Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse investigating Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility have been promising more major revelations since their March 1 press conference, and now another event has been scheduled to unveil new information.

Arpaio told WND a press conference will be held July 17 at 2:30 p.m. local time at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Phoenix, Ariz.

The officials in Hawaii and the government have been "Stone walling" the cold case posse.

I tried to take notes as they were talking. The reporters are so biased. Here are my notes, uncorrected so some typos....

numbers on bc mean someothing for vital stats

according to verna lee they would be rechecked by another dept of health and then signed.... it should be v.k. lee.... documents then put in office and numbered in sequence by a batch... lilke kapalani hospital in county.. each batch gets coded... then at the end of the month then numerically numbered by batch consequtively. 1955 laws made birth registration compulsory. Anyone could give information unsworn who said they just watched a birth. They took out of state and foreign births as Hawaian births. If the parents were residents or paid taxes in Hawaii they could say their child was born in Hawaii. More money would be needed for program to give birth certs for people born in other states and countries. The only thing these bc prove is that Hawaii has a record on file, it does not prove they were born IN Hawaii. Hosptial records would be needed to verify if someone was born in Hawaii.

Hawaii had a law that said you can declare a birth in Hawaii if not attended by a physician. All you had to do was say you were there and it happened. A lot of foreign citizens especially from Japan were coming in and getting bc's. in 1982 they instituted a new law and expanded that program. If you are an adult you can go in for a minor child even if not the parent and declare the birth of that child anywhere in the world if youc an prove the parents were legal residents and paid income tax in Hawaii. Not a citizen, just a resident! This bypassed naturalization and immigration laws. They checked iwth Vital stat, dept of health offices across the country. There is no other agency that has a law like this. In Arizona you can't do this. Hawaii has some problems now with sb1070 which is in conflict with fed laws with naturalization laws.

You can make the case this is a national security issue. The law is vague. Any adult can go in and make that case for themselves if mom and dad were legal residence with no time limit. This is a set up for bc fraud! Hawaii is basically a border state where anyone can get american citizenship with NO real proof.

It seems every bc from hawaii should be suspect. Hawaii says it is only prima facia evidence meaning :

Next video on what they encountered in hawaii... the posse in Hawaii was a Deputy and an investigator Mike. That's it. Arpaio was concerned for the safety of Mike because he would not be armed. So, he sent one deputy. So, a seasoned detective went with Mike. The expenses were covered with donations. The board of supervisors rejected the donations.

Most doors were closed to them in Hawaii, and officials over reacted to their presence. They were met with local police officers called to the scene who were confused why they were called out. The posse went to the police first to let them know they were there investigating. Mr. Onaka said he does not speak with general public. Jill Nagamine stated that one someone is given a document from the govt that they can do whatever they want with it.

Kapi'olani medical center had a visitor log and the book was retired to the archives. The posse was told that the hospital did not investigating bc's and asked the posse to leave the facility.

a retired physician gave them information on Kapi'olani clinic with 60 beds. Maybe 20 women in at a time. Not a big facility. Information about a lgo kept at a desk at the delivery room door. and the nurse would take information down. That book remained in the drawer for 2 years, then put in library archives. WIth permission from the hospital anyone can look at the book. The hospital refused to give permission and all but through the posse out, and were beligerant about it. They could have cleared up a lot but did not want to.

At the dept of health, Detv Macowitz and Mike went into alvin onaka to see if he validated the document presented by the White House. Told that Mr. Onaka didn't speak to the public. The detv said he is not ht epublic but doing an investigation. Then two huge cops come in the back door, and one was a Sgt. and someone points at the posse and the cops are confused.

A representative spoke with them. At one point posse held up the bc and asked if she could verify that was their document they gave to white house. She refused to id it.

If I ahd to present my DL for whatever reason, and they you decide to change information, is that my Drivers license..... "but you still have a drivers license" The answer should have been no, but she said, basically that documetn si probably not what we released, but what he has is still a bc. Thus what the white house released was a forgery. There is no other way to view this issue.

The document does not meet the basic test of prima facia evidence. It's time for this charade to stop. There is no evidence the document is authentic. Not one expert could go to court and authenticate that bc. How are we supposed to rely on this document.

Now for the batching numbers...

