I think this video is some kind of a teaser for a zombie movie or something like that; maybe it´s just a joke.

The people reporting it look like actors, bad actors in fact. They are not acting naturally at all.

Update: The uploader is actually Madcap Theater, which is indeed a theater group. It seems this is some kind of "mockumentary" (Wikipedia: "a type of film or television show in which fictitious events are presented in documentary format").

It is what the poster put in. Most of the time i try to post the poster words, those where not mine.. Its the massages embedded the vid it self.. there where links that came with it but they do not work.
