Dear Group,

I have just produced a high quality video examining the Mayan Long Count Calendar and the 2012 connection. It demonstrates the high science behind the calendar and comfortably verifies the fact that the GMT Correlation that sets the end date for the calendar is indeed correctly set at the 21 December 2012.

I changed the first post, to use the ... macro instead of the
... macro, so that the link is now automatically displayed below the video.

Thanks for the change Paul.

I did not realise it was an issue, I will look more carefully when I embed videos to try to do it the same way as you show.

Wow Keith, you really put a lot of work into this. Thank you!

Do you have an opinion on why the Jupiter conjunction would have been so important to them?

Dear Nearing,

There are certain myths concerning Jupiter with respect to Greek Gods. Jupiter was involved in a major conjunction with other bodies that led to the creation of the asteroid belt. Jupiter is also thus linked to cycles of destruction of Fire and Water and "days of darkness". The days of darkness are linked to the 52 year Aztec ceremony involving destruction, which itself is linked to Venus. There are connections but they are not readily obvious.

Sincerely

Keith