The number out of sequence has plagued them. Obama ahs a higher bc # than the nordike twins who were born after Obama. What they know know is even number certs were forwarded to fed govt.... for proper representation bc's were sorted at the main office, first geographically then chronologically, never alphabetically. He would have been processed in same batch as Nordike twins. He should have a lower number than the twins, thus he can't have been born at the hospital. It means he was born elsewhere. The Newpaper announcements did not follow a sequence. Some made it some didn't and it does not indicate a date born.

This indicates a reported birht from an outlying office by a relative who reported the birth. There are no records of his birth, vaccines, no baby pictures...

I personally interviewed Mr. Corsi for 16 hours, and and said I was not buying this and it wasn't until I was shown the Registrars stamp that I had to rethink this. Up until them he was not buying the bc fraud. The job of the Maricopa county sheriffs office is to bring it to higher proof. This is not a political motive thing for me.

We are not accusing the President of any crime. We are investigating a possible forged document. None of us can validate where we were born. For all we know Mr. Obama was told this his whole life. He might have been born in Hawaii, but that document is a forged document. Someone knows how the forgery happened.

Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said the new information confirms the document presented to the American public in April 2011 is undoubtedly fraudulent.

Arpaio told WND he intends to move the investigation and the new information to a higher authority within the federal government because of what he calls an imminent threat to national security and U.S. immigration laws. The threat is posed by a flaw in Hawaii’s law discovered by his investigators that allows a foreigner to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate.

“Although I am having a difficult time deciding who to forward this information to given the fact that the obvious choices report directly to the president, I cannot stand by and hold on to information that threatens to weaken national security,” Arpaio said.

Arpaio said he intends on keeping a case file open if more information surfaces or if federal authorities decide to ignore the case.

Zullo explained that along with new information discovered regarding the birth certificate since the posse’s March 1 press conference, his team has discovered Hawaii provides easy access to a birth certificate, even if the child wasn’t born in the state.

“If a nation’s security is only as strong as its weakest link, then America may be in serious trouble,” Arpaio said in a statement. “Hawaii may be our weakest link and could have a serious impact on our nation’s immigration policy.”

Among the new findings presented by lead Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

The sheriff’s investigators have learned of a birth certificate coding system that indicates the White House document has been altered.

An interview with the Hawaii official who allegedly signed the Obama document in 1961, Verna K.L. Lee, provided further confirmation of the coding anomalies.

Investigators were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona’s secretary of state in May.

Hawaii’s deputy attorney general, Jill T. Nagamine, confirm the state has a birth document on file for Obama. But she would not confirm on the record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.

The sheriff’s investigators interviewed three persons of interest who have provided additional information in the case.

In prepared opening remarks, Arpaio chastised the media for the way it has handled the investigation.

“You have demeaned this investigation at every turn as silly and wasteful,” he said. “Your contempt about the subject and me for pursuing it has been duly noted.”

He urged media members to listen to Zullo’s presentation of the new evidence.

“Keep an open mind if you can,” he said. “Put away all you pre conceived ideas. Keep your eye on the ball.”

Arpaio’s investigation was initiated last October when 250 Maricopa County citizens approached him for help because they believed the electronic document presented by the White House to the American public was a forgery. Arpaio said he went ahead with the probe with the intent of being able to clear the president and put the matter to rest. But he explained the investigation found too many inconsistencies on the birth certificate.

“We also looked into the president’s selective service registration card and found that it, too, appeared to be fraudulent,” Arpaio said.

Investigators since then have traveled to Hawaii and have interviewed more witnesses, the sheriff said.

Addressing the coding issue, Zullo explained that the Hawaii Department of Health, which categorized vital information issued at the time of the president’s birth, used specific number codes that were written in pencil to transfer information from a paper birth certificate to a database file.

The codes seen on the document issued by the White House are not consistent with the information entered into the various fields, indicating the document has been altered or amended.

In the coding system, the number 9 indicates the information is not stated, meaning there should not be any information in the box in which the number is written.

However, the number 9 can be seen written in pencil next to the fields for “Usual Occupation,” “Kind of Business or Industry” and “Race of Father” on Obama’s document. Each of those fields are filled with information.

“This proves the document has been tampered with and information has been placed on it,” Zullo said.

Sheriff’s investigators tracked down the registrar who allegedly signed the White House’s birth document, U.K. Lee, who is now 95. She provided information that posed further inconsistencies with the story of Obama’s birth at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in 1961.

The investigators also analyzed the Hawaii Department of Health’s response to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request that Obama’s birth information be verified.

