddenly be happier? Think differently? Smarter?
Is it possible that this construct is in place for some kind of evolutionary reason and destroying it would cause a significant loss of reason, emotion, etc?

When you are hungry, you go eat. Actually you dont need to think too much about that, right?
When you dive on holding breath, every now and than you go out to take air.
When there is some band in city you like, you know it would be fun to go, right?
What about situations you are not shure about or you dont know about them?
Is our history correct? Who built Pyramids? Are we controled? Did roswell happen?
First who says that he knows answer i tell you he lies 100% .. and i know he can only guess.. and guessing is not knowing. And thats what i call staged events or ideas.
From where actually came that famous guessing factor? from not knowing. Ok, but why do we dont know is more exact question..
Now .. if you dont know to play guitar for example, it is because you choosen to and other 10 people know how to play. If you dont know how to bake cake some other one knows and that how things we choose/not choose work.
But what happens in a world when NO ONE knows how to play guitar or bake a cake? Actually there is too many people that can only speculate about some things, and thats not knowing. Is it your choice that you dont know who and why built pyramids when in actuality you want to know?
Would we be better, smarter, happier? Personally I am better, smarter and happier when trying to play guitar and I KNOW WHAT AND WHY I AM DOING :)
Is it possible that this construct is in place for some kind of evolutionary reason and destroying it would cause a significant loss of reason, emotion, etc?
Yes IMHO i truly feel that all negative aspects in our life are here for some kind of evolutionary reason. All draconians, lux. archons, illuminati, wars, pain, death are here for our best personal evolvement. Why not some pyramid structure channeling alien waves here on earth?
Do we need it? Obviously from some posts we do need it still sadly, but when we wont we will blow them up and go to another level of discovering another level of truth.

I smell a dead fish. I find it hard to believe that Islam is behind this. Dont know why but My spidey sense is telling me that The US Government might just very well be the culprit if it is true. Something is under that Sphinx that may be out of this world. They are covering up something without any doubt in my mind.

All types of religious or nationalist extremism are dangerous and destructive. We, the (extra)ordinary souls, need to remain vigilant and do whatever is necessary to find peaceful solutions to our local, regional, global, galactic and universal problems.

In the Emerald Tablets, Thoth warned that the pyramid should not be damaged.
The pyramids have already been severely damaged. In the 1300's all of the casement stones were removed by the Muslim rulers. They used to be perfectly smooth and light colored on the sides prior to this. There are even very few renderings of the pyramids left from before this time. They are actually just the inner hulks of what was originally there. If they had an actual function beyond the symbolic it probably would no longer be viable.

Yes some of them were incased in Limestone and it was stripped to make some other building elsewhere. To deface what was considered old relics and create new monuments of political importance.

I've just heard that this is now being reported as a hoax. I don't know which to believe ~ the original report (which I also put on my forum) or this new one which says that the original story was tweeted from a fake Twitter account. If it was a hoax, I think it worked so well because we know Islamic fundamentalists have destroyed sites before that conflict with their belief system (Afghanistan, Mali).
Anyway, here the RT news story about it all being a hoax.
Calls from a Bahraini Sunni cleric to destroy Egypt’s Great Pyramids have been revealed as a hoax. The demands were made from a Twitter account which claimed to be owned by Bahrain’s President of National Unity, Abd al-Latif al-Mahmoud.
In the post, a person masquerading as al-Mahmoud labeled the pyramids “idolatrous” and asked Egypt’s new president to destroy them, as Egypt's Daily News reports.
Several conservative websites used the news to raise alarm over the rise of Egypt’s Islamist government.
According to rumors, al-Mahmoud encouraged Cairo to “accomplish what the Sahabi Amr bin al-As could not.”
This was a reference to the Muslim Prophet Mohammed’s companion, Amr bin al-As, and his ancient tribesmen who invaded and conquered Egypt in 641.
An Islamization process was begun under his rule – which saw many Egyptian monuments destroyed as “relics of infidelity.”
However, demolishing the pyramids was prohibited during the 7th century – so the structures remained untouched.
The parody tweet was published on June 25 – the same day Muhammed Morsi was announced president of Egypt. However, it wasn’t picked up by media until today.
The fake tweet that sparked frenzy in the Arab Media coincided with a genuine attack on cultural heritage objects by radicals.
On Tuesday, Islamist fighters destroyed two tombs at the famous Djingareyber mosque in the Malian city of Timbuktu. Witnesses say militants shot into the air to warn people away while they smashed the shrines.

Of course. Why dosn´t the US go ahead and invade yet another country?. A lot of people in the US it seems will applaud, taking to the streets and shouting slogans against an imaginary enemy. What did the US do to protect the so called cradle of civilazation and it´s museum in Iraq?
The path of libration starts with love and compassion. It´s too late to say that the US, the UK and the likes has no business invading and manipulating lesser developed countries in the name of fighting terrorisim, extremisim and facisim. The Buddha said it is better for a person to acknowledge one charachter flaw in oneself than pointing out one thousand charachter flaws in others.
What is it that many US citizens know about the Muslim world anyway outside of the poisonous media coverage? would any US citizen love and respect the so called Islamic world ¨A bunch of UK\US controlled regions on Earth¨, if they were the invaders?
In my experience reality is very much fluid. If one projects emotions they become true and the real to that person projecting the thoughts. Why not project good thoughts and empty the heart of recentments, false memories and media gossip.
What if China wants to demolish the Great wall tomorrow for whatever reason? That is China´s business.
Egyptians love their Pyramids, it´s a part of who they are and generates a good income as well. The CIA created Islamic groups will only be allowed to damage the structures if the owners wish it. If that would to happen then the CIA will need to activate their sleeping cells in Egypt.