They interviewed in person the Hawaii assistant attorney general to verify that the document presented by the White House was the same document on file with the Department of Health.

Investigators said they were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document, including the president’s date of birth.

They said they were equally troubled that the deputy attorney general would not confirm on record that the White House document matched what was on file with the health department.

The national security concerns raised by the investigation are based on Hawaii Revised Statute 338.17.8. which states:

338-17.8 Certificates for children born out of state.

Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

Arpaio and his investigators said they have deep concerns that the Hawaii Revised Statute is a loophole that makes it possible for foreign born children to illegally establish U.S. citizenship.

They said the concern is also relevant given the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling concerning Arizona’s proposed state immigration law, SB 1070, in which the federal court ruled state laws cannot be in contradiction or in conflict with federal law.

Zullo noted that, normally, when it’s necessary to prove a person is a U.S. Citizen, the main form of documentation is a state certificate of birth.

“It appears that in the case of Hawaii law, any person can obtain a birth certificate if any adult or their parents can prove that they resided in Hawaii for one year and paid taxes,” he said. “There is no requirement to show that the child itself was actually born in Hawaii or on U.S. soil.”

The press and liberals have had too long to ridicule this birth certificate question now and politicians can't take the chance of being associated with ridicule. I think the best way to leverage this video would be to create a nicely edited video, something that gets the main points across fast, paints the MSM in a bad light (easy to do with the vultures questions at the end), typical viral video format....

This is how I saw this latest. I also knew the released birth certificate was an obvious forgery the first day it was posted online. The question for me was why the supposed Obama-side would release such an obvious, poorly created fake?

I just assumed that was one more way of gaining further control of him and if he does not do as he is told, it's one more way to take him down.

While I largely agree with Duff about his documented history for Joe, his ongoing support and white-wash of many things Obama does not help his 'whistleblower' credibility with me, though I will continue to read him and VT.

Yes - it was the photoshop expert pointing out the layers evidence the first day that convinced me - I have only used lite versions of photoshop but am experienced in similar processing using the old Corel Photopaint software suite.

Ya, but what you don't understand... is that they're following corporate law so under their laws it's not treason. This country was set up as a corporation under the Legislative Act of 1871, by the 41st Congress, Session III, Chapter 62, page 419. Under a series of events that have taken place over many years this country was shifted to a de facto government. Every city, county and state has an EIN number which you can look up on Duns and Bradstreet. This signifies a corporate status.

When you walk into a court of law notice the flag with gold fringe? That signifies admiralty law. Notice the all cap letters on your document? That signifies you are a corporate entity of the corporation. How did you get pulled under the jurisdiction of the corporation? Your all cap name via your birth certificate and SS#. Ever wonder why your driver's license and any contract with a credit card company or bank has your name in all cap letters? Because you're a corporate entity of the corporation.

The courts follow interpretive ruling, meaning they can interpret the law any way they see fit, which means they can throw out all your evidence if they want. If you were truly under constitutional law or common law, you would hardly have anyone in jail because under common law, there are no violations unless someone has been harmed.

The constitution is not being used and it's very evident when you walk in and listen to some of these court cases and see how the judges and attorneys treat the poor souls who get pulled into the system.

The scenario of deliberately releasing a forged birth certificate hailed as "genius" doesn't seem very credible to me. His analogy that it's like Ali using the "rope-a-dope" strategy as bait while fighting Foreman is not really like this at all, in my opinion. I don't see how Obama can win, like Ali did, because at the end of the fight, when all the ridicule is over, the birth certificate is STILL a forgery.

I happen to like Sheriff Joe and I think the pink underwear and tent cities are a great idea. Pink is a great color that is used to calm people down. If it offends anyone's sense of macho...tough. Then don't come into the country illegally and don't commit crimes. The charge that he's discriminating against Latinos is absurd. It just happens to BE Latinos that are coming into the country illegally and being in a border state, they get a LOT of them. I would guess that the majority of the voters in Sheriff Joe's district LIKE the job he's doing, or they would vote him out of office. He won the last election with 55%. If they don't like him they can vote him out in the next election.

The Obama administration is probably hassling him because they want to be soft on illegals. After all, most of them vote Democrat along with a lot of dead people.

They will treat arguments over the technical details of the birth certificate as incomprehensible technical gibberish, and those who spend too much time making such arguments as reprehensible birther conspiracy nutter mind numbed Limbaugh robots (or some such, in fewer and shorter words :).)

You're right, Paul. Facts don't matter. I've been around a lot of liberals myself and you can't argue with them using logic and facts, so I don't bother arguing with them very often unless I happen to be feeling somewhat bitchy. I also won't be surprised if Obama wins the next election. We can't be sure who is set up for the win. The elite may think Obama is becoming more trouble than he's worth and Romney may get the nod. The legitimate voters probably won't have the final say unless it agrees with what those who control the elections and count the votes want.

So 'liberals' is a code word for illogical? Also stupid and bad?

What about 'progressives'? libertarians?

I used to consider the term 'conservative' to mean Luddite-like, afraid of (almost all) change, with belief systems often programmed by religion or political demogogic sources rather than awareness, experience, or a truly open mind to new concepts and understandings.

I considered 'liberals' to be open to change, open to helping others, and the opposite of 'conservatives'. I considered myself one, and a pretty decent debater and thinker and skilled in the use of logic (a software programmer and analyst in those days) and the qualifying of facts.

I now consider both sides of this demonizing of folks with these tired, pejorative terms to be a failed paradigm, not spiritually relevant from the perspective of The One, which we all are, and not politically relevant to the creation of a new paradigm of any real change for the better in our societies.

America may be facing a constitutional crisis. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., has made a startling declaration: President Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent. If true — and I stress if — then this scandal dwarfs Watergate. In fact, it would be the greatest political scandal in U.S. history.

Recently, Sheriff Arpaio held a news conference. He said that his team of independent investigators — composed of former law enforcement officials and reporters — have for months meticulously examined the computer-generated birth certificate that Mr. Obama revealed to the public in April 2011. Their stunning conclusion: The document is a forgery. His chief investigator, Mike Zullo, says that the document is full of errors and omissions. In particular, Mr. Zullo claims that numeric sections are not filled out that otherwise would have been in birth certificates from Hawaii during that time. But other sections, such as those dealing with Mr. Obama’s race and his father’s work and field of study, are completed. Hence, Sheriff Arpaio’s investigative posse definitively believes the birth certificate is not authentic, but was manufactured to provide Mr. Obama with a veneer of constitutional legitimacy.

Sheriff Arpaio’s findings threaten to plunge America into an unprecedented crisis. For if — and again, I emphasize if — he is correct, then Mr. Obama has perpetrated the most elaborate hoax in U.S. history. A fraudulent birth certificate would mean that Mr. Obama is ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief. His presidency would therefore be legally and constitutionally illegitimate.

The consequences would shake the country to its very foundations. It would mean that he should be immediately removed from office — impeached. Moreover, every law and executive order passed under his administration — Obamacare, the economic stimulus, the Dodd-Frank financial reform, the government takeover of General Motors and Chrysler, the granting of amnesty to nearly one million illegal immigrants, the National Defense Reauthorization Act, the drone assassination list — would be null and void. The logic is inexorable: Should the president’s legal authority be deemed invalid, then everything resulting from it is also baseless. The Obama presidency would be overturned. Mr. Obama himself would be facing criminal charges — and possible jail time — for committing fraud.

Yet, the birth certificate issue would repeal more than the Obama administration. It would bring down the entire liberal regime. The ruling elites — the establishment media, the Hollywood left, the federal bureaucracy, the myriad regulatory agencies, the public sector unions, big banks and the financial sector — have refused to seriously examine Mr. Obama’s background. In fact, they have repeatedly propped him up. He defends the liberal corporatist status quo, constantly expanding government power. This is why they are determined to destroy anyone who seriously challenges Mr. Obama’s constitutional authority. To simply inquire into the status of his birth risks being called a “birther” — a kook and conspiracy theorist akin to Holocaust deniers. Having coddled and protected him, the ruling class could not survive if Mr. Obama was exposed as a slick con man. Their moral and intellectual legitimacy would be discredited as well.

The topic has become toxic. Even Fox News refuses to touch it. Many leading conservative radio talk-show hosts ignore it. The editorial pages of the Wall Street Journal mock so-called “birthers.” Meanwhile, the liberal media continues to vilify Sheriff Arpaio. He is being accused of racial profiling, committing civil rights abuses and having failed to effectively prosecute sex crimes. They allege he is waging a baseless, personal vendetta against Mr. Obama. Liberals are portraying him as a Southern stereotype: a racist, out-of-control sheriff determined to bring down a black president.

The very opposite, however, is the case. It was the citizens of Maricopa County who through a petition asked Sheriff Arpaio to investigate Mr. Obama’s birth certificate. The sheriff is not the only one with doubts. Many question the president’s status as a natural-born citizen. Mr. Obama’s grandmother says he was born in Kenya. This is echoed by Obama relatives. Members of the Kenyan parliament have repeatedly claimed Mr. Obama as their native son. The Kenyan media asserts he was born in Kenya. For nearly 15 years, Mr. Obama’s literary agent produced a pamphlet describing him as being “Kenyan born.” In his 2004 race for the U.S. Senate, wire stories — including by the Associated Press — frequently referred to Mr. Obama’s place of birth as Kenya. As late as 2009, the Kenyan government sought to build an official monument commemorating the site of Mr. Obama’s birth (until the State Department ordered the project be shuttered).

The president is a brazen opportunist; a political hustler who mastered his craft on the streets of Chicago. When it suited his interests to come across as a cosmopolitan, multicultural liberal, Mr. Obama pushed a Kenyan persona. When it was no longer politically expedient, he abandoned it. Yet, Mr. Obama cannot escape a fundamental dilemma: He either lied then or he is lying now. He was either born in Kenya (as he claimed during the 1990s and part of the 2000s) or he wasn’t (as he has insisted since 2007). Both cannot be true.

At best, Mr. Obama is a shameless liar. At worst, he is a foreign usurper.

Using humiliation or demeaning tactics to change a persons behavior simply just dont work. In fact, When these tactics are employed it almost
always has the opposite effect. It is not the jailers job to punish inmates. The punishment is being kept from family and loved ones. Just a
different point of view.

Hi Jagman! It's easy to see several points of view in this situation. I tend to separate what I would ideally like to have happen and what is actually happening in the real world with people of fairly low vibrational frequency trying to deal with hugely negative problems. What I WANT to happen or how I would LIKE to treat people myself is not what's going to happen in this real world of problems with illegals, drug trafficking, human slave trafficking and high crime along the border. Sheriff Joe's methods actually do seem to act as a deterrent and I don't think he is brutal or a racist, as the liberal media so love to depict him. But I fully respect your point of view and agree with it on a certain level.

Reviving an old thread here - for anyone still interested in the Obama birth issue - here's a detail filled article on Veterans Today (but by Michael Shrimpton, not Gordon Duff): Rejection of Obama by Electoral College (http://www.veteranstoday.com/2012/11/08/rejection-of-obama-by-the-electoral-college/). It provides more apparent facts and alternative scenarios for Obama's birth than all the previous articles I've seen on the subject, combined. It suggests that there would be good reason for the USA Electoral College, who will be meeting soon to legally determine who won the Presidential election, to reject Obama if he cannot demonstrate that he's a US born citizen.

As a resident living in Sherriff Joe's domain, he is a huge motivation in my family for making sure we make the polls. So we can vote against him.

Sherriff Joe does in fact enourage racisim. SB1070 is proof enough of that. Sherrif Joe has spent countless tax payer dollars doing raides on companies for employing migrant workers. These folks are janitors and cleaning ladies, but apparently this is reason enough to employ full scale raides.

Sherriff Joe continues to run a prison he calls tent city, this is a place that fema camps were probably based around.
He brags about saving money on such things as air conditioning and food while temperatures climb to 115 regularly and inmates eat green bologna on moldy bread.
And what pray tell are the crimes of these prisoners?
Marijuana possesion, DUI's, prostitution, parking tickets, and many silly things that you or I could have easily found our self on the wrong side of.

I attended a function where Sherriff Joe was speaking, and he was in the midst of lobbying for folks to join his sherriff's posse. This is a division of law inforcement where you are not paid, but work for free patrolling the streets with limited law enforcement powers. As an incentive, so as to help recruit folks who would not be receiving actual hard cash in payment he made a point of telling folks how they could help in busting massage parlors that participated in prostitution, and that as a member of his posse, you had it as an option not to make the arrest until your happy ending was completed. He was serious. This isn't word of mouth, I was actually there.

Sherriff Joe panders to the aging demographic due to the large number of transplant retirees here. It's basically a state where the grumpy old man and lady on your block moved and made entire cities of grumpy old men and women in AZ, the politics reflect that. Sherriff Joe is the sherriff that would throw your kid in jail for walking on the old grumpy man's lawn.
